Dear Postal Team,

Today i received registred post with no RLAD A 2369, it was booked on hyderabad 11th August 2009, but this documents received by me today on 21st august, its already 10days over, howmany days to take one docuement from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam?I am unhappy with ur serivce, do u no what document i received that cover, thats my appointment letter of Deccan Gramena Bank, its may suppose to joined on 17th of August, but it was reached me today means 21st August, Its too bad, if we will send by ordinary post it will take 24hours time to deliver, its toooo bad, better to improve ur serivce, there is a competition world private courier people are delivering with 24 hours, but u may taken 10days to deliver from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam? Its feeling same or not?

Who will solve this problem, plz do needfull

Hi,
I have sent a parcel to my sister in Chennai on[protected] from sanjay Place speed post office, Agra, containing a saree, two pearl necklace sets and bangles. But on receiving the parcel on[protected] the necklace sets were missing. I have submitted a complaint in this regard at Speed post office, Sanjay place, Agra.
I have asked the Counter man to make a speed post but he did a Registered post.Also the parcel when sent have been packed with black colored tape but on receiving it was found to be packed with brown tape.
The details of the reciept are as mentioned below:-
Registered post no: RP A 1805, OP-Code: RCS, to-Priyanka Raj, Chennai
The weight of parcel at the time of sending was 1178 grams while on receiving it was just 1140 grams.
The jeweleries lost were of value of Rs. 3000/- approx. Kindly help me out in this regard.
Looking forward for an early and positive response.

Dear Sir,

I had posted a very important Official document for my Employer Head Office by IMS Speed Post on 6th August, 2009 from GPO, Kolkata for Mumbai from Kolkata. Unfortunately it has not reched the destined location and to add to my woes it seems to be non tracable even my the India Speed Post Mangers both in Mumbai and Kolkata. My Tracking number is EW[protected]IN .

Really don't know what to do next.

Please help if possible.

Late delivery of rakhi (in 8 days) against their claim of 2 days

I have sent rakhi through speed post on[protected] to Kolkata-700006 at my brother's address. The concerned officials on booking counter confirmed that normally the consignment is delivered on second day of booking, however, latest by 5th august' 2009 in this case, the packets would be delivered to respective recipient.

When I apprehended that may it be delayed as of regular complaints floating from different corners of Mumbai's people, they assured me that people are deployed on special duty for delivering such important consignments.

However, until Monday afternoon, the packet was not delivered. Only in late afternoon on[protected] at 04-30 P.M., did it reach the respective place.
AS informed to me---- by my brother, the addressee, he has put this time and his LATE DELIVERY REMARKS on receiving/acknowledgment-slip for future proof of the same.
Surprisingly, the post office which delivered this consignment has not put any date stamp, cleverly.
Not only this, the person who delivered the consignment, gave a rude reply that he is not concerned with delay and it is not only he ( my brother ) who is to be served on Rakhi-Day itself.

Had it been informed before that there is no guarantee to deliver the rakhi on time, I would have made some other arrangements?

You may understand the sorrow of a sister who had to cut a sorry figure for her rakhi could not reach her brother well in time.

I request you to look into the matter & do needful to compensate my mental distress.

I sent Rakhi to my brothers on 27th July from Indian Post's Speed post. I clearly mentioned Rakhi on the Envelope, so that postman see it and deliver it before 5th August at any cost. But it didn't happened. It didn't reach till date.
I choose Speed Post Because of time crunch, as Speed Post is the fastest service in Indian Post. It cost you more but it takes minimum time to deliver the post. But I think I was wrong.
This is first time in my 25 years life my brothers missed my Rakhi. Nobody can understand what I am feeling.
I want stringent action on this incident.

I had booked a regd. SPEED POST[Time bound i.e. must deliver on or before 16th July, 2009] parcel.Declaring "Application for the H.J.S-2009 i.e Higher Judicial services Uttrakhand. postmaster assured delivery positively by 15th July, 2009.Disclosed, its my lst oppurtunity in case not delivered in time, loss in lacs will be caused.On their positive oral gaurantee, I paid demanded consideration of Rs 34/- at 10:40 A.M on 13-07-09 due to deficiency and negligance in service of the post office department for not delivering a consignment within stipulated time as assured under its speed post service, postal department is liable for any deficiency in service or negligance.Department could be sadled with liability for non-delivery of postal article within the stipulated time.Yet, the speed post failed to deliver. on August 1st, 2009, to be specific, the packet was returned to the sender in an open and mutilated condition with the remark "recipient not accepted delivery on 20-07-09 by post man no. 13". What had happened to the mail during this time? . Even then, if the service was really ‘speedy’, it could have gone well in time. But that did not happen.Post official department person has caused the same fraudulently or by his wilful act or default.Therefore, the post office could not escape liability.when they specifically advertise and declare"Speed Post, the market leader in the domestic express industry, was started by Department of Posts in August 1986 for providing time-bound and express delivery of letters’ documents and parcels across the nation and around the world. In the past 20 years, it continues to be the market leader in the express industry with monthly volumes exceeding 1.4 crores.

