I have purchased new Spice MI310 Mobile dated 1/07/2011 , after one month from purchased this phone, I was suffering with touch screen problem because at the time o[censored]se this mobile the back and search button working automatically and I was unable to use any function/any operation. 2 month I have used this phone with this problem because my work is in field location, I want to check mails , use GPS and Camera in field . then due to low work load I have submit this phone to Spice service center , Kalyan Dated 28 dec 2011, but that time the given the one small not book page with all data handwritten by pen , and they told need to send your phone to factory service center which is in Delhi/Noida. Required 15 day to solve this problem. after 15 days they told me need 7 days extra that time I have taken original printed Job sheet and check submitted date which is 3rd jan 2012. They had submit my handset after 5 days, then after 7 days they told handset still pending need 7 days extra. Dated 28 jan 2012 I went there and said , I want my hand set now the told your hand set replaced with this mobile handset , use this , when I check this mobile the left side head phone not working . then your technician told me wait 30 minutes I will solve this problem. After repaired this mobile I observed that they have connected right side to direct left side and same sound are coming both side. What is this, why that type of service they providing to customer. And they told both are different sound, I show this problem by downloading stereo check software and said the left side not working, you are making me fool. You and Spice are providing the bad service to customer. Then he told again need to send this handset to company need 7 days extra. Then submit again, I was no option. After 7 days, answer “submitted in company, need 7 days extra, Then same answer after 7 days. now 51 days completed but I not received my handset , from last 6 days the contact no( [protected]) of service center is switch off ( also now) . last day I went this location and I saw , service center is close from last 6 days and all customer coming and telling bad sentence to this service center. That time I have checked the service center back side dower is open, and observe two persons are sitting there, all lights was off and closed all work, the told shop closed due to power cutoff . and for my phone same answer “submitted in company, need 7 days extra.
Now please reply me, who is help me. Where I want to go for solve this problem, I need to go polis station or Consumer curt, Please reply. I want answer urgently, already I have waited 50 to 60 days .
Also I have submit complete on your service center no from last 7 days, but no any reply.

I purchased Spice MI-350 on 5/11/11 from Pune. I was very happy with the performance of the phone and I told my so many friends about it. Really it was good one. but after some month I got charging problem about that cell and submitted it to Spice service centre at Pune. After some days those people gave me MI 415on 17/10/12 imei no: [protected] and [protected] but within week that cell had some screen problem again i submitted it to spice Service centre then again they gave me another cell same MI 415 imei no [protected] again that cell got problem within month and as per opinion of Spice service centre it was dead. I think these people are giving me second cells. Know they are not giving me free service and asking 90% payment of that old cell for repair pls help in this matter.

    I have a genuine complaint to make, below is the history of the buying experience of Spice Mobile

    1. I have purchased MI-280 from Modern communications in Gomti Nagar Lucknow

    2. Date of Purchase was yesterday 12 Feb 2012
    3. Amount 5250
    4. Bill no: 1389
    5. IMEI No: [protected]

    The phone is supposed to work on both the SIM's unfortunately the it does not work simultaneously. I have also called their customer care to file a complaint, they refused to connect to anybody and they are not bothered to hear out customers.

    The sales person who sold the phone from Modern communications have not received any training from Spice and they did not tell me anything about its non-functionality

    Alternatively I have a Samsung Duos C-6112 which works on both SIM's simultaneously. I can also conference calls based on the features of a dual SIM.

    I also tried to go to the SIM management option to divert my SIM 2 to SIM1 in case of not reachable, that's not allowing, as SIM 2 is on roaming, this problem is not there in Samsung. We can seamlessly navigate between SIM's and also receive calls simultaneously and conference.

    The entire purpose of a dual SIM functionality is defeated. I felt cheated to buy a phone which does not solve the purpose of Dual SIM. May I request the authorities to take back the product and return my money.

