[Resolved]  Spice M 4580 — Incoming Calls Problem

SPICE M-4580 INCOMING PROBLEM SOLVED.

It is due to Black list and White list features of this mobile. By default the White List remains ON and since no number has been added to Whilte List, we can not receive calls.

Solution: Disable the White List feature.

Go to Menu->FUN SPICE (last menu icon) ->Others (last icon) -> B/W list ->White List->off

M-4580 is a Great phone.Enjoy :)

spice m-4580 — invalid imei number

I am using spice m-4580 handset. I purchased on 3-11-09. On 14-11-09 I got a message from tata docomo that you are using invalid IMEI number. I called to spice customer care but they are responding me correctly. so please solve this problem

hey thanks a lot i was actually surprised to get if fixed instantly, it took me a week, i struggled a lot to get it fixed, , now i get my incoming calls..

I have M5500 model ...but my white list is not functioning even after white list was enabled ...unwanted call entered in on mode ...pl..help me...my email id- [protected]@gmail.com..

Now I hv stopped using that phone.-
