Dear Sir,
I am bringing in your kind notice being tired and hurted as I had sent some important post to Meerut & Ghaziabad with Regestred AD, but till date I have not received any Acknowlwdgement of my post.
Detail are given below:

My name is Shalini Pal from Secunderabad 500003. On 25/11/2009 your post man by the name Mohd Pasha came to my flat to give me my money order, since I was running fever for more than 10 days and since I was in my bed room my father asked the post man Mohd Pasha that he shall get it signed by me as I am in my room lying with fever or else he will give my ID proof Pan Card so that the post man gets some kind of assurance. However your post man Mohd Pasha denied my fathers request and inturn started talking indecently and misbehaved by saying if your daugther wants money order she should come and take it or else he will not give it. My dad said I was inside and not well as such he will show my pan card or voters ID or Drivers license as proof of identification but this post man Mohd Pasha did not listen to my father and said he will not give the Money Order and inturn he only said that he will complain to your postal department and see that I will not get my Money Order or my future letters.
Sir this is really very frustrating. I just wanted to ask one thing and I hope you answer my question. Tell me do your post man when go to muslim localiies do they insist in going into the muslim houses and getting the letters signed by ladies who are in Burkas and do they say no to ID proof and insist only on the person comming in front of them and signing. Please let me know. Sir your post man should have minimum consideration and understand that when someone is sick and not in a position to come and sign and when my family members are ready to produce a valid Government ID proof for verification then I dont think so it wrong for my family members to take any letters, correspondence or MO on my name. Because they are showing a valid proof of ID's.
Sir the only reason I did not receive my MO is because always post man Mohd Pasha asks me money in the name of Dasara Enaam, Idh Enaam or Diwali Enaam. And once my mother asked him why do he beggs for money and my mother asked him if he is not getting his salary or what and if he is getting his salary then why does he has to keep asking money in the name of Enaam. And I honestly feel that this post man Mohd Pasha felt insulted when my mother denied giving him Idh Enaam and asked him to leave. And I feel this is one of the reasons he has developed a gruge and as a result since then we are not getting any letters and whenever I contacted sender that why I did not receive my letters they say that my letters were sent back to them since I was not at home, which is not correct and now I understand that just because I ddid not pay post man some rupees he alawys returned by letters and now I did not get my MO for Rs 1870(I am not very sure about the exact amount of MO but yes its somewhere close to Rs 1870 which I was looking for).
Sir now I feel that I have done a mistake by not giving Mohd Pasha Dasara Enaam, Diwali Enaam or Idh Enaam and suffering for my money and other important letters. Sir please let me know if you want that I should pay Enaam to Mohd Pasha . If you say yes I dont mind paying him 10 or 20 Rs, but I really dont want my important letters or MO to be returned back to the sender or misplaced just because I am not paying your post man Mohd Pasha these enaams.

Sir I am filling a consumer complaint in this regards and also about the letter which I received from Secunderabad HO- Which says it is from some Senior Post Master from Secunderabad HO-500003 stating that my father misbehaved with post man Mohd Pasha which is not correct. Honestly speaking just because my mother denied giving enaams for the festivals which this post man Mohd Pasha asks he inturn felt insulted and just to cause inconvinience he approached your senior post master in this regards and told him all fake stories that my father misbehaved and sent us a letter of complaint. Sir I am not boosting about my fathers education background but let me tell you he is a postgraduate with LLB and he is a person who has very good knowledge about legal issues. He is retired from one of the biggest financial government institustion as an officer and I dont have any problem in receiving this letter, however even before knowing what is the fact your senior post master sent this misbehaviour letter to my father stating that we misbehaved with the post man and also stated to my father that in future we will not receive any letters. Not a problem I will store this letter which I received from your senior post master of Secunderabad HO-500003 and give a complaint with consumer affairs and since I am also personally involved with legal profession I will personal take it up with my higher ups in my court and also take it to your higher official and see on what basis your senior post master sent us this letter and even before enquiring anything with us just on post man Mohd Pasha words how can he even think of sending a letter to us.

