[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson / Wt13i — Problem in mobile

TO the Complaints department,

SIR,
I have purchased a SONY ERICSSON mobile handset named WT13i on 30th June 2012 from UNVERCELL store.(IMEI NO. [protected])From there onwards on 12th July 2012 i raised a 1st complaint in SONY service center on 12th JULY 2012 that my mobiles touch screen is not working properly and on 14th JULY i recieved my mobile containing that my touch screen is not working and it takes 6 days time to change the touch screen and there after i handover my mobile to UNIVERCELL MANAGER and he raised a complaint on 14th JULY 2012 in ACCEL CARE CENTER, Micro pheripherals No:32, 1st floor, ABOVE CANARA BANK, OPP. ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE, SAROJINI DEVI ROAD, SECUNDRABAD and UNIVERCELL MANAGER gave me my mobile on 21st JULY 2012 saying that my mobile acessories are changed but truth is that those people dint change any acessories just they upgraded the software.(so i have 1 question that is it tooks 8 days to upgrade the software) those people gave my the false information(this information i came to know by UNIVERCELL MANAGER ON 26th JULY 2012) and there after on 25th JULY 2012 i again faced the problems like touch screen,hang,low volume,black dots on screen, and then i raised a 3rd complaint on 26th JULY 2012 in ACCEL CARE CENTER, Micro pheripherals No:32, 1st floor, ABOVE CANARA BANK, OPP. ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE, SAROJINI DEVI ROAD, SECUNDRABAD that iam facing the same problems in my mobile and handed over my mobile to them and on 27th JULY 2012 i visited there and those people gave statement that your mobile is okay but i showed the problem live which iam facing but those people saying that its takes 2 or 3 seconds to type a each word and they even put my sim card in mobile for more than half an hour and kept it on observation and they r giving me senseless feedback, now they are saying that it takes more 5 days to solve my problems and iam nt getting the proper feed back and i am not sure that whether those people going to change the acessories or just repair it because earlier they gave me fake information through UNIVERCELL MANAGER. So i request u to solve my problem and kindly replace my mobile and its hardly i used my mobile for 15 days from the date purchasing and rest it was in service center and from date puchasing i have raised a complaint 3 times with in a month....SO PLEASE solve my problem.................... and please contact me on my number [protected]
