    I am purchased a Spice C-4600 Black Handset Bill date 19.01.201, Sr.No. 8019, from Raju's wonder world, New Colony Road Palwal, My mobile Handset working till 24.03.2011 and Handset submitted in Spice Service Centre, Camp Colony Palwal 25.03.2011 but Spice Company & Service Centre said mobile drop in water but I am said mobile does not drop in water, no solution this problem till date 18.04.2011 and my handset comeback.

        This is to bring in your kind notice that i purchased a spice mobile handset model no. M 3636, Sl. no. [protected], Battery no. ZSB0462202, Adopter no. SIC-17, Bill receipt no. 221 on dated 08/07/010 with one year warranty period from KEJRIWAL SALES, PO: RENUKOOT, Distt. Sonbhadra (UP). Then during this period my mobile is is getting switched off automatically very frequently and going to dead then i give my cell to shop keeper twice on dated 2/2/11 and 25/2/2011 for rectify the problem but they are not able to rectified the problem and problem is still persist. I asked shopkeeper to return back the mobile and give me new one on replacement of the same but he is not willing to do so. Due to this i am suffering a lot mentally and physically as well. I think such type of response from shopkeeper will definitely not suited for reputed company like Spice. In this regard i request you to pl. kindly intervention on the matter and arrange to replace the faulty mobile with new one. I shall be highly oblige.

          I have bought a spice mobile on[protected] model no. QT mini.now it has problem in listening.
          I have received a address of service centre from customer care of jj colony near neemri colony chowk.
          Company's service people harrasing and telling me that you have opened your phone .your guarantee
          is closed.we will not repair it.We will charge Rs. 350/- then we will repair.
          Then I had asked from customer care executive regarding it.She told me that If your phone on the
          first day your guarantee is closed.We have to open phone to insert sim.But she refused to talk.

            My spice mobile handset QT-60 is having problems- Automatic switch off, hang, vibrator problem, white display, phone get switch off during the call anytime. I have given my mobile set at Laxmi Nagar, Delhi spice service center 6 times with the same problems. Everytime when i go there at the laxmi nagar service center to receive my handset the set seems fine but again after using the phone for a day or 2, i faced the same problems. When i give my phone for 3rd time there at the laxmi nagar service center I was assured that this time my handset will get replaced but i again got the same handset with the same issues. I also had a word with their service head of the laxmi nagar center , with Mr. Shailnder, he also assured me for the same but of no use.

            Spice Mobile Phone — Invalid IMEI

            Spice Mobile — product not good neither providing service

            i have brought a spice mobile 4580 after some time its light start flickering, and they are not providing service also. its really frustating that new mobile is not worling

            Spice Mobile Phone — dual sim not working

            Recent my wife bought a dual sim spice mobile phone (Model no. M-5252) and two prepaid sim has been inserted one of assam and the other of west bengal. Just yesterday afternoon at 5.00 pm she along with my 4 years daughter boarded on a train heading towards south bengal just this morning I got 2 missed calls at 5.05 am and 5.20 am from the assam prepaid no. which was not supposed to work in bengal since then I tried to contact the two prepaid nos but could not contact . Since she has not reached the destination station I am very much worried since morning 5.05 am. Please advice wat to do.

            spice qt — not providing good service

            sir,
            i Divjot singh, bought a spice handset model no. qt-68 . Their representative told me me that the mobile will be having 7 days replacement warranty but when my mobile's wiffi and some application stopped working within 2 days i went to service center but they told me that the replacement warranty was valid upto 24 hours. I was cheated by them. Even i complaint to the concerned authorities many times but they turned deaf ears to me. So i request you to take strict action against them as soon as possible.

              With regards I (Dr.Abhishek Sharma) would like to state that I have purchased a Handset of Spice Company,Model No. QT - 56 on 26/11/10, but it stop working after few days, due to which i contacted to the Authorized Service center of Spice Company they replaced the battery of the handset two times but again the problem persist and on 22/12/10 service center issued me a DOA Certificate against the handset. I have contacted to them sevral time but they are not giving me any satisfactory answer regarding the handset.

