    This is with regards to your product QT 44.

    If you go through the product manual that is being provided by the company it gives false and misleading information



    As per the manual on pg no.65 it is mentioned that this phone has an inbuilt antenna which we need to pull and is situated on

    the top left of the phone ???????

    In Reality such a thing does not exist



    Also as per the manual the phone has a video player feature

    In Reality even that does not exist



    The manual claims that there is blue tooth in the phone????

    WHERE??????



    I selected this product by reading the features that were provided but all in vain, I am really disappointed that even an esteemed organization like yours cheats people by providing misleading and false information. You also claim that the battery life is long

    HOW LONG??

    Answer :- Not more than 1 DAY Standby time



    After purchasing this product I really feel like being cheated by reading those false promises and statements

        SPICE model D6666, i purchased on 24th Jan 2010, i faced problem as auto calling & switch off, so handed to A2Z service center chinchwad pune 33 on 13th March 2010, still they are not giving back me handset, i approach, they shown me a old handset, they told me a for replacement still i didnt get, while asking they shown me a used old handset. Pls i want a new replacement of anothe mobile from spice.

        i bought a spice QT 56 one week back.the battery life is pathetic. it gets switched off after 2 hours of talktime. and then the contacts are not ready even after 12 hours, i cannot reach even a single contact in my phone. handsfree gives an additional noise making it impossible to hear the callers' voice. the service center people say that they will try to repair it. i think this handset is the worst ever, and beyond repair. please somebody look into the matter
        I bought a spice mobile hand set Model No : M-5055 from Sun Times vide their invoice No cs1079147 Dt. 11/08/2010 with iIMEI -[protected]. About a Month back my hand set developed a problem and I took it to Mobile seva N0 B-125, 6th 'C' Main Road, 4th Block Jayanagar Bangalore 560 011 on Dt 7/12/2010 who issued me an acknowledgement bearing No 606 dt. 7/12/2010promising me to return my handset after repairing within a week.After a week whenever I contact them over phone Or personally contact them they say the hand set is not yet ready ask me to collect after two days. Their two days has not arrived even after15/16 days.

        More than this what is MORE and MORE annoying me is the attitude of the people who are in charge of this Mobile SEVA. I feel they are fooling me;once when they said that my hand set is sent to head office, I asked them where their head office is- one boy employee says that it is in Minerva circle in Bangalore which is hardly 3km from their office, another girl employee says it is in Noida . Not only this incident; in most of my interaction with all the employees of this Mobile SEVA I found that they are not at all sincere/honest with their coustomers and enjoy fooling them.
        I do not understand why they should take such a long time to rectify the defects in the hand set manufactured by them ? Is it because my hand set is in within the warranty period?
        Do I really get any response to this mail Or should I think of alternative method - say going to consumer court ? Will they extend my warranty by the number of days that my mobile is lying with them un serv iced?

        Hi i am Rohit Modi, using a spice mobile model no- QT-61 from[protected].
        i purchased that mobile from Spice mobility ltd., authorized service centre, fraslin tech care pvt Ltd, shop No-3, ratanadeep co, mumbai, maharashtra -400 066.

        this phone is suffering from display problem from last five to six months & i also gave these phone in a service center for twice, i had also lodge a complaint in a spice gallery with service request no:[protected]B90026 but no one giving me a satisfied answer to resolve this problem from my mobile.

        my mobile one year warranty is still applicable & but a Service center is also taking a so much of time to resolve these problem & due to single phone i have to face several problem & i have to Miss a several phones calls during Repairing Period.

        Kindly do the Needful & let me Know what to do in these Case.

        Hope i will get a satisfied answer & service from your company as early as possible.
        i am from orissa . my name is manoj . i have purchase the spice mobile model no.MI270.in last dashera . but after 4 month use i face problem, , the service center person told me to change the display, as it was in warranty period the new display has been replaced with in the time period . but after 2 month i face the same problem and again i went to the service center and they told me the same thing that you have to change the display again . and that is in without warranty.. then i give my mobile to be repaired . the time line is 10 days and the expected cost is 850.00 . but till now after 2.5 month i do not get my mobile back . when ever i asked to the service center they simply replay me that they donot have the parts for this mobile even in kolkata also .


