yaar sach bola ek dam SPICE mobile is world's ever n ever wrost and Farzi mobile componey essy componeies ko to bann kar dena chahiye indian market se u don't worry bro. u just wait nd watch ki ye componey jald he bann ho jayegi...becase costomers sirf ek time he fool bantey hain baar baar nahi .
so i m here 2 alerting people to NEVER EVER PURCHES THE IIIrd CLASS FARZI ANY SPICE MOBILE .

I bought a mobile handset(Company Name-Spice) on dated 20.07.2010 but after buying the mobile one or two days mobile is running smoothly but within a week mobile got problems. Its problems is Insert The SIM(After few - few minutes) indicating and currency checking is always on. I complaint to the dealer and customer care and they take it and after 20 days they return the mobile but only currency checker is right and insert the SIM is always the problems it. I told to the customer care and dealer but they said that again the mobile will send to the customer care....

Kindly advise me..

I bought a mobile handset(Company Name-Spice) on dated 17.06.2010 but after buying the mobile two month DEAD & HAND FREE SHOW mobile got problems and I went to nearest SPICE SERVICE CENTER 1/6663 SATNAM MARKET, EAST ROHTASH NAGAR SHAHDARA DELHI and give my mobile QT60 in above service center they take it and after 32 days they return the mobile but after two facing new problem BAD CONNECT OF CHARGER and then again went to same service center and give my mobile and your service center representative Mr.KUSH his mob. no.[protected] give to me delivery date 10 Oct.2010 and promise to me if we not give the mobile then we given the stand by handset and also say to me call me and after 10 Oct 2010 I call to Mr.KUSH but he say to me take the phone after one day so I call many times but his behavior not good about me and I went to service center on 12 Oct.2010 but he say same word to me and after one call to him but he say to me same word and I went to service center today(15/10/2010) at 14:35 hrs. but say to me delivery date on FRIDAY 22 OCT.2010 and where two representative Mr.HIMANSHU KUMAR and his phone no.[protected] and Mr KUSH misbehavior about me within half hours.So I am not satisfy about spice mobile and specially spice service center like M/S HOT SHOP 1/6663, SATNAM MARKET EAST ROHTASH NAGAR DELHI.My EMEI No.[protected].so plz shotout my problem urgently otherwise I am go to consumer court.

I am Sunil Sangwan from Bhiwani (Haryana) and my mobile no is [protected] & [protected]. I bought a Spice Mobile model D-1100. After few months it was showing some technical problem in on-off switch and battery. So I go to the Spice authorized customer care center in Bhiwani Rohtak, Hissar and Karnal. When I go to customer care center they say spice mobile company not provide of spare parts of any mobile hand sets when company sends on-off switch, battery and body panel. We will solve your mobile set problem. Now for the last three month I have been calling and visiting the customer center but they keep on postponing. It has lead to a huge loss of my time and money as I am a working professional and I have to skip my office and go to the service center. The service of Spice Mobile has been very disappointing. When I call your customer care no [protected], 4363800 the response of employees is so rude so please resolve my problem i[censored] can?

I have purchased spice mobile model-QT 66 on 12/07/2010 I feel the problem of sim that mobile give the massage to insert master sim after inserting it.So I bring it to spice service centre (Multichannel Electronics)on 14/09/2010.They took my phone by promissing to return it after 2 days.but they call me latter and told that they are unable to repair it they have to send it to Mumbai.and will return me after 25 days.it is very problematic to myself because I am doing a job and company always contact me on mobile so I am not satisfied with Spice.

Meine [protected] ko Spice ka Hand set QT 56 Purchase Kiya par next day[protected] se vo charge nahi ho raha tha toh mein hot spot Lajpat Nagar gaya jaha se meine purchase kiya tha toh unhone Kaif try karne baad use thick kar diya par next day phir vo he problem hui mein phir se[protected] gaya phir unhone thick kar diya mein phir Ghar chala gaya jab third[protected] day vo problem hui toh unhone uski battery and charger change kar diya par vo phir bhi thick nahi hua toh phir Fourth day[protected] meine unhe kaha aap ye phon rakha kar mujh dusara de do par vo agree nahi hue. toh aab mein chahta hu ki unka fasala court kare. aue Meri Problem Solve Meine Unke Store Manager Mr. Rakshit ([protected]) Se bhi Baat kari Unhone bhi mana kar diya ki aap customer service hi jao par unho ne mere 4 din kharab kar diye aur mujh pareshan kiya.

Kindly solve my problem because meine bhaut mushkil se phone purchase kiya tha.

It's being ONE MONTH, i have submitted my handset D-1111 for Touch Screen Problem to Taipan Electronics (Dadar) - Workorder Number#SMH[protected].