            I have bought spice M6900 ... but now when i installed some applications in it it hanged...an today it is totally hanged... sometimes when i set any other ringtones it rings after 3 rings...
            i have bought spice mobile mi280 on[protected]
            after that it has many problem.
            it is dual sim phone but working only one sim.
            also its head phone is damaged twice.
            i sent it two service center twice. they took it almost two months. but still it has problem
            i want to change it

              I had purchased a 4(four) SPICE mobile phone two months back from LETSBUY.COM . All my handset SPICE C3300 CDMA phone is under one year warranty. After i have received in my state from the very first day it gives me problem ,showing invalid sim, I submitted it to my nearest customer care centre of SPICE mobile in Agartala one month back. Since then I have visited the customer care store number of times but till date we have not received a positive response from customer care side. He has sent it to some other city but he is refusing to share any information with me about the status of handset. Please take necessary action to solve my problem at the earliest.
              I have also bought the same phone and this is the case with me as well. I will take it to the Service Center and hope they will be able to help me.

                My name is Nitesh Agrawal I bought a spice mobile hand set version (s-920), the display and body of set was broken,and battery is not working. i search to dhule service centre of Spice mobile but any service centre are not available here and any spare part is not available in the market of this mobile handset to repaire it.After searching co. website i have not seen any spare parts availability.

                    Hello Sir,
                    This is Jitendra Jain from Meerut.
                    Actually i have buyed a Spice M6800 handset on 18 August 2011 from Spice Hotspot, Metro Plaza Meerut. It worked quite well in the beginning but around after 15 days it's display stop working, nd a white screen appears instead of the display then on 6 Sept 2011 i submit it with Authorized Spice Service center, and they admit it as a problem of white screen and gave me 1 week time to get it back after repair, i went there after one week, they said that they have sent the phone to compony and it will return in another one week, then on again visiting there they give a date of another one week, and lastly yesterday i went there, they said the company don't have it's spare part, what can we do.But we are looking fir a solution and as we get your phone we will call you.
                    After visiting so many times i didn't get my phone and finally they are saying that the company too not having the spare part, that's not my problem at all, it's about 1month nd 1 week and my phone has not been repaired, if the company don't have spare part so they should provide me with a new phone.

                        The service centre "MOBILE CARE" gives no receipt after receiving the mobile phone, there is only a illegible copy of proforma wherein any signature, number, seal etc were not given by the receiver. How can consumer deposite the mobile without any authentication of receiving, very disgusting!

                          Spice Mobile — DISPLAY FAULTY

                          I baught a spice mobile model No-C-5300 on Dated-04.12.09. But after 2 month, i got a problem in my set. One yellow spot around 1 c.m. is cooming in between the display. I went 2 times to M/s Aditya Cummunication and described the problem but they refused to provide the service under warranty. you are requested to kindly do the need ful for the repair/replace of my hand set.
                          Sir, kindly arrange to Spice S - 7 display screen please note that already your authorized service center in Hubli Proton spice authorized service center given 4 nos order still display screen is yet to be Received at this end

                            I Dr Sachin Tewatia bought Spice mobile , model - KNIGHT 6900 on Friday 23 September 2011 from Spice retail Limited , G-3 ,Gedor House , 51 Nehru Place , Delhi ,Invoice number[protected] , customer ID[protected]

                            The hand set is not working problem since the day I bought it
                            1.Whenever I use the "Opera Browser" it starts normally and then automatically rebooted it self
                            2.While listening music it hangs
                            3.Battery is also creating problem

                            I want to return the handset and wants my money back or at least get the handset replaced

                            I called today to your customer care number[protected] , the executives told me that I have to go service center to get it repaired,please tell me why should I use the handset which has to be repaired with in less then 24 hours of purchase.

                            Do the company have any Return or Exchange policy as DOA-Dead on Arrival

                            Please guide me what to do further or otherwise I will take the matter to "Consumer Court"

                              Hello,

                              Spice QT 44 which was purchased on[protected] has one year warranty. The issue with this mobile is that it is not switching back to 'General Profile' and is stuck in 'Headset Profile'. I always have to use earphones and without it I am unable to use the loudspeaker or use it without the earphone.

                              To resolve this issue I went to S. V Mobile Care located at Bommanahalli junction. They informed me that the headset socket was gone and it had to be replaced. They asked me to pay Rs. 200 for the replacement. When asked why they informed that it was physical damage. When checked nothing was broken or damaged. The mobile has been used very carefully and smoothly.