        BUT SOME QUESTION IN MY MIND THAT;
        1. IS SPICE TECHNICALLY SOUND FOR THE MOBILE SEGMENT?
        2. IS THE DISPLAY IS SO EXPENSIVE THAT THE MOBILE COMPANY DOES NOT ABLE TO AVAIL IT?
        3. WHEN I CHANGE MY DISPLAY IN WARRANTY THE COST IS 450.00 BUT WHEN IT IS IN WITHOUT WARRANTY THE COST IS 850.00 ... WHAT IS THE LOGIC BEHIND THIS 400 .00 RUPEES ?

          I had dropped my mobile handset Spice M4580 at spice service centre jhansi(Betwa mobiles, sadar bazar, jhansi) on date 22/02/2010 for replacement of LCD under warranty. I have not yet received my handset till date even after one month. I have visited the service center at least 10 times and every time the only response i get is that the company is not providing them with LCD's in proper working condition.They say that all the LCD's received in the past month from Lucknow were not in proper working condition.
          Please do the needful so that I get my handset at the earliest.

            spice mobile m 5252 — Video play and Recording problems

            I have bought Spice M 5252 some 20 days back. I get annoyed with the model after buying it...
            Complaint No. 2: The model claims to have video recording faciity. It has.... but it never record clips for more than 15 minutes... and that also will be jerky. Once you move the camera during recording it jumps from focussed frame to another frame with a jerk, leving the frame in between.

            Spice doesn't gives any information that this model has not continuous video recording/playing at least in advertisement or on the carton of the product or in products catalouge. But yes it gives an information in user manual that it records 300kb/1 minute..... which any consumer can read after buying the products not before. It seems that this way company cheats with the consumers.

            Looking forward with hope of getting some insight and solution on this problem from Spice.

              I have purchased a Spice M-4580 handset on[protected]. It has the following IMEI No : - [protected] & [protected]. It is a dual sim handset. One day I encountered that the slave (second) sim is not getting detected. So I took it to the service center where it takes 3 days to repair that problem. After I got the handset back to me I found that I can not make calls from the slave sim card. So I reported it to them and they told me that they have to send the sell to the company. This happens on 6-feb-2010. After that I take many trips to the service center and finally got the set back at 13-March-2010.

              I checked the set there for the previous problem and it was working fine. After I got to my room, I soon realised that this is not my set. The IMEI of the set now shows[protected] and [protected]. After further verification I found that the vibrator is not working. Also the charking port is damaged, so I cant charge or plug my hands free into the set. Man What type of service is this????

                Hello,

                I have purchased spice D-6666 Dated[protected] from hotspot within 24 hour its not working properly, CDMA is not working properly always says (insert slave SIM) and I submitted my mobile and bill at spice service center they told me they will take 15 days to replace or repair it, I am not happy with spice mobile and service center. This company has no any customer care No and at service center they don’t want to talk to customers. Now I don’t want to use this phone any more. This mobile has no any sms delivery note facility for CDMA and there is no any security feature in this phone I want fully refund and I want to return this phone

                Any body have any idea or suggestion then pls reply me

                Now I will not purchase spice mobile in future and or I will not advice any body to purchase any spice handset there are so many complain I found in consumer complain website.

