[Resolved]  State Bank of India - ATM Card — ATM AMOUNT DEBTED BUT NOT RECEIVED

On 1st July09, i have used my ATM card atSBI ATM BH market, Shalimar Bagh but found in operative.I went to ATM of SBI Block AT Shalimar Bagh branch and withdrawn Rs3000/=. Some customers were facing problems in this ATM machine.
On 3rd July09, I have operated my ATM card at ATM of State Bank Of Hyderbad to get mini statement
I was shocked to note that three transactions of WDL amount Rs.3000/= has been mentioned whereas i have received only Rs3000/=
My saving account details are given below;

I, sanjay kumar, am account holder in S.B.I. Hatia Branch, Ranchi, Jharkhand, Code No. 207. My ATM Card i.e. No.[protected] A/c No.[protected] is damaged and not working properly.
so i want a new ATM Card for smooth working.

Dear sir

With reference to the above on Tuesday 07.07.2009 between 9.15 A.M to 09.45. A.M I use to take amount of Rs. 13, 000/- in ICICI ATM Booth. Which is situated in Century Plaza Complex - at # 560-562 Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai –18. By that time the Due to voltage fluaction the system got HANGED UP so the cash was dropped into the ATM box itself Printed Statement also not get on it. Once again I Tried and with draw a sum of Rs 12, 000/- & Rs.5, 000/- at next ATM Machine in the same complex itself. This transaction money I got it and No any Printed statement came from the maching. For making the complaint through phone also not possible since the phone Out off order in that booth. Where as in my SBT Account that the amount of Rs. 13, 000/- has been debited. In general the amount automatically credited with in 48 hours. Till now the said amount not credited in my account.

This is regreat to inform you that I am facing lots of problem in Daryaganj. There is two telephone numbers in web site[protected] /[protected] to contect to said branch but i am trying from last 4 or 5 days but nobody attanding the phone.
I was go their to contect them but they still buzy in talking, gossips and walking here n there.
i am doing a private job. how can i manage to go there evertime. i just want to know about my cheque which is not clear yet. That cheque no is 993823 & micr no is[protected]HDFC)
Please arrange to take necessary action at your end as soon as possible otherwise provide me mail id or telephone number who can take action against them.

I tried to withdraw Rs5000/- from Indian Bank ATM, Shameerpet, Ranga Reddy District, Andhra Pradesh State on 15.07.2009, but only confirmation slip has come, without tendering money.
I have SB account in SBI, MahabubNagar(A.P) a/c NO:[protected].
Kindly arrange to rectify.