                              I would request that the spice mobiles has to get this issue resolved as it is still under its 1 year warranty.

                                I purchased a spice mobile QT-95 from a dealer in Feb,2011.Withing two months it started creating problem in its trackpad. Then i given it in south ex part-1 service center for repairing in May,2011. But withing one week it again started the same problem.

                                Due to lack of time i couldn't give it for repairing in between. On 13th Sept. 2011 i given it for repairing & i was told that i will receive call from service center within 3days. But their service & products are so bad that even after six days i didn't receive any call even when i called them their reply was so rude that i was finding me helpless & when i visited them personally then again it was not even satisfactory response from them.

                                Finally on saturday i requested them to give my mobile back as i don't have any standby mobile & i have to go out of station for a week time, then i was told that the person is going to their main service center & he will bring it back.

                                Then again i visited them on Monday but all in vain,finally i am realizing it was my biggest mistake of buying a brand called spice.

                                Its my request to you kindly do the needful & help me out.Now my only concern is the product which i will receive will function properly or not.??????

                                  I bought a mobile handset(Company Name-Spice,QT-58) on dated 04.03.2011 but after buying the mobile one or two days mobile is running smoothly but within a week mobile got problems. Its problems is inbox not open(After few - few minutes) indicating. I complaint to the dealer and customer care(service centre) and they take it and after 3 days they return the mobile but the problems as well as and after some time mobbile is not switced on.. I told to the customer care and dealer but they said that again the mobile will send to the customer care,and i have submitted mobile on service centre on 30.07.2011.but after a long time on 01.09.2011 they return my moblile as same problem.This is not fair for any customers. now i want to replacement of my handset.now the company says this handset is tempering.but this handset is not tempering by my side.
                                  Kindly solve my problem.

                                  I bought a mobile handset(Company Name-Spice, MI-280) on dated 14.01.2012 but after buying the mobile one or two days mobile is hung and not work touch.I complaint to the dealer and customer care(service centre) and they take it and after 3 days they return the mobile but the problems as well as and after some time mobbile is not open any function .i have submitted mobile on service centre on 12.08.2012.but after a long time on 01.09.2012 they return my moblile as same problem.This is not fair for any customers. now i want to replacement of my handset.now the company says this handset is tempering.but this handset is not tempering by my side Kindly solve my problem.

                                    I have a spice mobile M 9000 I purchase it a month earlier .Its charger is not working .when I contacted service centre they said they have no charger and it will take 25 days to come in stock. I asked them to register my complaint and give me complaint No. they refused to do so.Even call center (Toll Free No) refused to give complaint no. I feel i have been cheated by this company which has no setup.Its only a grey market operater now selling with brand name.

                                      Dear Sir / Madam

                                      I would like to inform you I have a one o[censored]ser QT 68 (purchase on 8/12/2010 bill no 356/146/7295), I had a charging trouble in mobile on 15 August 2011. I was submitted my mobile in spice care center at SHREE BALAJI TELECOM B 41 A KALKAJI NEW DELHI 110019 on 16 August 2011(complaint no[protected]B80279). after repair set I get back on 20 august 2011, after one day same problem in my set and I re submitted my set to the Shree Balaji Telecom on 22 august 2011(complaint no 30100202B80467) for repairing and I wait 2 hours there and after that service center person inform me this set is not repair in this center, set will be going to company L4 sections for repair and get back 4 to 5 days but till date I am not receive my set, 3 time I go to service center but always they speak please come tomorrow for your set, if I call to service center on phone no [protected],46061863 every time they speak to me you call to after noon, you call to evening, you call the next day. I don’t what’s happened in Spice care center and why they are not repair properly my set and given to me. After all these things I call to call center I talk to Mr. Sharwan senior supervisor on 30 august 2011 at 12.50 pm, As per him according to the company policy my set not repaired in warranty conditions, If my set is in out of warranty my set repair in maximum in 2,3 days, because this time my set is in warranty that’s way my set will be repair in 25 working days, in the mean time I was shocked about the Spice care service. And why I am wait for 25 days and why I suffered, who will responsible for this type of harassment, If company is not able repair my set replaced my set or refund my payment.
