Dear Sir,
I had used sbi credit card No. [protected] in the basis of life time free card for a credit limit of Rs. 15000/- but on January 2007 I had received the statement which insist me to pay the annual fee. Then I communicated with customer service people and complaint regarding the annual fee against my life time free card, after the consisting approach they took a long process to deducted that amount in my account. On that time I was mentally upset of their irresponsible service. Before they offered me a loan for Rs. 27000/- through the telephonic call from customer service during December 2006,
Due to that annual fee problem I made my mind to close the credit card, so that I communicated with their customer service people and intimated them to close my credit card and that loan amount of Rs. 27000/-, offered to us.. As per customer care instruction I settled the pending payment of Rs. 538.54 full settlement on first week of February 2007.
After that I had received the DD for Rs. 27000/- loan amount on march 3rd week in spite of closed the credit card as well as the refused loan amount. After that I had terminated the card on dt. 23/03/07 by send back the broken card and the same demand draft of Rs. 27000/- which they sent me for loan, Along with this I drafted the letter to the Manager Mr. Prakash Rammurthy, the following address with Registered Post with A/D, SBI Cards, 3rd floor, TIAME House, 72, Rajaji salai, Chennai – 1.
Then I received the March statement with nil balance. In the May Statement they credited the loan amount of RS, 27000/ with full interest for the period of 30 Installments and continuously sending statement to me, till date. At present they are claiming Rs.65, 852.18.
On November 2007, I consulted with My lawyer and send the Lawyer Notice to them on 25/10/2007, But there is no reply and response.
But still date, I am receiving everyday two or three times harassment phone calls from SBI, for the past two years, I totally and mentally upset with their poor, irresponsible & deficient service. So please Guide me what can I do to relive from this Issue in spite of not availing the 27000 Loan.

I have been harrased by SBI TATA Credit Card Recovery people, now they have launched criminal case against me.
I was using Rs 12000 on my SBI TATA Credit Card in March -April 2007.To make payement for the same I had given a cheque to SBI TATA Credit Card representative.
I kept more than Rs 12000 in my account to get the cheque cleared . But even after three months the cheque clearance wasn't done . when I grew doubtful i called up and made a payment through cash.
After that a letter from SBI TATA Credit Card came to me confirming that the payment has been done and no credit is outstanding.
Then later i asked them to close the Credit Card due to very bad service and the call center people said it was done and i dint recieve any statments then onwards.
After about two and half years later i recieved call from SBI TATA Credit Card customer care people that my payment is due since there was some money outstanding in my account, which i was confused as i have made the complete payment in July 2007.
When I shouted at them as to why the payment was not done even after so long time and how did they sent payment confirmation letter to me, they replied that it was their system's fault .
Now they have filed a case against me with charges of criminal proceedings as well. This is stupidity as they dont have a correct software system which provides unified information, and yet they want to harass only the customers.
Please suggest what can be done now .
