sony ericsson/w 810i — cannot take picture and network problem
i have given my sony ericsson w 810i moblie for sevice on 31/05/2008 for the above mentioned reason.they told me to wait for 3 days i called them they told it will take i week, at that time i have told them if the mobile is not ready change the hand set or give it back, but there no one is giving proper response.Sony Ericsson 810i — Handset Network problem
My Sony Ericsson 810i costing Rs 8000/- suddenly stopped working with BSNL Network. It is still working with Airtel network Strange.Service center guys are unable to repair, outside mechanic says nothing can be done.
This handset is just 1 year old.
Hopeless product.
I recommend only Nokia for reliability.
Any suggestions welcome.
If these mobile companies are doing this to every customers as i have listen many complains of same nature
sony ericsson k220i charging problem
few weeks back I gave my mobile for installing software.
After receiving from the service center. I had network coverage problem. I tried changing but no use. I went back to the service center. But they told me you gotta pay 75% of the mobile cost. It's frustrating.

Sony Ericsson W810i Mobile Phone — Fault within 10days of Purchase
Dear sir ,As mentioned details above I purchased a Cellphone of Sony ericsson W810i on 24Nov2007. On 4thDec it have some problem of SOFTWARE said by service center, so they solved that problem on that day.On next day on 5Dec2007 again have a problem that is keypad is not working properly.On shouting on them for Replacement of cellphone they told that we will replace only Motherboard within 10 days but not complete set .
So you please suggest me what to do, is it possible to demand for Replacement of complete set Rather than Motherboard as it is Malfunctioned 2 Times within the purchase of 10 days only? And How. ?