                I am using Spice mobile.model no-S900.Recently on 16.02.2011 I have bought a new original battery from Raj mobile centre in burbwan.But three days before i could not charge the battery and my handset switched off.Today (15.03.2011) when I went to service centre (Burdwan Raj mobile centre) they first checked my battery and said that I have problem in my handset and there is no problem in my battery and advised me to submit my handset to them for checking worth rupees 199 minimum.But I was quite sure that there is no any problem in my handset but problem in battery.But they always used to say to submit my handset for checking worth 199 rupees even one of them in service centre behaved very rudely.when i checked my handset after fast charging the battery by fast charger in that shop (but not by serviceman in service centre.It is both shop and service centre) the handset switched on.why they make me miss wayed?So today I have understood that we cant believe on spice mobile company and their service centre.I will tell my friends,relatives and all of my known not to buy spice mobile never ever.

                    to maine kaha ki is me dusra software dal dijiye to vo bole ye company ki problem hai is set me kuchh nahi ho sakta.
                    phir to company contumers se cheet kar rahi , btai ab me kiya karaun.

When i purchased that mobile in this i have many major problems like manufacturing defaults like battery backup is not sufficient. When talk to another person then many time call was end. key pad is hard not a soft. charger is not sufficient its not charge the mob.

                      I am Mr. Chetan Krishna Kuthe staying in Mumbai , Kurla (E) purchased Mobile on dated 15 – 04 -2009 mobile Spice D 1100 ( windows , touch screen, dual sim From Chembur Hot Spot Gallary through Mr. Narayan ( Manager ) even I purchased additional care pack warranty from Hot spot upto April 2011

                      From 1 year back I year back I am frequently complaining for battery problem & even I am ready to pay extra charges for battery also then also they neglecting me . They are not taking action , directly saying we have no spare part trough mobile in scrap / dust bin

                      Simply they are making time pass.

                      I think I waste my money , but I want to punish them because simply they fooling people, so please help me out.

                        I saw a number of complaints here & got shocked seeing d complaints of spice mobile phones... most of the complaints of spice mobile phones are just about the softwares, pc suite & drivers of mobile....
                        Let me ask all the users of comsumer complaints one thing:-

                        1) Spice company provide the company site at its back cover.... being a aware consumer is it not necessary to know that why the company has given the site at it back mobile cover....
                        Its just to help its consumers but the consumer is not even aware of it...

                          My self Saquib Ansari i Bought This Spice Mobile (D88 Gold Dual Sim GSM + CDMA) on 7th Feb 09 and with 2 days it stop working no display, no net work, Net was not accessable through mobile. i approched to Vashi service center (HOT SPOT SPICE SERVICE CENTER). Submitted (14th Feb & Back on 18th march'09) after so many follow up . again after one half month ( even though i was not using that mobile i kept that to sell some one but befor i sell i got same network problem) again in same SERVICE CENTER i submit my on 5th may'09 and this time again they told me it will take atleast one month to repair.
                          can any one tell me procesure to sue spice company or top management to complaint about thier product and sevice.

                          I can't get software of d 88 gold mobile. I found it on net & make download but it was corrupted.
                          What can I do ?
                          i have Spice D-88 gold Mobile. It has many features which are not working. like Spice gang, Wap setting, In My Music, create folder as the folder content not song. the song cann't assign to contact number.
                          also top officials not getting.
                          I am using s-707n. And i am awailing the services of aircel but it doesnt work with internet services provided by aircel. I urge u to pay attention toward my problem and provide me settings to access internet

                          I am having spice S-series mobile which I purchased in Feb-09 and from starting I am facing voice problem, I have submitted 4 (Four) times in spice service center (Excel Compuzone, Akashdeep complex, Indore) and one time they send to Bhopal also but still problem is not solve, I personally think that they are making foolish to me.
                          I am really get frustrated so I am wrote to customer care but still not any reply from there side and i dont think they believe in customer satisfaction and such could not grow up.

                          i was purchased a mobile of spice model no 4580 killer from a shop at jind (haryana) on 12 mar 2010.when mobile shows problem, i goto service centre of jind in the name of SONU MOBILE jind . he refused to repair by saying that this mobile is not purchsed under jind distrubuter.when i told this problem to distributer than he refused to repair by saying it is in liquid entry, but mobile is not take any touch of water.i take many shopkeeper reviews that tells me his behavior is so ruf or bad. so please take a proper action and cancel his service centre authority.i can give you above 20 shopkeeper written reviews which are distrubed from his bad services. if you take any action against this i willbe very thankful to you.

                          I completely agree to the fact that Spice Mobiles are NOT WORTH BUYING because their service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I have got 4 Spice handset in my family though the handsets are OK but what is the point when they give contract to service to such people who are so unprofessional when it comes to giving service. I AM SORRY Spice but I would NEVER Recommend anybody again to buy these HANDSETS because of the horrible experience I had with service.

