Spice Mobile Ltd — Two wheller loan

Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a TWS STAR byke in 2005 which is finansed by HDFC back.Due to non suffecient of fund my 4 check was baunced.I made the payment of all 4 baunced check and HDFC bank is already issueed me the NOC.
Now i applayed for Four Wheelr loan from HDFC bank .And after providing all the supporting doc my loan was not cleared because my name is displaying in CIBIL list.

So please check if i get the NOC from HDFC bank why my name is displaying on CIBIL.

I purchased a spice mobile on 5/5/2012. There is a software defect in it. I contact my nearest dealerK.K.Telecom ,email id-kktelecom.[protected]@gmail.com , but he did not resister my complain .

I also have spice M-9000 phone and it also have same charging problem and even company also don't have so my advice NEVER BUY SPICE PHONE

yes i also buy spice m 9000 and the problem that if some one call me i cant received the call because the phone get hang and no one key work.

Mobile of m/s. Spice — Defective mobile not being replacing

One mobile of M/s. Spice was purchased during Dec'07. With in one year of warranty period, twice the mobile were sent to thier service centre at Ranchi for repair and taken two months for repair, but not replaced the defective mobile by a new one.. With in last 20 months. the mobile was repaired by the company for more than 7 times in free of cost but not replacing me a new mobile. SPICE model SPICEQT68BLK, i purchased on 8th May 2011, i faced problem as charging jack cameout with charger and given to their athorised service center toNEW WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS on 22.09.2011 vide recipt no 855. This fello confirmed me 6-7times , phone repaired but when i visited faund again problem still their.At the last they returened my mobile and said it is out of warenty and not repireble., i approach Mr Salender & request for replacement still ie didnt get, Pls i want a new replacement of anothe mobile from spice.

It is for your information that I have purchased a Spice mobile Model. M-5454 IMEI.No.[protected] on 09.03.2011 (Bill No.507) amt.Rs.2600/- form M/s..Arun Communication, Dharuhera (Distt.Rewari) .Haryana

But it is regret to inform you that by the next month (April) the key pad was not working. It was reported and rectified by your authorized customer care center at Rewari. The record is available with them.

It is also to inform you the key pads are again not working. Due to this I am facing lot of problem in attending and making calls from this phone. So there is no use of carrying this Spice phone. I lost faith in your company. I am the esteemed customer of your company as I was using your company phone earlier also.

So it is your prime responsibility to satisfy your proud customer by changing my phone (Defective phone ) I brought recently on the faith of the company.

So I request again to change my phone immediately to solve my problem.

My name is Ajay kumar & I purchased a Spice Mobile (Mi-415) on 16th of July 2012 in Delhi from Spice Hot Spot, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110 008.
Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been very disappointing. I give below the details of my experiences with the product:

MODEL No- Mi-415

1) When I purchased the handset it covered with temporary plastic protector screen (which was coated by the company) & noticed one big mark on screen, the store keeper conveyance me to buy it with statement "don't worry the mark is only on plastic sheet not on phone screen & when u remove the plastic it has gone", but when I removed the plastic sheet the mark was still there & it looks really weird on new handset.

2) The other problem with this phone is handset mike, whenever l used this handset for talking got so many negative feedbacks from my friends/relatives & its really big draw back for any of company.

3) One more challenge with this phone is connectivity, that am always struggling with handset for network connectivity. Its Dual sim phone & I used Vodafone & Reliance both of the networks but always received very low or some times no network. when the other handsets with same numbers gotta full networks with no disturbance

After so many follow up with Hot Spot Patel nagar store I finally had discussion with your Store keeper Mr.Balvinder & he sent my handset for repairing to service center, but after one week am not receiving any positive response from spice center or store.

I am also really surprised to see so many complaints against the same Spice handset in consumer forum website, its really terrible experience with spice.


You would notice that ever since I bought this phone, I have been having problems and have had to invest in an alternate phone for standby purposes so I would request you to immediately replace my phone with a new handset or repair the previous one.

I have undergone a lot of stress and agony because of this malfunction from time to time.

I got one handset of spice make of model no. C-810. That handset's LCD is facing some problem, I want that LCD to be replaced but service centre personnels are not entertaining my complaint saying that there is no LCD in stock. Plz do not buy any Spice Product as per my experience their product have many problems and this not enough their customer care are vary bad with in 1 week display of my mobile was corrupted I give it to service center located at Laxmi Nagar in Delhi the Customer Care Executive present their told that they are unable to tell me that up to how much time they will take I have to come and enquiry there .
Any way after 14 -15 day s they return back mobile when I reach at my home Mobile was not deducting Sim card when I back immediately to them they not even touch the mobile and said need a copy of bill I request that plz jst see it I have taken it jst 1 Hr back and I have miss the bill they refuse to help me out
so I give Spice 0 stars in customer Care and advice every 1 plz don’t buy their product bcz they don’t have any Customer Care sort of thing

Spice Mobile — Poor Customer service

Hi,

I am Customer of a Spice mobile company. I have found very very poor service from spice mobile.

They are not updating their customer service center address on website even after center is totally moved elsewhere.

Even Website provided support number is nobody picking it up any time.
I have given my Mobile for hang problem and they have give me time line of 25 days to solve problem. And that I came to know when I had called 7th time on 10th day of complain.