That due to their intentional malafide, farudulent, wilful fault or default, I have been denied opportunity to appear and avail the opportunity to be additional distt. Judge or in higher judicial services and expectations of my bright future and that of my family and children have been spoiled by the post officials.I have suffered great mental tortour, agony, harassment, financial loss and loss of professional time, more so it was my last opportunity, the damages for the same are though not countable, the same are limited to Rs 25 lacs within the jurisdiction of distt. forum.
That the distt. consumer redressal forum Una H.P has the jusdriction to try the complaint.The matter has been complained on 31st July, 2009 vide complaint no.[protected] at www.indiapost.gov.in/Ccc/PCData.aspx and reminder complaint dated 06-08-09 but all in vain.The post office dept. did not pay any heed and even have not dared to reply the same uptill now.
That the complaint is made in good faith and bonafidy manner.
It is therefore prayed that the Indian post office department may kindly be ordered to pay damages for their deficiency and neglegance in service due to their intentional malafide, fraudulent, wilful act or default
by not delivering the article in time as assured by their speed post service and causing loss to complainant to the tune of Rs 25 lacs and to compensate the complainant and to pay cost and expenses incurred and to be incurred in the cause including to and fro fare, lodging and boarding, expenses of litigation, including professional expenses from lower forum upto the tribunal or court of final judicature i.e till final realization of damages or payment of compensation by the postal department and any other further relief which the honourable court/tribunal deemfit to be awarded to the complainant in the interst of justice, good conscience and equity.

My speed post registration number is EN[protected]IN.
It was sent on 29th July from Hyderabad. The status shows its lying at GurgaonSPC since 30th of July.
Indian Postal Service speed post promise 3 days of delievery. Now its more then a week and I have not recieved my important post.

Hello Sir,
I am expecting a Registered Article from Hong Kong and the tracker number is: RA[protected]HK, dated 22 July 09, to Hyderabad, India. On the Hong Kong website the below status is found:

<B>"The item (RA[protected]HK) left Hong Kong for its destination on 26-Jul-2009"</B>

When checking the Indian website, there is no tracking available for this item. So I called up the Speed Post office and they gave me another number[protected] Registered Post Division. I've been trying this number for so many hours for the last two days. BUT I've not been successful in speaking to anyone out there.

1. I need to know the status of my parcel. Is there a website or a person whom I can get this information from?

2. Have I been given a number that is always left unattended, if Yes, why should the department spend money on using this phone?

The Indian postal service claims to give a good service but what we get is only anxiety and frustration at our ends.I had recently posted a package code EK[protected]IN to Salt Lake, Kolkata from Bangalore on Aug1, 2009.They promised it would reach the destination by tuesday but it wasn't so.The package gets held up in Bangalore for more than 3 days, God knows why and in Kolkata yet another 2 Days and it still hasn't been delivered.If this is EMS, Speed post what happens to ordinary snail mail, a snail may reach its destination but the same cannot be said about our Great Postal Service.Call them on Hotline either nobody answers or a recorded message saying its busy.

Frustration, Anxiety persecution complex is what befits our Postal department

I was booked some important paper in Churchgate Post Office for Patna through Speed Post on 31.07.09. Speed Post No. is EM[protected]IN. But why is not reach on time and not display in track status of 4th and 5th August, 2009 on India Speed Post Site. Please take necessary action and inform me why has late.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I posted 2 envelopes (mentioning RAKHI on the top) through Gamharia Post Office, PIN: 832108, one for Noida and another for Pratapgarh by U.C.P. on[protected]. Both the envelopes have not reached their respective destination on[protected]Rakhi Festival day) after 10 days.

The citizens of India have a lot of faith in Postal Dept. Hope you will take required action so that such type of incident do not occur.

I had sent two speed posts to Delhi to my brothers with rakhies on 29th July, a week before the festival. But both the brothers have not received them yet though I was promised that it will reach within two days. When I tried to track them on the post-office site, the number is not fetching any information either. They have given a site where we can go and register the complain but the site does not work. The contact telephone number on the tracking site is also not being attended by anybody. The post master of the post office through which I had sent the speed posts is saying they have forwarded the same.It is a pathetic situation.

Non delivery of an important letter from Hyderabd to Pudhucherry.
I have sent a speed post Ref. No: SPEN[protected]N dt. 30 July 2009 from Hyderabad to P.Vengatachalam, I-42 Viduthalai Nagar, Pudhucherry 605 004.

Till to day (3 August 2009) the speed post is not delivered.
This has happed second time with me. In the name of speed post delivery is made very slow.