I am taking it on a serious note with my Consumer Court. Very soon I shall be meeting your higher ups and asks him that just because my mother denied giving post man Mohd Pasha 10 to 20 Rs as enaam and asked him why does he has to keeping asking money for enaam as such I am always not receiving my important letters and finally today I missed my MO.

we have received a regd letter no. 2528/16-12-09 from Delhi Value Added Tax, Government of NCT of Delhi
by your postman who say I am belonging to Rotak and demand of Rs. 500/- to deliver the against post when I have refused, then he say i have return the letter to department with writing comments "The above address is not available"
after I tried to many efforts but he has refused and thenafter we given to Rs. 500/- and received the post.

My Saving Account in Sanganer Post Office. Saving Account Number is 433869 i have Transfer my saving account From Sanganer Post office to Heera Path Mansarover Post Office on dated 19.05.2009 but after laps of 4 months my account balance not transfer from Sanganer Post office to Heera Path Mansarover Post Office and not issued New passbook.

I contact to post master Heera Path Mansarover Post Office several time for my problem but he is not reply Satisfactory and not issued new passbook. My old passbook which is issued by Sanganer Post Office is also destroyed by post Master Heera Path Mansarover and He is tolled to visit vaishali nagar post office for your problem.

Kindly suggested me what is the prosier for transfer of my account.

I went to the Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur post office today. There was a long queue..but the best part was that the people in the line did not know where to get what.

When I checked where to get the postal tickets I was told not here... somother window... when I checked there they sent me back to the eralier window... back and forth.. I was irritated.

There wa no sign board also .. 5 windows but none of them had any thing written... people were clueless...

Forget the glue .. there was not even the wet sponge which could be used to ctick the tickets...
I checked who is the Manager... The post master was sitting right there... and he was totally cold to the chaos which was happening there... when I met him.. he said that during their Chief's visit...they were told to remove glue...and also told ot to put any sign board..or write the function on the window...

As per him it was the chief's instructions and he took it up many times but it was declined.. finally I handed over my envelopesin which I was sending rakhi to my brothers... I just pray that it reaches him in time...

The Vaishali Nagar sub post office does not have a complaint book, when I wanted to complain about the long queue to the post master or the person sitting on his chair, he refused to provide any complaint book.
I am an 68 years old army officer who was standing in the queue for more than 30 minutes.
The complainant is absolutely right. There are more than 5 windows, each window has a clerk posted, who is sitting ideal after the lunch-break and only one person is supposed to attend to all the customers i.e. registered post, money orders, deposit of money, issue to tickets, issue to envelopes etc. There were more four people standing. Imagine the slow work that it took more than 30 minutes to provide service to the second customer.
I wanted to bring it to the notice of Post Master. His plea was go stand in line for any reply. I said that I am an retired officer, I should atleast be paid attention. He reply was that 'so what? There many officers who crawl in my courtyard after retirement.' I wanted to write to the President why had be given me the rank of parchament letter inclusive of pension today? He was absolutely rude watching TV on his computer.
His clerk sitting on the chair distributing service was rudeness personified. He wanted me to sent to him so that he can deal with me. Some conversation for your goodself.
'Stand line' the clerk ordered.
'I was standing and been 3rd in line when I left' answered me.
'So what. Stand at the last. I will not do anything till there are twenty people standing in front of you.' He left the chair went for a leak.
I posted the letters with an apology to my daughter to pay the money on receipt and posted it without ticket. Though envelope for Rs.10/= was given by one onlooker.
Most POOR service is provided by the Post Office, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur and whatever is done that is with rudeness. I suggest this S.P.O. may be closed to avoid insults and misbehaviour of the staff to veterans of the society.

Whomsoever it may concern
On top of excessive charges almost on everything, try out other things, Jaipur post office and its branches and its staff are obstinate and rude to the customers also. They feel a customer has come to them because courier charges are higher. I am 68 years old senior citizen, I can assure you that in the past everything was better i.e. the behaviour of the staff, charges of the post office etc.

I had MIS A/C No 115117 with Sri Ramachandra Deemed university Post office since Jan 2008 unfartunately I lost my MIS pass book since Apr 2009 and also not drawn any interest. I had given an complaint regarding loss of my MIS PB A/C No 115117 on 10 Sep 2009 . But till date No response received either from SRDU Post Office nor From Avadi PO MIS inspector.

It is therefore requested to look into this matter and issue clearence certificate for issue of duplicate pass book and pay my intrest amount at the earliest.
