State Bank of India — Frequent closure of ATM

Dear Sir/madam,

I am resident of Kompally, Secunderabad,Andhra Pradhesh. My mother is holding a pension account in state bank of india for the past 19 years. we have a state bank of india branch,Qutbullapur branch,secunderbad. this branch is nearer and conveneint to all the residents of that area who are holding an account in the SBI branches across other locations. this banks ATM shuts down its operations by evening every day periniously. working people and other professionals who come back to thier homes in the evening from thier offices find it very diffucult to withdraw cash from other ATM's as the other banks started charging money on the transactions of the 3rd party bank.

request yourselves to kindly look into this matter urgently and help us by resolving this issue

Punjab National Bank — money not received from ATM machine but it has been deducted from account

I have not recieved no money from the ATM machione on 01.10.09 but it deduct from my account it was 3000.00.i have need of this so much.please do some effective meant.

ATM Complaint — SBI ATM amount not processed

WITH DUE RESPECT I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLAINT THAT ON 19TH SEPTEMBER,2009 I TRIED TO MAKE A TRANSACTION FROM ATM OF
"SOUTH INDIAN BANK ",(SECTOR 27,PARSVANATH PLAZA,NOIDA).CASH WAS NOT DISPENSED FROM THE MACHINE BUT MY AMOUNT GOT DEBITED OF

pnb saving a/c — not refund my money which i don't get by atm

Dear sir,↲I withdraw 5000 from corp bank on 9 sep 2009 but by any technical problem atm machein didnt give my mony, so i complain it on pnb care but till now i dont get my money and any answer by the pnb care my a/c no is [protected]. So plz sir take action on my complain.

Saving A/c in Union Bank of India — For Deduction of Rs.1500/- On my SB A/C

Dear Sir,
I had try to withdrwl money from SBI ATM at Shahnazaf Road, Lucknow but transection was declined. At the same time i am going to another ATM and withdrawl Rs.2000/- but in my A/c show balance from Rs.3500/- debit. this is happened in 09th Oct. after one month there is no respose from my branch. I am sorry to say but that true The Manager should not interested in my complain, when i call him he is not responding to me.
Please in my request take some action and giving balance return in sb a/c.

Please submit a copy of your ATM receipt along with a letter to your UBI branch manager, requesting him to upload the details to the Head Office. UBI HO will contact SBI HO and call for the refund, which will take place after verification by SBI.

As a precaution you can give a copy to the SBI branch which controls the SBI ATM

I, Raghvendra Narayan Singh, Saving A/c No[protected], costomer of State Bank Of India, Sitamarhi bazar branch, Sitamarhi, Bihar. I tried twice to withdraw Rs. 3500/= (Three thousand five hundred) only from the ATM of Punjab National Bank, New Market, Frazer Road, Patna, Bihar.on 8th August 2009 around 6 o clock evening, I could not get the rupees, but when I cheked my account balance next morning my account was debited by the same amount.

I submitted the written application on 17th August 2009, then after when my account was not credited till 31st August 2009 I submitted a reminder application on the same day.But till date my account has not been credited by the sum.

Sir, as presently I don't reside in Sitamarhi it is very much difficuilt for me to visit the branch frequintly and ask for this.So, please look in to the matter and do the needful.
