S B I Saving A/c — Transaction Fault

I am Durgesh jaiswal, have a saving a/c in State Bank Of India, Jaunpur branch, Utter Pradesh(A/C no.-[protected]). Today, when I went for transaction money from my existing a/c, I found that there is 1000Rs were less in my a/c and when I check my last 10 transaction's reciept, I found that there had been a transaction made on 1st of october2008 which I didnot made.So, there is a request to please give me information of this fault and give me my money back in my a/c as soon as possible.

State Bank of India — Atm withdrawal short Amount

Respected sir,

My Self Withdrawl Amount Rs. 2500/- in Indrapuri Plant Area Trxn No. 5311 Dt. 04.01.08. but payment Received only Rs.1500/- ( less Received Rs 1000/-) and transaction is complete. ATM — I got 400rupees deducted from ATM

On the date 16th feb 2009 I entered 400 rupees cash withdraw and after that it was shown in the screen that time out for the last transaction then I waited for some time all were facing that same problem in that Sailashreevihar Branch Bhubaneswar ORISSA .when I done the balance enquiry on the next day I saw 400 rupees has been deducted from my account .As on that day on 16th feb the ATM machine was not working so the reciept not came out.So I want my money back soon.

Debit card — Haven't received the new Debit card for 2 months

This is in regards to my axis bank’s debit card. My card got stuck in an Axis ATM machine in Malviya Nagar and it broke. Staff in the bank had asked me to filled-out two different forms on two different days to get a new card. However, I haven’t received the card yet and they are not even letting me know the status of the request. Please let me know whom can I contact to get the card delivered to my current address ASAP.

My account is with the Axis Bank Noida. I have spoken with the staff in Noida as well and they have provided a consignment number and as per the courier company my card has been delivered to Axis Bank Malviya Nagar branch. When I asked for the card in the bank they said that they haven’t received. They are not even checking the status, they have given me number to call and when I call that that number they don’t even pick up my calls.

This is how they have been giving me run around. I have left with no cheque now and I’ am of afraid of asking for a new cheque book because they are going to give me another run around.
Please let me know what I can do to get the card delivered.
Is there a way I can change my salary account.

sbi bank/corporation bank — ATM Transaction Problem--->Amount deducted without receiving

Student — deduction of the money from the saving account instead of transaction failure

My name is Akanchha Singh, account no. is [protected]and my card no.is [protected], i hold my saving account with Bank of Maharahtra, D.Y Patil, Pimpri branch.This is with reference to the transaction which i made on DATE:11th may 2009, TIME 18:44, ATM ID:NC501501, from Andhra bank, Banjara hills onsite, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.At that moment i made a transaction of Rs.1000.00 but transaction declined and it was unable to process.at time 18:46 i again tried to withdraw a sum of Rs.1000.000 but again the transaction failed whose response code was 072 both the time.And record no. is 3632 and 3633 respectively.Now from my current saving account the sum of Rs.2000.000(Rs.1000+RS.1000) has been deducted which i have not received.
kindly take a fast action towards this problem.I am also sending a hard copy of this by post.

Plz note that this cheque is still with me, not issued to anybody & its blank. Then, how it is happen. I am shocked. Plz investigate & arrange to credit the amount with interest to my SB A/c. as soon as possible.

ATM transaction failure : didn`t receive money
Dear Sir/Madam

I have lodged following complaint at SBI, Shakti Nagar Branch as well as sent a mail to helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in and [protected]@sbi.co.in but nobody is paying any heed to my grievance. You are requested to kindly look into it, if possible please help me in getting my hard earned money of Rs.12000/- from SBI.

I would like to inform you that I had made ONE transactions each of Rs.12000/- from icici khaperkheda ATM (ATM ID - S1AD1245) ON 12th June 2009. Unfortunately i got erorr 007 and doesn`t got the money and ot`s deducted from my account I have already made a written complaint with photo copy of transaction slip my Branch Manager (SBI 1230 khaperkheda, nagpur) regarding the same. But nothing is still being done till date while I repeatedly contacted to khaperkheda Branch, till now this Rs.12000/- have not credited in my account. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future. As a customer i had very much beleive in SBI but this time i am very much disappointed. So please try to solve my problem ASAP.I may be saved from mentally harassment because nobody listening me.

