dear sir

Before one month I applied for SBI platinum card.
She promised me that with in 10 days she give me a platinum card. And after one month sbi send me a gold card. my father was upset when he was in canada. when TIA madam told me that with in 10 days she will give me a platinum card,otherwise she will send him to canada. I have my father's medical report , He is in full depression. sbi is responsible for it.If my problem is not solve,I will take other steps.

This is SHAIK BILAL AHMED. Please refer to the tele conversation between Mrs Nikita and BILAL on 30 Apr 12. My cancellation letter errouneously sent to SBI Mehdipatnam branch instead of SBI Humayun Nagar branch. On 02 May 12 I went to SBI Mehdipatnam branch for brining the cancellation letter but the bank staf refused to give that letter due to your account is not available with this bank. Then I went to SBI Credit card Office near Begampet, Hyderabad the told the same. My cancellation letter sent to the Id of sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in instead of sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in. So keeping in view of above may I request you to please send the lein/cancellation letter to SBI Humayun Nagar branch (Code No is 05322). The Id of Humayun Nagar branch is sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in. An early action is requested please.

I received a credit card along with Hero Honda. I received a notice from your advocate in 2012 and I replied (copy attached) and matter was settled with out any reply. I am again receiving telephonic call from your side or some one else to refund the amount.
I shall be glad if you please look into the matter and settle the matter
