Hi this is Nimit Sharma, I had purchase a Sony ericssion Spiro(w100i) mobile phone on 9-oct-2010 & i have been chasing to get my handset issue resolved since the date of purchase. Service center provided me various solutions, including replacement of the handset.The replaced handset W395, which is obsolete, is giving me the same problem(hanging & restarting). My issue is not resolved yet. Please help me out. sony ericsson Cell phone Spiro — Handset not working
i have baught a sony erricson spiro around 7 months back & have been facing issue with this phone from the day one , the phone just keeps locking up & i am unable to send messages or read messages on this phone . i have contact th service centre for atleast 20 times but still getting a runaround & being told that this is known issue with the handset . I am so much pissed off from this phone that i am willing to throw the phone . I also contact the help line no & they informed me that they can not do anything until i leave the phone with the service centre whereas the service centre peaple are nt willing to keep the phone with them .I contact with email support & had a word with them for atleast three weeks , but in the end just endded up getting dumped by them my ticket no is 89598169 .
i am so much frustrated with this phone that i am going to file a legal complaint againt company , all i am asking from the company is either replace my phone or get it fixed if nothing is possible just refund my money or the company can end up paying a compensation to me .