Even not their toll free number guy is not able to giving satisfactory answer related to complain or service. Even they guy have not checked for my complain status or not giving me my online complain number and told me to complain after 25th day of mobile complain date.

I am suggesting to everybody keep your self away from SPICE MOBILE and take breath of happiness. Never ever buy Spice mobile even if they provide it for free as you always get problem and wasting spacious time for solving problem.

Hopefully this information will help somebody from being panic.

I have a complaint regarding the Service Centre of SPICE which is in NOIDA i.e.

While for asking the status of ours mobile phone or to know that the service of the warranty of mobile phone. They are unable to receive the call. i have called them at least 10 to 15 times a days whatsoever they haven't received the call. Then tell me whats the use of the mobile phone they have the addressing for the service centre. For the sake, the customer have to visit the service centre only to know the status of the mobile and after reaching there the mobile haven't repaired. Doesn't make any sense for the phone used by the service centre. Please take proper action regarding the service provided by the service centre. While at least they will attend the call. so that the customer will know their status of their phones.

I have given my mobile to spice service center. After one month they have given me different mobile, which is also not working, aging I have submitted and its almost 2 week they have not repair or replace it

I have purchased a spice mobile 4242, but it is automatically switched off while talking so for problem short-out i had given set for repair in ranchi service center on 7 August, they returned same date ....but again after some time i was facing same problem again so again i was given set for repair .....and after lot..lot ..lot of request after 1 month ..they(ranchi's service center) returned me as it was means they even didn't touch my phone and made excuses like it is in kolkata or taking time in repairing or it is on the way..something like this.. and now it is still in ranchi service center and they still making same excuses ..

I have purchased a spice mobile 4242, but it is automatically switched off while talking so for problem short-out i had given set for repair in ranchi service center on 7 August, they returned same date ....but again after some time i was facing same problem again so again i was given set for repair .....and after lot..lot ..lot of request after 1 month ..they(ranchi's service center) returned me as it was means they even didn't touch my phone and made excuses like it is in kolkata or taking time in repairing or it is on the way..something like this.. and now it is still in ranchi service center and they still making same excuses ..

i request you to all please don't purchase spice mobile in ranchi circle... they are good in making lame excuse and fooling people and really poor interaction with customer

spice mobiles cc response is very disappointing.

The spice m -5100 Mobile hotspot store I had purchased. A few days, I was dead I only mobile service center DEO CERTIFICATE I have to show me. I've healed Mobile is the mobile I have the same problem. If I had a request and give 'em some attention.

I purchased a spice mobile Mi-310 on 6th may2011 and after that i found that airtel sim is not supporting by that handset, i went to service centre, they took my handset and return me after 3days i same condition, then again i deposit handset to them and after 15 days they return me in same condition by saying that this is airtel problem. okk...i left my airtel service and goto bsnl..., ..but after 10 more days mic problem in that set . Again i go to service centre and they again cheated me by returning set in same condition after 3 days.. after some days i again went to the service centre and they deposit my handset on 23rd august and still i am waiting my handset...todays is 13sept.......VERY VERY VERY VERY bad experince with spice mobile. Why they doing business if they cant handel it.

Spice — services in customer handling

I am Narender Kumar mobile no is-[protected],having problem in my spice handset which i bought in the last year it is in warranty period now.I have cheeked it in their Faridabad service center more than 5 times,but they unable to solve the problem and create a new problem every time .they have also changed my phone IEMi no d without my knowledge.from the day one I am facing this problem with this mobile.I am very frosted from their services and i have wasted my lots of time to repair it again & again.

sir/madam i have perchage a mobile from Hotspot shatery road hoshiarpur but some time past i facing a speakar problam! some time past hunging problam I gave it two time servicing but not good responce my mobile hunging problam is countinue pleasrle help me

my spice mobile mi-350 is not delieviring yet.its almost 1 month..and moreover new problems are coming at the time of delivery..4-5 times i have given my mobile to the service centre but agaun problems are not solving..

this is true .spice mobile has very bad customer service.they dont respond timely.
besides this quality of spice mobiles is not good.
please stay away from buying spice mobile.rest ur wish.

Spice QT68 — Poor after sales service

Never ever buy spice mobile phones
I have purchased (first mistake) QT 68 mobile from M/s Vasundhara, Indore on 18th Dec, 10 and started facing issue of auto on/off from Feb, 11 itself. I visited M/s Sun Enterprises (Authorised service centre) to get the same rectified but the engineer over there denied to take the mobile stating that he is not having any software to store my mobile data anywhere. He called me another day with few number of blank SIM cards to store my data. I visited service centre very next day and the same engineer told me that he forgot to confirm me yesterday that he is having software for storage of data. Anywhich ways he has taken my mobile for repairing on 21st May,11 and told me to contact in another 2 days.
I called them after 2 days and they called me to service centre to collect the mobile but when I visited the centre they denied and told me that the mobile is not repaired as yet. It was then finally handed over to me on 28th May. Mobile handed over to me was not repaired at all and I was facing same issue with mobile since then. I again visited service centre on 20th Aug,11 when the problem became severe and as happened earlier was told to collect the mobile with in 2-3 days
but not given as on today i.e, 31st Aug, 11.

Spice mobiles are very poor in quality and people make mistake while buying Spice mobiles.