                    I have bought a Spice Mobile Model M940N vide IMEI No. [protected] / 37244836 on Dtd 26/08/2009 from Krishna Mobile Ghar, Rohtak vide Invoice No. 6260, after 39 Days on Dtd 04/10/2009 It is switched off suddenly but there was nothing displayed on screen after that I went to M/s Krishna Mobile Ghar, Rohtak (Seller). He told me that, this mobile is Dead & you have to go to the Spice Service Centre, Then I go to Spice Repair Centre C/O Tele Centre, Rohtak. He says that you have to come on tomorrow I keep on visiting there office many times, After 10 days Mr. Gaurav (Service Centre Owner) told me that I should hand over this mobile to company vide Job Sheet No. N-34 & you may come after one week even after 8-9 weeks he given me mobile but after 3-4 days it become on same condition & unable to display nothing on screen once again I go to your authorized service centre & he keep the mobile on Dtd 18/01/2010 vide Job Sheet No. SP – 721 but till date I have not received any information regarding Mobile from him. That is why I have written this letter to your company in order to replace my Mobile which is under Warranty & I hope please replace or repair my mobile as soon as possible.

                      Dear Team,

                      It is informing you that I have already submitted my mobile for the charging connector problem at your SPICE SERVICE MOBILE CENTRE, PRESS CHAWK, MADHUPATANA, NH-5, CUTTACK, ORISSA but they are unable to rectify this problem & taken 140/- rupees in my WARRANTY PERIOD. And this is kind information you that they create another problem (i.e. display problem in my mobile). The service engineer know nothing except how to open a mobile only, for this reason many SPICE MOBILE user faced a lot of problem for servicing their mobile.

                      This is requesting you that please do needful action against the service centre & take action to solve my charging & display problem in my mobile.

                      I had purchased Spice D-90 Set from Hot Spot Mobile shop Naraina Delhi in Aug 09. In Jan 10 I found the phone is not charging the battery. Then I approached Spice Service Centre Gorakhpur (UP). After detaining 25 days he returned the phone saying all OK. After bringing back to home when checked, the problem is still existing remains. The hand set again handed over to Service Centre Gorakhpur on his assurance that the defect will surely be rectified this time. God save from Spice mobile set. I recommended that the Government should take strict action against this company and particularly on Service Centrer.

                      Spice D-90 Mobile — Repairing of faulty mobile

                      Spice D-90 mobile set purchased from Hot Spot Mobile Store Naraina New Delhi in July 2009. On 04 Feb 2010, when it was connected for charging, found no response and phone automatically switched off. I sent that mobile set and deposited to Spice Service Centre Gorakhpur on 08 Feb 2010 for checking and rectification of faults. After that, my representative visited that Spice Service Center Gorakhpur several times and also contacted to the owner of Spice Service Centre on phone but my above mobile handset has neither been repaired nor replaced till now (on 09 April 2010). As Two months have already elapsed but phone is not returned to the customer duly repaird or replaced, it is very shameful activity on the part of Spice Service Center Gorakhpur and Spice Mobile Comany. Please look into the matter and replace my above faulty mobile set.

                      Hi, I am Gunjan Gupta from Nagpur. I had buyed a spice M-4580 killer handset on 7-dec-2009. Its a dual sim phone with first sim known as master and second as slave.

                      After a month, I figured out that I am unable to make outgoing calls from the slave sim. but I ignored it as I have some issues with the sim too and I thought that my service provider has barred my outgoing calls. After some more days, I figured out that my slave sim is not working. At first I thought that my network provider has cut all my services, but soon I figured out that the phone is not detecting the sim. So, I took it to the service center and gave it for repair.

                      After a week, I got the set back. The sim is being detected now but I can't make any outgoing calls. So I took it back to the service center. They said that they have to send the mobile back to the company and I can have the set repaired in 30 days.

                      After 30 days they gave me a replacement set. I check for the problem to be solved, as they didn't told me that the set is a replacement set and it is not mine, and I take it back home. At home I figured out that the charging socket was broken, the vibrator is not working and it stops detecting master sim every now and then. So, I took it back the other day and told them that the set, they gave me, is not mine and I have checked that by using the IMEI no. They said that the set is a replacement set. I told them about the problems and they repaired the charging problem and told me that they need to send it back to the company for the full repair. I had my exams going on, so I told them that I cant leave the set there right now.

