My Standard Chartered ATM Pin was dispatched by the Bank on 2nd December 2010 from Chennai but it hasent been delivered to me yet as on 6th January 2011 .. I tried to track for my letter but the Postman are completely arrogant on helping me.. To add. the postman says that since your office is on 2nd floor, we wont come to drop the letter there... This is the attitude of the postman...

It is a matter of shame that, one has to go through so much pain in reciving just a simple post.. This case is the second time it has happened to me..

Some days back I registered a complaint about non payment of money order of PENSION to my mother REKHA DASGUPTA and paternal uncle S. N. Hi,

I am enclosing a cheque of Rs 1000/ of ICICI bank towards payment as received by a facsimile copy of the duplicate statement on 23 Nov 09, when i returned back from outstation.

I have been banking with HDFC bank for almost a decade. During one of my visits to your branch I was literally hounded by your marketing executives in forcing me to get a HDFC bank credit card along with an add on card. I did succumb to the request however in the last five to six years I have made no transaction on the same.

I got a call a few days back while out of station that there was a pending payment of Rs 1000/. I conveyed to the executive that since I was not aware, do send me a fascimile copy of the same and I would do the needful.

On 26 Nov 09 at 1053h, I received a threatening and an unprofessional call from Rajesh, while I was in the midst of treating my family for swine flu.

I told him that it would not be possible to discuss at this moment, but would make sure that the payment due would be dropped in the drop in box at the earliest. He continued with the arrogant behaviour and argumentative conversation for which I had no time at that moment. He was literally shouting on the line which eventually I had to disconnect.

Anyways, I understand as a professional you have a number of methods o[censored]pdating the address along with the e mail id, in case there has been a change of address. I have never received any intimation of this particular transaction either through e mail or otherwise.

I am making the requisite payment of Rs 1000/ on the basis of the fascimile i received from HDFC, and further request that this credit card be cancelled as I have no intention o[censored]sing it and there after getting abused by your misbehaved executives.

I do hope that the company would put in some effort to train the executive to be more polite and
sensitive and thus evolve culturally.

At the end as we end our relationship, I would like you to believe that I am a conscious citizen and would have paid up the dues well before the due dates.

Wishing HDFC credit cards the very best for the future.

Now a days how the offices are running especially with technical works like statistics, as those are directly not related to finance. Even those beurocrates at the top post of such catagory without having knowledges to run the deprtment, behave badly with those honest and regular subordinates to show their powers. In such cases the top brass does not know what is the load of a particular work the person is doing. If I refer such case being a subordinate of Great Indian Republic, it is a matter of same.

This is on behalf of my office boy, he has money ordered a sum of Rs 9500/ from Churchgate post office Mumbai Dated 7th June 2012 to his home town at Dadon(U.p) vide reciept number - 21999, 22000, 22001

Its almost too late now and the tendered amount is still to be not recieved at the other end of the poor family.

Would request you to kindly look into the matter and provide redressal to the aggrieved customer as the officials atChurchgate Post office are not able to address the issue.

I am facing the same problem. I had sent few important letters for my wife visa restamping via USPS Priority Mail on Dec12 2009 and am still awaiting it to be delivered. Felt in the 5-6 days trap.
Lesson learnt ...never use USPS services..they are crap...no tracking ...no help whatsoever if not delivered.

Did you finally received it..if yes then when?

I am facing with the same problem. Send some docs by USPS Priority Mail on 19th December 2009 and till today [Jan 7th, 2010] this is not received in India/Kerala [I know there are holidays in between]. Some of my friends also had the same experience sending priority mail to India/Kerala. It looks like the delay is in India either at Delhi or Cochin. This service to India is not reliable and I am not using it again!

I purchased Kvps from Ghatkopar, Mumbai Post office. On maturity I submitted an appliction to Jalahalli, bangalore post office for obtainng clearence to enable me get the payment from Jalahalli Post Office on 29 Sep 09.

Ghatopar Mumbai Posst office has confirmed that they have not received my application so far Jalahalli Post Office says they have already forwrded the application to Divisnol P.O, Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore.

I have sent a letter by speed post on 1/12/2009 but it is not delivered even on 8/12/2009.

Today on inquiry from Chennai office I was told that it has been delivered on 5/12/2009. But to whom it is delivered is not being mentioned.

I was in Taiwan since last tow years 2007 to 2008. I was back in INdia Dec. 2008. Before I left Taiwan I have sent my house hold items (by Ship)for my family by Taiwan post on 2nd Dec. 2008. it was delivered by Indian post office to me on 25 th Fab 2009. But I have lost my One Aristocrat Attachi, Juicer(1 nos). My New purchased cloth (10-pairs). The valuable toys of my son. shoes(2-pairs). . Ladies purses ((4 nos). Imported comble (1 nos). Wall Clock (1 nos)

The Total worth was INR 50, 000.00 but I got only used cloths and and old toys. Rest are theft by Indian post.

