My name is Avinash and I brought a spice mobile QT-56 on 12 August 2010 from Noida. And I started getting problems from 15th August like sometimes it types 0 at the place of 8 and also there were few more problem. Then I went to G.N.H. TELECOM Sector-63, Noida, UP on 20th August. There I shown my mobile to Mr. Moolchand Sharma and he said my mobile will be replaced as this is very much new. He then suggested to come after 3-4 days to get it replaced I again went there on 14th and got to know I should carry every item which I got with mobile Then I again went there on 26 August to get it replaced. But that day they refused to do it. In my anger left my mobile along with everything there only. Then I got a call from Mr. Shobit Aggarwal / [protected] and he said he will try to know the replacement status from Spice mobile and accordingly will do it. But till date it is 9th September I have not got any update about my mobile replacement. Kindly let me know what to do? Do you really want to retain customers like this. If yes then god will take care of your company. My IMEI No. is [protected]/[protected]. One more point I would like to mention one guy at G.N.H. TELECOM who is physically challenged is really having terrible way of handling customer. He is talking very rudely to customers not only to me to everyone. Anyway its your internal matter please replace my mobile as soon as possible. If you people can not replace my mobile then refund my money.

Spice Mobile / QT - 56 — Due to bad service / false commitment

i am purchase mobile handset company name spice mobile / model no:QT56 on date 27/07/2010 .but the handset is not working good after 1 week.like a Battery problem , outgoing no voice problem.Retailer is change the battery & said all problem is ok but after 2days handset is create same problem.Servive centre staff say i am give handset in 1day.still iam not recived handset from service centre.

i am regular customer of spice mobile. I purchased three mobile of spice but in one set i am facing a problem.Three or more times i compliant to your customer care but still i am getting problem. Ipurchased this mobile on 31oct 09 still i have one month variteny.

Even Mr. shailendra called me up give me surety that i ll help you. shailendra said me call up on mon and take up hanset.. but when i called up on mon shailendra didn't pick my phn.. every one who belongs with spice company rediculous even im feeling like to abuse but i controll my self ..

I PURCHASED SPICE M-5252, IMEI NO.[protected] MOBILOE IN MODERN ELECTRONICE, JABALPUR ON DT.29.10.2009 CASH MEMO NO.5600.

In above reference I am facing 03 times display problem in the mobile which was repaired by M/s Anika Enterprises, 845/9, Near Tanhai Bazar, opp Chadda Battery, Anand Cinema Road, Napier Town Jabalpur.The Warranty Period of the Mobile to be end on 29-Oct-2010 & third time mobile in above service centre for repairing purpose vide workorder Number SMP251610A00183 dated 05-OCT-2010.

If mobile to be created the display or another problem after warranty period then I inform you that all responsibility of mobile to be beared at your end.

If you think that you are not able to bear the responsibility then please change the mobile set and appreciating to us because I am already very puzzled with the set & not in satisfied condition.

Your earlier action to think the matter and solve the problem are very highly appreciated.

This is to bring in your kind notice that six month back I have purchased New CDMA handset of Spice from Bhopal.

Its really unfortunate & painful to bring in your kind notice that since beginning there is a problem of eco & immediate discharging of the battery of Handset.