                      I come back home and put the set on charging which stops working again in half an hour. After my exams, I took the set back to the service centre and they sent the set to the company again. After about 20 days, they gave me a replacement set again. I checked for all problems again and took it back home. Now I find out that the mic of this set is not working. I took it back to the service centre and they said that they will need 3 to 4 days to fix it. This time I refused to give it to them as I know, if I gave it to them then they will mwke it more faulty then ever. So I took the set back to home and I am using it with the headset.

                      I have bought a mobile Model no- Spice D-90 from Hot Spot, Ghaziabad on dated 25/07/10 but durring one year waranty period it have got out of order three time. Third time I have left this mobile to service center on 22/07/10 but now the warrenty period of this mobile is over and till i have not got the mobile repaired now due to over of warrenty period I need the another mobile set.                           Dear Sir,

                          I had gained a very bad experience by the SPICE D6666 Handset which was purchased on 01 Jan 2010 , from Hot spot jayanagar showroom & faces the below problems:


                          I only use my mobile phone approx 1 hour a day , still I have faced the problems below

                          1. The mobile pack telling that “Do not accept if seal is broken” and there is a sticker, So I purchased a sealed packet. Since I am busy I open the Box when I reach home after two days, Then I realized that the back cover is not fixing correctly.. some manufacturing problem
                          2. I was using 2 sim cards (GSMGSM) , I observe that the battery back up is very limited. While traveling, it become horrible.. with in 10 hours it will drain out completely, even it is charged fully before the travel.
                          3. As the 2nd point I switched off the mobile to save battery charge.. Still battery got dried out!!!
                          4. So far I not able to contact the service center.. so I just tried only one sim to save the battery back up.. that worked at last.. then it was getting more than two days
                          5. Java support was there with the mobile .. But the performance was too bad..We canot play a game also
                          6. 2 mega pixel camera is bull .. I never able to take any picture with clarity or with out shaking

                          7. Totally we have to tell the product does not meet any Quality at all ,which they are offering!!!!


                          So at last I send lot of mail to the customer care Spice ,and called them.. they told these suues they fix ..and ask me to give the mobile to service center @Mobile seva, Jayanagar Banglore. I gave the mobile 13th Feb 2010. They collected my mobile and contact details and told me that they will call me with in 4 days.

                          However they not called!!! At last after 8 days I gone to the service center .. that was fun .. I asked about my mobile. .Actually the receptionist was using my mobile phone I seen that !!!

                          And she went inside and removed the sim card and told me that It is solve!!



                          I just inspect my mobile.. The Back cover condition become horrible.. now we can see that it is almost shaking badly ..I asked about that.. she told that they tried but it damaged .. and they are telling it is from my hand!!


                          I argued I not collect my mobile back.

                          So what I have to do now.. my issues

                          I spend 6800/- on the New Year day. Think that the product is worth enough
                          Because of the warning “Do not accept if seal is broken” I have not opened it

                          1. There was a cover problem,
                          2. Battery problem..
                          3. Java performance problem
                          4. Camera problem,
                          5. Dual sim problem,
                          6. Even we switch off the mobile battery got drained out problem
                          7. No proper customer care service
                          8. Service center people are very bad and rude


                          So is there any way to get the money back??? With in one month o[censored]sage I was facing lot of issues and spend lot of money to call customer care people. Traveling , facing rude behavior from the service center


                          Can you people help me to how to handle this legally? I have the supporting documents with me. This is a clear example to how customer getting cheated

                          Spice Mobile — Buggy product and poor support

                          I bought Spice (model D-88N) mobile in June'08. From Dec'08 onwards I started having problems with the product as I was not able to charge the mobile. I approached their service center at Hyderabad in the month of Feb'09 and I was asked to come after 2 days to take my mobile. When I went back I was handed over the mobile saying the problem got rectified. But when I checked after some time it wasn't charging. Staff at service center ask me to leave the mobile so that they can send it to Bangalore office for repair as they are unable to do it.