Are these guys working or they are dump.
Just like a typical governement workers.
My friend had delivered a package from pune via SPEED POST to GopalNagar, Nagpur. but till date i didn't recieve that.
I don't know what had happpened to the package.
These speed post are not wokring.
Just these goverment bodies.
Even Courier private service are better.

SOCIETY, G I D C COLONY, UMBEGON, DIS : VALSAD, GUJARAT, PIN CODE 396171, I start post recurring a/c no=[protected] of rs. 2000=00 monthly from june 2006 and two polices from of LIC OF INDIA, from Mrs. Bhavna rajesh karulkar, who is post office, lic and oriental insurance agent and above all family member also, ( Lic new bima gold policy no:[protected] issued on[protected], lic jeevan tarang policy with profit no:[protected] issued date[protected], and as she is post office agent as well as oriental insurance agent so I gave her mediclaim and post recurring a/c (no=[protected] all a/c was regular till dec 2006, in Jan 2007 I shifted to Mumbai for some family reason and for better living hood, and my all investment are stop.
After around two year bhavna came to my new place in dec 2008, and remind me my old policies and request me to pay premium and she will continue the policy and further she request me to take some new polices, one is jeevan aastha and one more ( I did not remember name of the policy, she convince me to take all this polices for better future ) I fully convince and thanks her for awaking me and show me my negligence towards insurance, she further convince me to restart my post recurring a/c of 2000=00 rs monthly, which is also over due from dec 2006 ( PAID FROM JUNE 2006 to November 2006) when I shifted to Mumbai. I agree for the same she took signed on some forms and took 3 photos.
She told me there is no need of any address proof as I already have relation with lic India, she calculate premium and ask me for sixty thousand rupees ( 60, 000=00 ) as total premium, I tried to gave her cheque of icici bank ltd, but she ask me for cash as polices are dead and jeevan aastha is closing in very few days and she told me my bank is of Mumbai so it will take 15 to 20 days to clear the cheque and till date policy will be closed, I am unaware of all rules and regulation of payment, took her with me to my icici atm and withdraw 25, 000=00 cash and add some cash from my personal saving and gave her sixty thousand rupees. she left my house, for some days she was in touch and update me with my new policy and old policy, but I did not got any policy, I ask her after two months about receipt of old policy premium receipt and new policy and its premium paid receipt, she told me as we gave old address o[censored]mbergaon town dis: valsad, and no one is staying there so policies and receipt are not delivered and return to lic vapi, she promise me she will collect and send it to me threw courier

I waited for some more days, in between period I came to know that my blank signed cheque of icici bank ltd which I duly signed to gave her as total premium for lic and post, is misplaced from the day bhavna karulkar visited me for collecting payment. I inquire in bank about the status of cheque bank told me it’s not deposited yet. I immediately stop cheque in bank by giving stop payment letter to bank.
Still I could not think that Mrs. Bhavna karulkar who is family friend and cousin’s wife can do this to me, last month when I go to my accountant/chartered accountant for filling IT REURN, he ask for all investment and its proof, then I start forcing bhavna for all receipt and new policies, post office recurring book, after my continuous follow up she stop receiving my phone calls, and she avoid meting me. Then my chartered account inquire with vapi lic branch with ref of my old policies and we got shocking news that in my polices not single pie was paid since nov 2006, and there is no new policy in my name, we further inquire in post office umbergaon they told us that my recurring a/c is closed as there is no payment since nov 2006. Now I am sure that Mrs. Bhavna rajesh karulkar cheat me and break my faith and trust. Now I m sure she only stole my cheque from my house when she came for cash. I am inquiring about same.
Please guide me how I can continue my policies. we came to know that she did fraud in post office umbergaon with lots of people as she withdraw their money before due date and use it, and she gave them money back in installment, she had great influence with post office umbergaon, that’s the only reason they never took action against her in spite of some complaint against her. She is also politically attached.
Thus I hereby request you to please take legal action against her as per guidelines, otherwise as I am cheated she might cheat many other innocent peoples like me in Umbergaon and around.
Please do justice.

This agency is appointed by the Indian Postal Department.M/s Shreeji Enterprises is owned by a goonda called Shinde.Shinde and his team of goons Sameer and Prashant Pawar have unleashed a reign of goonda business in Mumbai.Corrupt IAS official like Mr Gajbe from the postal department are in the payroll of Shinde.These goondas threaten their clients if they don't give them business.They have issued threats to many clients in Mumbai.Shinde is using the postal department at will to harass clients.Shinda and Sameer have already a case registered against them by the Narcotics Bureau in Mumbai.Kindly stop these goondas.They are making everyone's life miserable.The team of Mr Gajbe, Shinde and Sameer are not allowing other Speed Post agents to do business in Mumbai.They are threatening even other Speed Post agents operating in Mumbai.
Please stop these goondas.