State Bank of India — short of money from atm

i chetan sankla customer of state bank of india esamia bazar branch with a/c no.[protected] has withdrawn Rs.20, 000/- from union bank of india ramkote branch but i received Rs. 4000/- (100*40) from that atm and the total amount of Rs. 20000/- has been deducted.i have not received Rs. 16, 000/- from that atm and i have given a complaint letter one at state bank of india and union bank of india ramkote branch..it has been three months and there is no proper response from both the bank staff..instead of several reminders to the state bank of india. when ever i m visiting state bank of india they r telling that they have mailed the issue and didn't got any reply..

so i request u to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and refund my money Rs. 16.000/- back.

pls help me get the money i had much loss with this issue..

Punjab National Bank — ATM transaction Failure & amount debited

Dear Sir,

I am a customer of PNB bank holding A/C number [protected]. I have done a transaction of Rs 14000/- on 28th of May 09 and the amount was not dispensed from the ATM machine and was debited from my account. Regarding same complaint has been given by me to my branch as well as in the branch from where the transaction was done and same was been given to customer care but till date the error have not been rectiefied. Apart from this when i am following up the bank the statement they are giving that the transaction was successfull.
Please let me know what should i do.

SBI — transaction failed - amount debited

On July 1st I tried to withdraw an amount of 15000 rupees from my account[protected], Bangalore, MICO Layout Branch.bangalore from CANARA BANK ATM. Unfortunately, the transaction has failed. Later on I have realized that this amount has been debited from my savings account. Kindly, credit this amount into my bank account.I have also given a written complaint in my branch and made two visits. but still there is no progress.

i had tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 2, 000/- on 07.05.2009 through my SBI ATM Card No[protected] from my Account No [protected] at ICICI ATM . However the amount could not be withdrawn due to non functioning of this ATM and I did not get any currency notes for from this ATM.The Mini Statement for my account shows the withdrawal of Rs. 2, 000/- on 07.05.2009, whereas actually no currency notes could be withdrawn from this ATM. I further checked the Mini Statement for my account on 07.05.2009 and still it was showing an amount of Rs. 2, 000/- debited on 07.05.2009.

You are requested to look in to the matter and get back this amount of Rs. 2, 000/- credited to my SBI Account No [protected] being maintained by me at your SBI MG MARG Branch (Code No 1601). The Complain letter has been given to SBI BRANCH MANAGER on[protected].But still no update from branch and still 2000 Rs.is not debited in my account. As per reserve bank rule if banks are not credited the consumer money in time they will pay interest 100 rupee per day .

I am a customer of PNB bank holding A/C number [protected]. I have done a transaction of Rs 20000/- on 14th of sep 09 and the amount was not dispensed from the ATM machine(axis bank) and was debited from my account. Regarding same complaint has been given by me to my branch as well as in the branch from where the transaction was done and same was been given to customer care but till date the error have not been rectiefied. I would also like to inform you that I am a student and this amount really matters to me as I belong to a financially weak family. I tried to draw Rs. 1500 from my SBI A/c using State Bank of Hyderabad ATM located @ Velachery on 3rd January 2009 .The transaction could not be processed & message displayed on the screen was" SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS". However my A/c has been debited for the same transaction.I've immediately brought to the notice of bank (SBI ,Nungambakkam,Chennai).I've met the branch officials more than 10 times & 1 year has been completed so far & I'm yet to get my money back.Every time I visit the branch Branch officials give false commitments to set right the issue.

This sort of consumer harassment is not expected from a nationalised Bank Like SBI.

