If you are thinking of buying handset never buy Spice Model, even if someone give it to you free. Spice is all china hanset marketed in the name of Spice. Unfortunatly Spice quality is even worse than chinese handset. Spice is a big fraud. When i tried issue with Cust care, they are blaming me for not enquiring Vibrator in Spice Handset. They were claiming that its mentioned in product catlouge while forgot that its inside pack and cant be opened. Spice dont treat there customer well, and just go on giving spice y excuses. Never buy spice handset. you can check there responce downside. Mr. sainath shetty at Spice is big fraud. Sainath shetty is good for nothing.

This Feature is not available in initial models. It was upgraded subsequently, which as a company we can do since product goes through regular up gradation.

It is very irritating and unfortunate not to receive response from your end regarding complain even after 5 Days. This also demonstrate the difference between company like NOKIA, who replaced all BL-5C batteries and company like Spice which are not bothered even to answer their customer. I am repenting my decision of buying Spice Mobile despite having other good features in mobile.

I have purchased spice mobile 2 month before. (Model No. is M-4580). The same handset is purchased by my friend a week ago as well. While my friend mobile has vibration mode in his mobile, I don't have any, and this is very inconvinient in Local and best busses as dont notice ringtones when it is in pocket. This is not acceptable as you were selling same mobile with same Model No. at same price with diffrent features. Vibration in mobile is very essential while travelling I am loosing many important calls because of this. Please, let me know how this problem can be solved as my mobile is still in warranty period.