                          This time after a week I got my mobile back and after two days, the problem re-surfaced again. As the problem is recurring, I want the mobile to be replaced with another one. Currently the mobile is with service center again (Ref Job Sheet #2947/S dated 9th March, 2009)

                          I am a spice D-6666 user. I have pointed various defects on this set.
                          I have searches many about this model on the spice-mobile.com.
                          On searching web i found that in this set there are various facilities given but that actually not present in my mobile set;
                          what the problem may be?
                          The defects are this set does not support more than 128 songs on audio player music library and these
                          songs can not be selected by the user. Then why we need memory card expandable upto 4 GB?
                          The camera is 2 megapixel, but the quality is very poor. Also as given in the web site it does not support camera zoom level
                          greater than 240*320
                          and does not support AM radio.
                          Java performance is so poor there is boring using java first install them and after installing every time you use lunch them.
                          There is no option to take action on selected files in memory card, phonebook, bluetooth etc and many more.
                          What is the problem with mobile set and me and what is the solution of this?
                          Why there are not these facilities present? I want the solution.
                          Please reply with solution.

                                the mobile shows "sim registration failed" frequently. Padmaja Mobiles is the authorised service centre of spice mobiles in nanded. I showed my mobile to him. twice he registered new IMEI number. but third time again when registration failed he charged me 100 rupees (without any written bill or legal entry), & he promised me that if this problem remains next time he will send my cell to mumbai for further proceedings. But this time also he called his seniors on phone & registered new IMEI number.
                                this is wasting my time. troubling me. He is not even ready to give me address of any other servise centre. I am loosing my contacts and facing inconvenieny. I dont know other service station. in broucher only numbers are given (like : HP electronics mumbai : [protected]) but no one is responding on this number. So please help me out of this problem.

                                  I purchase a spice hand set D88n during Sep 2008. It starts trouble from very begining. Firstly in a few months its CDMA service jammed. After 15 to 20 of rounding at its service centre at Tagore Garden Hotspot service centre, they replaced it. Just after Oct 2009 the IMEI problem raised. It stoppted working. After 15 to 20 days I again requested at their service centre and after 2 rounds of servicing it started again. But when I transfered on my job to Jammu, it again stopped. Its CDMA not working and GSM service also stopped. I am begging handsets from people due to continue my work. Here in Jammu my SIMs of CDMA and GSM are working on Rs.800 handsets of various companies. But this more than 7000/- Rs. costly handset is not working. This is my bad luck that I have purchased this handset. Their service centre people of Tagore garden are not picking up phones. Hotspot chain of Service centre giving nos. of Jammu service centre, which are switched off. I really fed up and planning to throw it in gutter. Peoples are laughing at me, making jokes on me. What a shame for company. Please if anybody reading please pray to god for help me. I am not able to talk my family members, friends and other business people. Just because I purchase spice hand set of D88n.

WHEN EVER MY WIFE RECEIVE ANY CALL IT JUST SWITCH OFF AT ITS OWN.MY WIFE APPROACHED SERVICE CENTER K-32 ,HOT SPOT AT LAJPAT NAGAR , NEW DELHI. AS ADVICED BY THE SHOPKEEPER I.E.(CELLUCOM RETAIL PVT LTD, K-16, LAJPAT NAGAR NEW DELHI) FROM WHERE MY WIFE PURCHESED THE MOBILE. TWO WEEKS HAD ALREADY PASSED BUT SERVICE CENTER IS NOT GIVING ANY SATISFACTORY REPLY TO MY WIFE . THEY ARE JUST EXTENDING THE TIME.

                                        I complaint my mobile no. C-5300 Spice for service on 09.01.10 for Battary Backup & Mic Problem to M/s Hot Spot, Tagore Garden Near Kukreja Hospital, New Delhi to Mr. Rajat/Ravi I given mobile alongwith battary without sim card and cover. I appreciate to company my mobile is repair after 3 mail in company & 54 call to Hot Spot. I would like to inform you that mobile hand set given to me without battary He(Ravi) ask to me no battary given to service centre.