Local post office in Mangrol-(Gujarat) told me that It should be done by only Indian Custom Department

I really affraid due to this matter, How the government people work for? Cheater and theft.

When I traced the movement, I found that it was last bagged at Barpeta for Pathsala on 21st July 2009 but no records after that. Barpeta is the District Head Quarters. I am writing to you about the one parcel we had dispatched from the Jubilee Hills Post Office, Hyderabad ( Next to the club)

I have been sending parcels via India post for 3 years now and i always recommend it to family and friends. All have them have reached destination safely.

However i must bring to your notice, that the last time we visited the counter. The man at the counter told us - " Are you sure you want to send parcel, if it gets lost dont blame us"

We told him we have sent many parcels and there was no reason for us to be worried.

However today after 10 days i decided to check my tracking slip for tracing the parcel and to my horror the Tracking number says invalid. I am wondering how is it possible that the tracking number be invalid ? A copy of the same attached.

I am now automatically suspicious of the man on the counter. Why did he make a comment like that? I would urge you to please help investigate this case. Especially because i am not worried about the man who actually passed this comment if has a role to play in it.

Ill appreciate your assistance in this regard

I have sent a handbag contaning pen drive and document alongwith one book by speed post from thiruvanmiyur chennai post office to my Mother in Nashik.
But after receiving the parcel my mother found it that parcel contains only book and document.Handbag and pendrive is missing.
That means someone else opened that parcel and took out handbag and pendrive and kept document in parcel which were inside handbag.
When i sent the parcel it weighed 850gm but after receiving it weighted 450gm.
This is clear case of stealing the items.

I am missing so many items from parcels sent from overseas that I'm sure the whole place within the confines of the Kolkata Post Office is nothing more than a den of thieves. Despite customs Declarations being completed in full prior to delivery, personnel at this place continue to open parcels, packets and envelopes in the guise of 'inspection'. Utter rubbish. Emails written more than once to the controller, assistant manager, and anyone else whose name I have located, remain unanswered. So one can only assume that they too are in the midst of all the corruption carried on in those premises. No pangs of conscience obviously.

Still waiting for any response from those supposedly employed in good faith with India Post

I was expecting some important docs from Income tax department refund banker but it was not delivered at the mentioned address and returned back . I dont know the reason but I am not getting any help from post office to search this Please help me and let me know where should I approach for the same.

This to Bring under your notice that i am under tremendous pressure form idea group, their are disturbing my mantel status, & torching me & my family. to tell you inbreif following point can be summarise.


1.i have got a call from Chandigarh saying that we are colling from some bank & torching me & my relative my using abusing language.

2.two day before i have got a call from the recovery dept... saying that we are calling from 30 hazari Court and tried to harassed me & my family by saying that we will come to your house and will hurt you whatever way we can do.

3. they also called up my father in Lucknow & also abused me by saying bad words to him and threaten him that they will harm me.

they were demanding me 9000/- where my bill amout was only 4500/-

the name of the two person calling me & my relative is given below

i do not know that how came they have taken out my personal information without take me in consideration, & how is this possible to take out the secret data. & also the misused them like anything to the extend of harassing me without knowing the situation am in.

They have also threatened me by say that case is in the court with file no : upl 779

Non receipt of article through registerd post

Dear Sir,

I was expecting some important docs from IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Ltd (Hyderabad) but it was not received till today at the mentioned address . I dont know the reason but I am not getting any help from post office to search this Please help me and let me know where should I approach for the same.

I have send an important registry Agriculture Maketing Advisor, New Delhi to Milkfood Ltd, Aghwanpur Distt - Moradabad as on 15.11.2010 but this registry is not received in my factory. through speed post on 15.11.2010 (speed post receipt number ED[protected]IN) to address W-6, Induastrial Area, Phase -II Okhla New Delhi - 110020 But till date that registry is not received at Milkfood Ltd, Kanth Road, Aghwanpur Distt - MordabadSo I request you kindly enquire into the matter and sent properly to there. I go to post office aghwanpur distt - moradabad today i.e 18.11.2010 but is no answer Mr. Mahipal Singh, (Post man) his responsible this registry documents. This is my registry is very important documentation and cheque 1.5 lac.

I apply a PAN card and yet i have not received my pan card .my pan card registri no. is RW[protected]IN and PAN card no. is BWYPR9895R received by SMS. So Please help me and send my PAN card at my given address .
