[Resolved] Snapdeal — NOt yet received my refund Money | |||
HI Team, I am really fedup with this company. From last 3 month i called up costomer care on regular basis for refund the courier Charges agiant the Order No : [protected]. Every Time i am getting reply from more than 30 Customercare executive your amount is under process will be refund 7 - 10 Working days. But already 3 month gone. even i lost my money for sum stupid contest on snapdeal and dey are not even attending my calls and i tnnk my money z gone and aftr dat i stopped buyg products online...dere shud b sum serious actions against such sites and i wanna sue dem fr being a fraud merchandise.

Again i called the customercare representative. They have no positive response. Really i fedup with this transaction. i want to talk owner of this company .. can you help me on the same. or sahre the esclation matrix

1st i had received a damaged product, then a faulty one as a replacement 4which i hav been calling dem up several times requesting for refund & also wasting my mobile currency. Only answer m getting is its initiated & wil b resolved in 5-7 working days. Please m buggd up. Jst return my money. So far several mails i've received 4m snapdeal giving me d same fake answer. Dis circus is happening 4m past 2 months.

FRAUD of non delivery
1st of all snapdeal steal my money, they have deliver my product to somebody else using my free charge cash a/c. Snapdeal has promised me to refund my amount with in 8 working days .
in spite of all inquiry from my side on regular basis to customer care they are still don't know where exactly my order has been delivered.
I contacted them but these people are not bother about customer inconvenience.
they are sleeping eating customer money. its a fraud company . I don't know how could they developed this app if they don't know how to provide a good customer service.
they shoul learn from Amazon & flipcart.
I need my money back. I bet these will not survive with this kind of working.
