1:- What is the Business Model of Speakasia.com
2:-Why company is not registered in india ( if speakasia is genuine )
3:- Why speakasia not follow all indian businees market rules and regulation.
4:- If 0.01% we assumed speakasia is a fraud and it is baned in indian country then how we refund our money back
5:-The Biggest Fraud is Speakasia announced they worked with these conmpany but these company refused .

My dear friend try to understand everybody knows india inflation rates goes rise so that these survey company use some tricky concept.
this is our money which they refund us but we think this is my hard work.
Because they charge fees 11, 000
They use poor MLM Concept
They Have no Business Model
No identity Proof is required or verification For being a speakasia Member
There Is no clause if somebody want to refund his money back
If you Not give him other member (11, 000 rs) with in 6 month they will not provide any survey .
You Pay Rs 11, 000 and
ONLY 3 month hardly you earn 6, 000 rs .
not beleive in me then dont add any member in speakasia they will reject your membership after 6 month. because i know each and every thing.
For Example like www.indiamart.com is banned in china because of same reason not paying any service tax to china/Nepal government

Notably, not a single official from Speak Asia was present during the press conference called by its legal advisor in Mumbai.

Speak Asia has also said that anytime they can stop sending surveys to the panelist as it is an additional benefit given by the company and there is no refund policy.
Most people who are working with Speak Asia as panelist think that Rs.11, 000 they paid to the company was for the 52 surveys and by the end of 52 weeks by filling surveys they will make Rs.52, 000. COO Tarak Bajpai of Speak Asia, in a recent video message was conveying to the panelist that do not use “Investment” word during the presentation. Company in a way also saying that the word “investment” might have been used by some networker for their own greed to generate more sales, but that is non of Speak Asia responsibility.
Investigating agencies are questioning the management of Speak Asia, but due to the intricacies involved, Speak Asia might be able to get over the hook. The real question is why Speak Asians are quit, they too have a version of Speak Asia. Panelist must be called by the investigating agencies and both should be put on cross-questioning to know the truth. A coin has two sides, then there might be two versions of Speak Asia, one by the management and another by the panelist.
As per legality, no one can file an FIR against Speak Asia because Speak Asia Online is not registered in India. There is no provision in the Indian law to initiate action against the foreign entity. At the end of investigation, due to the loop holes in the law, the management of Speak Asia might come out clean, and in future if they decide to shut down their survey operation in India, there won’t be anyone to stop them.