                          My case is that I had one Spice C-5300 for personal use. It had display problem and the screen went completely black. When I took it to service centre in Allahabad which is in CITY hotel building they told me it would cost Rs. 570 and you can take it tomorrow. I said OK. The next day I called them and they told me that it would take Rs. 1200 to fix this and if you say yes, you can collect it tomorrow. Though it was a bit disappointing, I said go ahead and fix it please. After 3 more days when I called them, the person at the other end said " Yes your set C-5300 which had the display problem is fixed. You can collect it after payment of Rs. 1200.

                          But to my surprise when I visited the service center, the person at the reception told me your phone is lying untouched and it would take 10 days to fix this and it would cost you Rs. 1700. When I told him I talked before coming, everybody denied out rightly that he did not picked the call. Annoyed when I went to the owner of the service center to complain, he took the matter very lightly. I even showed him the call list in his phone( which confirmed that I called and taled for 1 minute 13 seconds). After being humiliated so much I collected my unfixed phone and returned with a determination of not to buy SPICE ever again.

                          The same day I went to buy a SAMSUNG CDMA handset. If SPICE is concerned even in the least they should terminate this service center in Allahabad and appoint a Sincere Party for the same. Till then "No to Spice"

                          I do not agree with Shailiknath. Your one experience can not be reference for rest of the customers. I for one have three products from Spice Mobile and three times I was required to visit service centre. Though phone was not that reliable, Service was reliable. On two occassion I got my mobile same day and on third instance they replaced my mobile on 6th day. Overall I am happy with Spice Service.

As advised by karkala outlet, meassages 'DAD' and 'DND' to 50789 did not evoke any action. On 14th Jan a person of the firm promised that deductions would be stopped in future but there was deduction on 17/01/10.The local outlet had misguided me.

                              a Spice mobile, model S-7000 was bought in the 11th Jun 2010, it is a touch phone.The touch stopped working in the month of Oct,2010 and then i got repaired from the Spice mobile service center authorised by the company.After just one month the same problem occurred again.I reported the problem to the service center and they said it will take 10 days.i reported for the second time on the 8th of Dec.They are still not ready with the phone..this is such a bad impression by the business firm to the innocent people by giving warranty of one year..What is the use of the one year warranty if i did not satisfy the services..this is really an insult to the consumers of their product..i would like to request them to kindly replace a new phone or get lost from the market.

                                  I had purchased spice mobile model No.D88n on 10/10/2008 from M/s Mahindrakar Radio, Yavatmal Maharashtra - 445001.
                                  The IMEI of the Mobile handset as given on the package box is [protected]. However the same is shown as [protected] on request being sent to the number *#06#. Kindly explain for the discrepancy if possible.

                                  Again, as its a dual sim mobile set i was using Reliane CDMA as well as Reliance GSM mobile services from the handset. Howerver since of November,2009 my GSM sim (No. [protected]) is failing to register for non registration of IMEI no. of the handset though the Reliance CDMA sim is still working. Since then I visited your Mobile Store a number of times to seek remedy to this but to no avail as none of your store persons entertained my problems and showed no co operation in this regard. This is causing hazardous to me.

                                  I am an advocate by profession and have purchased the handset from HOTSPOT, Rohini against the valid bill.
                                  The handset was having problem since beginning. Few months back as per guidelines of GOVT. the mobile companies were directed to barred the services of those handset who were not having valid IMEI and due this problem my services by service provider was barred. After barring of the services i came to know that the handset was not having valid IMEI and in this way i was not given proper services and proper quality of products by Spice Mobiles. Not having the Valid IMEI is amounts to short in quality.

                                  Due to barring of the services i am unable to use the number and paying the rent to service provider.

                                    I Bought spice m6110 at 2599/- from HS18, 1 month back, now I find that the person I call could hear an unwanted tone and most of the time I could not hear of the person on the other side.

                                      I had purchased spice Mobile Phone Model QT 66 Black-orange [protected], on 11.04.2010 from Spice Retail Ltd. Building No. 90, BK Block, West Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi. 110088. Within one month of purchase the mobile was blocked and locked, as the key pad lock was not being released, it was taken to the dealer, who opened the mobile removed the battery and re fix the same, which consequently released the key pad locks, thereafter it happened for 3 times and then I stopped locking the keypads of the mobile. Now the charger of the mobile has stopped working, when ever the same is applied for charging it indicates 'Bad contact' and stops the charging. I have stopped using the mobile, please let me know the nearest service station who could rectify the mobile perfectly. Further I have observed that your company is lacking in perfection of the working of mobile and is sent to market for sale without proper and thorough checking, thus causing unnecessary harassment, mental agony and inconvenience to the consumers.