However there is no response from any of either side nor even an courtesy response. This is an example of extremely bad services and customer response from company like SPICE.

I tried calling both Mr. Sainath as well as Mr. Radhe (Taipan-Dadar) however unable to get any positive response.

This is an extremely bad services, I have every interacted with any service center.

I have purchased D1111 for CDMA use but the network provider have asked for software for activation of CDMA number. I ve checked the CD given in the pack but there was not any kind of required softwre moreover the compatibility of the contained software was not for win vista. Purchased 1 set and I got lots of problems in offer.

i purchased a mobile c-5300 (IMEI A100000C72CFBFB) on[protected], which have some technical problem ( do not charging) so i go to your service station on optimum tele services at laxmi nagar, vikas marg delhi. on 17th or 18th june 2010.it was return to me on[protected] when i cheak mobile at the time of delivery it has display problem, so on the same day i again give to them to repair it( BILL NO SDL[protected], on[protected] this set again handover to me this time it has software problem, all the software are deleted from handset, then i again ask them to repair, then MR. VISHNU who work there tell me that u download software any time from our shop then on[protected] i again handover them this set. but till today i do not receive my set, every time when i call them or visit there shop they tell me your mobile send to company and not come yet, i face many problems because of this. so please delever me my mobile as soon as possible otherwise i take help of CONSUMER COURT.

with due to respect in our country chiting company develop in a day several nos. they donot maintain there quality ,which for they earnafter that i am a depressed customer having a damage mobile still 34 hours ,
sub : i have bought a spice mobile set from "spice communication "out let -1,shop no112,113,main market,sec-14,gurgaon ,haryana.but in this handset voice could not reach another person.so,i complain at this mobile shop but he was make me offence on this phone ,this phone is cost of Rs 1750 ,so,i am not waste my time after that i was told him,i am going to consumer coat,he was laught and said go ,i dont care

so, please request to stop fearless chiting to customer

my name is Shailender Varshney.I m using spice S 930 hanset. the problem is on/off on my handset that is once the mobile is switch ON mode then I can not turn off and vice versa.then i went to service center .the service center is located at M/s optimum teleservices ,A-160 vikas marg , shakarpur delhi. I deposited my handset on Dated 07/aug/2010. now till 14/09/2010(today) I m not receiving my handset from service center. Many times I went to service center. Whenever I go to service center then they replied me that abhi aap ka handset nahi aaya hai head office se . then i replied that when will be come my handset ?then they said hum koi nahi pata. joi kuch ker hai ker lo. Then after I registered my complaint to customer care of spice mobile and also i wrote my complaint againt service center to spice mobile company by mail. Sir , I kindly request to you please solve my problem and I mention my job sheet detail and complaint number below.

THE BATTERY OF THE MOBILE PHONE EXHAUSTED ON 6 AUG 2010. SINCE THEN I APPROACHED THE SAID DEALER MANY TIMES, HE SAID IT WILL COST Rs.250/-, I WAITED FOR WEEKS AND EVENTUALLY HE SAID HE IS HEL?.

I had purchase a Spice Cell QT44, at 14 April 2010 , after 2-3 days , i automatic goes switch off, .. in a day mobile get switch off , Its quiet irretating , that Phone call miss by this faulty..... And Now 24 Aug 2010, I goes completly Switch off. I had given my Cell to Spice serive centre Sector 38 D, CHD ( date 25th Aug 2010) . THey return my mobile on 28th Aug say that its ok now, But the moment i reach my office ( 30 min) ,,,, Its again goes switch off .... I thinks this product is a JUNK product or redection material of Chiana etc and Spice are try to makes us FOOL by wrapping it on nice box. I never advise any body to purches a spice mobile ( try to avaid all of the product of Spice ) they are Cheater .

this model battery is not available!!

I have purchased Spice mobile from F&F Communications, Khammam on 29/12/2010 (Model no C-5300). Its battery back up is very poor. i am shopping so many mobile shops for purchase of this battery. but no result. Please post the address of your serive center at Khammam or nearest stations.

I had buyed a handset qt-44 dtd-17.03.2010 from m.s mobile house ,jalandhar after a weeks time it came to my knowledge that my handset is not charging and there was noise cracking and problem in mic and speaker i regularly visited to the shopkeeper and after a cetain visits he suggested me to visit service centre mobile solutions i visited that centre dtd-24.08.2010 and the concerend person issued me job card no.11260 as i am regularly visiting them but i am not getting any proper response kindly suggest me what to do as my handset is under gurraantee the bill no is-16049 so please look into this matter as i am blank without handset.Regards

spice qt44 is the worst phone i have ever seen in the mobile products. Charging error, no sound i can hear when i get a call, headset sound quality is very poor and you cant listen anything when you got into outside the home, mic quality is very poor that the person whom we call cannot listen to our voice, we have to shout at the phone mic in order to listen our voice. worst and faulty phone i have ever had.
SHAME ON SPICE MOBILE BY RELEASING THESE KINDS OF PHONE.