HARASSMENT FOR SANCTIONING OF HOME LOAN-RACPC, SBI, Jamshedpur

Dear Sir,

I am working in TATA Steel, Jamshedpur.I haveclosed my CAR LOAN on 10.12.09 . I had applied for Home Loan with RACPC, SBI, Jamshedpur on 6th October, 2009 (6.10.09) for Rs 12 lakh no RACPC/JSR/09-10/TVL/244 to be repaid to SBI within 10 years.I am working in Tata Steel and our monthly salary is disbursed through SBI, Bistupur Branch, Jamshedpur .I had submitted all the documents as per Checklist given to me by SBI personnel for home loan. As we are building our home on our land in Jammu.
The additional requirements-a.)NOC for mortgage and b) extension of lease was also submitted on 7.12.09 after a long drawn process of two months as courier of SBI took one month to send the documents to SBI Jammu- Ref No RASMECCC/JMU/RK/731 dated 3.11.09.
The lease expries in September, 2011 and the extension for further 20 years upto 2031` has been given by MD of J&K housing Board.The lease deed execution and payment of Rs 6600 has also been done.The bank Chief Manager had asked for the under process document only in writing for the extension of lease and we have submitted that + actual extension of lease deed upto 2031. Now he has been transferred and new person has come. Every person is putting his/her own terms & conditions for sanctioning of loan.Even the concerned personnel is very rude and not very cooperative to customers including me. I am regretting why i have wasted three months in running from pillar to post for home loan with SBI.I should have gone for other banks(IDBI, J&K, PNB etc) for home loan.
The home loan sanctioning process of SBI is very cumbersome, painful and total customer unfriendly.If this is the fate of TATA STEEL Employee what can be expected of common man. My repeated requests for sanctioning of home loan is pending and falling on the deaf ears of concerned person just because processing clerk is absent .

Last week when I visited Sakinaka branch I was shocked to hear that I will NOT be able to deposit the money since the account is already expired. And I was told that this account was opened in 1979. Can anyone explain me how such a big mistake can happen during the data entry!

Since I didn’t want to carry away with the money back, I extended the period for another 5 years in order to temporarily resolve the issue.

When I went back home and referred to the old passbook, I found the start date was Feb 2001.

I am Dr.ashis narayan mishra, from.post- padampur, dist.Bargarh, State-ORISSA, had passed my B.D.S.degree from RajivGandhi University of Health and Siences, Bangalore, Karnataka, last year.now i m planning to open a dental clinic in my home town padampur, I applied a loan of amount 4 lakhs for the dental setup since three months.I have submitted all the required documents to the branchmanager and the field officer before three months.I am running to the office regularly, but they are not even prociding my file to the district head quater.my father is a doctor and we gave all our papers to the branch manager, but he is not responding atall.this not a big amount for a bank like SBI.
Here I want know why my loan is getting delay .

I wants needs some money for book a flat so I closed my FD & trasfer money in my a/c but in SBI bank Aambarnath staff was cut all money from my a/c in b/of other FDs lone intrest bank staff never tell me before cutting money for this resone I have shoked & loose temperd

i am rajeev nayan from, ghoshi, dis-jehanabad, state-bihar. i was issuing educationlone since two month before but till i couldn't get this. SBI has a very poor service i have ever seen.Its quality of treatment to the customer and also handling of cases by non technical person are of very lengthy.
Before one month i have submitted all the required(told by Branch Manager) documents to the local SBI branch.I have also collected no dues certificates from all other banks, But still the bank has not proceeded my lone.And when ever i am asking about this to the Branch Manager he just says-"Come tomorrow". I don't know what is going on, what i know is that the amount of lone is very much essential for me to start of my carrier.And it is just a rupees of 5 lakhs only.which is not a big amount for a bank like SBI.
Here i want to know why my lone is getting delay, and please suggest me what to do with that? sir its very nessury me, i am belong to a very poor family.

I have deposited Rs.75, 000 pay order cheque no.595641 dated 31/12/09 on 2/01/2010 in the SBI, Nacharam Branch, Hyderbad.
Here SC N0.46823993. This amount is neither cleared nor returned back to here even after depositing more than 1 Month.
So, Kindly let me know the status regarding This.

It is to bring your kind notice that the pension calculation and disbusement which was practiced earlier was rather customer friendly than the centralised pension department.As the pensioners earlier was able to get their pensionary grivances solved at their nearest branches.
As I have also send my comlaint regarding the clearance of penion differences and stopage of computaton from sbi Almora branch which was neither entertained nor any communication was responsed. Hence in the in interest of deffence pensioners and to expedite your customer service it is requested to restore the earlier practice which was certainly helpful to solve the pensioners grivances at your nearest prestigious branch.
