I have sent a speed post on 2ND NOV 2009 from new delhi to gurgaon(haryana).
I made this post at Indianpost office at bhogal (jangpura extension). It reached the destination on 09thNov, 2009 in a bad condition, the parcel torn open and the itemi placed inside was opened and the items inside were stolen. Please help me in this issue.

My father in Law has sent me a coever of Very important documents relevent to a court case from Khandwa <450001>to Angul <759145> on July 10th 2008 through Indian Postal Department's Speedpost Service. Speed post registration No. EI[protected]IN .The documents had been delivered to me after 11 days on 21 st July2008, that too by normal registry delevery.those documents were very urgent in nature and due to this inordinate delay my old age in law was under mnental agony for all this delay and our case also sufferered a delay in proceeding.This is very bad from such a very important Department of Centra Government, and this irresponsibility causes undescribabble difficulties for the public who trust the postal services completely.

I have send my medical report to oman for my visa purpose on 14/04/2009 and it was government holiday it seems in postoffice but speed post counter is working that day and i have asked the person there in counter how many days it wil take 2 reach oman they said that it will reach there by 6days so i have said him sure it will reach he said me yes and i hand overed money and document to officer after 6days i have called my friend and asked him he said it hs not came then i called speed post service they said they wil check and let me know it was happen for 3weeks i regularly use to call them and they will tell me sir we will check and let u know but nothing has happen and the post has reached after 25days insated of reaching 6 days its has reached on 11th of may i have to join my company on 1st of may it was huge loss for me and i joined the company on 16th due to late delivery of post and wrong information has been given by officer and enquiry in call centre for your information please use courier service instead o[censored]sing a postal service for urgent purpose and we can shout at courier people and we can get our money back for late delivery in postal service nothing wil come and no use because of ...service we cannot shout at them also so nice experiance with indian post office

this balaji from thiruvanimyur about the M.O .my M.O order number A467 amount RS 60/ date of sent 13.06.09 to tirupathi .so for money order not received at tirupathi .10 times i came to ur adyar post office but no responds . i have given complain 4 times by letter but no respond i have gave the complain one lady she very lazy she is not respond to me .when i always call to ur land line number she went to lunch always she in lunch time.she is not respond me . wht happen to my money . i think u taken my money and enjoy i think so .i do no wht ur postal department doing for long time .postal department very very poor service .

On 15.9.2009 I sent a money order for Rs.500/- to my age old father, running 88 years, for his maintenance and my mother's medical expenses, aged 80. : I remitted the amount through your Adayar Post Office (Code No:600020) in counter No: 2 under MO PNR No:[protected]. The payee address is Mr. P.V.Srinivasa thathachari, Peramoor Village, Ayyampalayam S.O, Musiri Taluk, Trichi Dist, Tamilnadu. Till date my father has not received the amount ie even after 14 days. The purpose of sending money has been wasted. I request you to trace it out and arrange to pay the money order amount to my father within two days to enable him to live in peace and comfort.

I had sent a money order of Rs. 5000/ from the PO SHIPRA SUN CITY (201014) on 31/10/2009
MO No: A 9324 and sent to the following address:
Smt. KAMALA ADHIKARI, Village-Nainoli (Asgoli), P.O.-Asgoli (Dwarahat), Distt.-Almora, UTTRAKHAND-263653

After 24 days it has still not been received by her.
Kindly look into the matther and help to resolve this issue at the earliest.