This is Prashant Kolambkar from Thane. I had placed a complaint before against Spice Mobile, but i had no reply. So i am once again writing this complaint & hope i'll receive my reply. I had purchased S-1000 Windows Mobile, due to some software problem my mobile screen is not been aligned, due to which i cannot start my phone. I sent my Mobile to Spice Mumbai & Spice Noida, through Hotspot Shop (Vashi). But after 2 weeks they are saying that we have stop the production for S-1000, due to which we don't have the software for the S-1000. This is not way of giving such excuse from such a branded company like SPICE, for my cell phone cost around Rs.28000.
I am ready to pay whatever repair charges they recommend.
Pls. Help me in this case.

I TOOK MY PHONE TO THE SAME SHOPKEPPER .HE SAID IT IS SOFTWARE PROBLEM......AND WE WILL SORT OUT IT EASILY....IN 10 DAY...BUT AFTER 10 DAY.....HE SAID IT'S NOT SOFTWARE BUT SOMETHING ELSE......AND SAID COME AFTER 15 DAY.....AFTER 15 DAY HE SAID......SOME PART ARE COMMING SO WAIT FOR 15 DAY MORE.........IN THIS WAY......2 MONTHS HAD BEEN PASSED.........3DAY BEFORE ON 18 AUG WHEN I WENT TO HIS SHOP......HE HAD GONE FOR FOREIGN TOUR.........I ASKED TO THEIR ASSISTENT......OR HIS WIFE .......THEY SAID YOUR PHONE CANNT BE REPAIRED....SO ....SELL IT'S TOUCHSCREEN..OR BATTERY............................................................................⇄
NOW I WANNA KNOW THAT IF SPICE MOBILE COOPERATION CANNOT REPAIR THEIR ELECTRONIC GAGET'S WHY THEY SELL IT ..............
MY PHONE COST RS 8000 COULD NOT WORK PROPERLY FOR 1.5 YEARS...........IT IS SHAME FOR SPICE MOBILE COMPANY..........
PLEASE SEND MY PROBLEM TO COMPANY...........I AM STUDENT........I CANNOT AFFORD TO SPEND MUCH AMOUNT ON REPAIRING PHONE.......

I have purchased a spice mobile.and now from last 20 to 25 days my phone is dead. i don't know whats the reason and the battery and charger is also need to replace but when i went to the service centre. they didint repair my cell phone. and asked me that battery and charger not available. available after 15 days and after 15 days warranty period will be expired.

Camera was not functioning properly from day 1. Gold colour plate on top has become black n some key buttons are not functioning properly On 14.07.10 I handed over d mobile set to M/s Deprosys Technologies, Chennai (service provoder to Spice) n they have assured to return back d mobile duly rectified with workorder no. STN[protected]. Since they were not lifting d phones from 17th to 20th July, I went personally to their office on 21st July n I was informed that d mobile has to be sent to Bangalore for repairs n they promised to handover d set within a week. Inspite of my continuous efforts I could not able to get back my mobile set till today. It seems that there is a serious error in d mobile n hence I request that d my mobile set be REPLACED WITH A NEWONE WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY.

as per the instruction of your Dealer Sahoo Comunication present name as PCURS mobile service of At- HATATOTA, Talcher, Dsit- Angul, ORISSA
and your sale exicutive suggestion, I Was By Your SPICE Mobile Model No D 88 Gold on 29 April 2009 from the mobile shop of CELL Planet, Ist flore, Jagannath Market, Hatatota,Talcher Dist Angul, Orissa.

without any problem set run upto 06 month. there is a problem creat for charging of the set on Dtd. 22 September 2009, I take the set to the Dealer for problem rectifying to Sahoo Comunication, Talcher, The Delear Said don't fear Iam Hear, withen 72 hour i it will be OK,

but till today the mobile is not return by the dealer, after a long argument with him they provide me a Carbon Dual seam Mobile for temporary management.
as today assuring me the the mobile wiil be return back but there is a problem this memory card canot be fuction.

you take this issue as a seriousely and give me the justice withe 15 day' otherwise I will knock the door of Consmmer Court.

That mobile keys not working properly, that mobile pieace no. S-590 always gets hanged, & that mobile automatically switch off. So I show 3 times that mobile to the Service center but no response. I am not satisfy.
