[Resolved] Snapdeal — Fraud transactions by Snapdeal india | |||
SNAP DEAL scam, SNAPDEAL deducts extra money, SNAP DEAL hidden charges. Snap deal had an offer for total value of Rs.299 and we had to pay rs.99 online. I made the purchase, got the offer in my email which states that Rs.99 have been paid. However, I checked with my bank and Snapdeal has deducted Rs.632. While Making the purchase I was very careful. I made sure quantity is correct i.e. 1. price stated at page was Rs.99. I contacted their customer care, they hang up as soon as tell my issue, later no one answers. This is a scam website I strongly advise people NOT to use this company. I have sent several emails to their support and help, guess what? No one even cares to reply. I have proof from bank which no one...NO ONE can deny or override with their empty words. I look forward to people who have suffered damages to raise their voice, let Media know how SNAPDEAL is just a scam. They must face legal actions for fraud. @snapdeal team ; You will soon catch a nice thread on TOI and HT. I made 3 transaction on[protected] for recharge at snapdeal in offer rs 100 talktime on rs 50. One transaction got
failed and 2 got succeeded, but amount was deducted for all three transactions. Even, i have not got the recharge
for those 2 successful transaction. I got the snapdeal voucher no 53968707 and 53929403. Bt no balance...

I tried to call customer care 3-4 times at[protected], my phone is always waiting even after 10-15 minutes. I
wasted my mobile talktime in calling customer care. EVen i send the mail yesterday, but no response from snapdeal.
Snapdeal is really a fraud company.
Kindly refund my money for all three transaction or refund money of 1 transaction and do those 2 recharges.

I am no longer interested in using Snapdeal.com, I have had it with their RIDICULOUS refund policy, they have simply stolen my money!
Please, expats out there, do NOT use Snapdeal, because if there is a problem with your product they will drag their feet, frustrate you, and on top of that, you lose. It took SEVEN WEEKS for them to finally send a refund cheque, one in which I told them I would not be able to use because I do not have a local account to which the cheque has to be lodged. I asked them to give me a refund in the form of a coupon/voucher to use on their website, but they insisted that only cheques are offered for CODs. I asked if the cheque can be cashed since I don't have a local bank account, and they ignored my question in several emails. Now I have this cheque which is of no use to me.
What tops it off is that a Snapdeal agent earlier today (after I went to the bank) told me I would have to send back the refund cheque to them, at MY OWN EXPENSE, then they will apply credit to my Snapdeal account, the VERY THING I requested they do instead, and I asked before they prepared and dispatched the cheque, they knew full well of my concern, yet they ignored me.
So frankly they STOLE from me! No more SNAPDEAL! I have OPTIONS!!! Thanks Flipkart, Jabong.com, Babyoye, Urban Touch, Firstcry...and the list goes on!
Snapdeal please close my account as I see no option on the website for me to do so other than to unsubscribe SMS, and do not send me any more email offers either!

Snap deal is worst in customer service. I had ordered an laptop table. When I received it I found it defective. I tried to cal them and then they issued me aticket number and ensured me that they will resolve. But now they are not even responding to my complaint. They have actually stolen my money. Now, on I have no more interest in buying from snapdeal. It of no use talking to them. The products quality is so bad...
Snapdeal is what I really found worst. It was my first and last purchase from snapdeal and thanks for wasting my talk time in calling you people several times.

Snap deal is a fraud. mr.Jose is yet to call me since a week. I purchased products worth 40K yet no response. Is this how you talk about retaining your customers mr. Bahl? Is this your assurance of a quick call back? Is this your TRUST PAY which guarantees 100% payback? I want responses for this fraudulent activities of yours. I am tired calling up YOUR CUSTmORE CARE. Good that this site opened my eyes and am cancelling my pending orders.

I was scared with the run around on the websites relating to its unethical practices but, my problem was solved at the best and the earliest and a refund was pprocessed. Snapdeals services has assured me of hassle free online shopping experiences, infact even with retailers I wouldnt get such discounts or customer support. I m not happy withe your service. I ordered Sam-sung GALAXY Ace Duos handset 6 days ago I.e. on 29the of June 2013. And I done online payment also because of trust. But now from your side theere is no proper feedback given your customer care service. They are not telling us theat when my product will be given to me. I am all ready pay thee 7699/- by debit card.now such customer care suggest me you cancelled thee order or wait 3 days more then we tell you product av ability... And kindly revert me once.
