I Mr. T.N.P Singh, a account holder with State Bank of India had received a Demand Draft of Rs. 10, 000 without my request to the bank, on 24th february 2007. When checked with SBI, I came to know that SBI had allocated Credit Card ([protected]) and based on it they have issued an EASY MONEY DRAFT of Rs 10, 000 with 0% interest for 1st month.I had never received any Credit Card of Sbi till date.

I received this draft on 24th Feb 07 and deposited it in my saving account on 26th Feb 2007 as stated in my saving account pass book. Within a month on 16th March 2007, I returned Rs. 10, 000 with additional Rs 149 for administrative charges and processing charges with cheque number 890930 of SBI. The cheque got cleared on 21st march according to my pass book of saving account of SBI.

Now I received a notice from State Bank stating that there is Rs.7353.15 is pending in my credit card and they like to settle this account by paying 50% ie. Rs. 3467.005


They also asked to contact Ms. Litti Sharma on this number +[protected].

I tried to speak to Litti Sharma but she doesn't come on phone. Even I tried to ask for details, they are just saying speak to customer care. When I tried to call customer care, apart from IVR option I am not getting any executives. Once I connected and asked details on how come Rs.7353.15 Pending when I cleared all amount on 16th March 07. I got the answer that they will require 3 days to let us know these details. After that I have not yet received any call or details from customer care for details.

Now I am receiving threatening calls from State Bank of India. I am senior citizen with 65 yrs of old.

I feel like I am cheated by State Bank of India and they are trying to make me fool by not sharing any details or not responding.

I am customer of State Bank of India from last 40 yrs and now feel petty that due to competition from private banks State bank of India is acting like private banks and started harassing their customer.

I need your help to resolve this issue.

    Dear Sir,
    I am a saving bank account holder in SBI Lonavla Branch and my A/C No is[protected] since last five years. I have lost my ATM Card long time back (approximately 2 yrs) and requested for the new one. Last time I used my ATM card in 2007 Jan and the card no. was[protected].
    I gave the application for the same around 5 times. After requesting so many times the out come is nil even in 2009. Every time I am getting new excuses from the concern bank.
    The bank is regularly debiting my ac by 50 Rs/ Yr for ATM Card service which they are not providing me.
    On 12th Nov 2008 the bank has also debited 200Rs as charges for replacement card which I have not received even till Jun 2009. I have been patient so far but as you will understand this too much of negligence of the bank in providing me the services for which they are charging me without fail.
    I plead to you and hope that I will get justice at this forum.

    Dear Sir,
    I am a saving bank account holder in SBI Arambagh Branch at Hooghly, West Bengal, India and my A/C No is[protected].I request request to bank for providing me a ATM card. They providing me the card which is not this account i.e. A/c [protected].But in another account A/c [protected]. This account is also my own account.They told me to fill up form once again so that they correctly provide ATM for account No [protected].I do this 5 time and they provide 5 time the wrong ATM . I have been patient so far but as you will understand this too much of negligence of the bank in providing me the services.
    I plead to you and hope that I will get the right card.

        dear sir,
        Iam an unfortunate holder of sbi card. In my account statement dated 10/06/2009 they have shown the total amount due as Rs 9307.79P but the actual figure must be Rs 1379.79 P . They have not deducted Rs 7928/- which I have paid through sbi cheque dated 17/12/2008. The said amount has been withdrawn from my bank account by sbi card on 04/02/2009.
        I have contacted with sbi customer care service who inturn asked me to send the bank statement regarding the debit of the cheque . I have posted the bank statement and a cheque clearance certificate issued by the sbi bank, vrindaban. Three months are passed and no action has been taken till now. In addition to this the sbi card people are adding this paid amount along with huge interst every month to my account status.
        Now Iam requesting you to look in to my case and help me .

          Its complaint about SBI, Sushant Lok, Gurgaon they have charged double interest of 3 months on loan of Rs.1, 50, 000 against DDA Scheme. I owned Rs. 1, 50, 000 for fillingup the Form of DDA Housing scheme from SBI Bank under their scheme with deposit of Rs.5050 for 3 months interest. I got the allotment in draw and after 2 months (in Feburary 2009), I got one call from SBI to deposite the complete loan of said amount. That time I hadn't money to deposit and I asked them some extension & part payment. I deposited Rs.50, 000 alonwith request letter after one month again I deposited Rs.30000 for laon.

          Now on 18.06.2009, they transferred Rs.1, 61, 688/- from my account without any intimation. After getting the loan clearance statement, it is noticed that bank has charged double interest for starting 3 months, which I have been already deposite via check of Rs.5050/- and didn't consider Rs.80000 which I have been already deposited for loan.They charged the flat interest on all the amount from starting date of laon. When I appraoched the bank they are saying that they will verify & then only they will return the amount & I should recall them to deduct the Rs.80000 from loan account, whereas I deposited this amount with covering letter. And when I tried to make the complaint against it, they are suggesting me to go customer care & threatening me in writing & on telephone to take legal action//penalty, whereas bank is defaulter in this case.

          I request you to kindly help me & register my complaint. Its not like this that someone is doing mistake so many times & threatning the customer also.

            Dear Sir,
            I am Er.Akash Mishra from Padampur, Bargarh, Orissa.I was issuing lone since one month before but till i couldn't get this. SBI has a very poor service i have ever seen.Its quality of treatment to the customer and also handling of cases by non technical person are of very lengthy.
            Before one month i have submitted all the required(told by Branch Manager) documents to the local SBI branch.I have also collected no dues certificates from all other banks, But still the bank has not proceeded my lone.And when ever i am asking about this to the Branch Manager he just says-"Come tomorrow". I don't know what is going on, what i know is that the amount of lone is very much essential for me to start of my carrier.And it is just a rupees of 5 lakhs only.which is not a big amount for a bank like SBI.
            Here i want to know why my lone is getting delay, and please suggest me what to do with that?

            I am Dr.ashis narayan mishra, from.post- padampur, dist.Bargarh, State-ORISSA, had passed my B.D.S.degree from RajivGandhi University of Health and Siences, Bangalore, Karnataka, last year.now i m planning to open a dental clinic in my home town padampur, I applied a loan of amount 4 lakhs for the dental setup since three months.I have submitted all the required documents to the branchmanager and the field officer before three months.I am running to the office regularly, but they are not even prociding my file to the district head quater.my father is a doctor and we gave all our papers to the branch manager, but he is not responding atall.this not a big amount for a bank like SBI.
            Here I want know why my loan is getting delay .

              Here SC N0.46823993. This amount is neither cleared nor returned back to here even after depositing more than 1 Month.
              So, Kindly let me know the status regarding This.

                DURING MY TWO VISITS TO THE SBI BANK, S BRANCH AT CHANDNI CHOWK TO RESOLVE MY LONG PENDING REVISED PENSION CASE I DID NOT FIND ANY OFFICER LEVEL PERSON.CHIEF MANAGERS ROOM HAVING THREE OTHER SEATS WERE ALL EMPTY AND UN OCCUPIED.ONLY WORKING PERSON WAS A CLERK HEAVILY LOADED AND NO TIME TO LISTEN TO ME.ALSO 2-3 LABOUR TYPE PERSONS WERE APPEARED TO BE IN CARE OFLARGE NO OF SENSITIVE FILES.

                It is to bring your kind notice that the pension calculation and disbusement which was practiced earlier was rather customer friendly than the centralised pension department.As the pensioners earlier was able to get their pensionary grivances solved at their nearest branches.
                As I have also send my comlaint regarding the clearance of penion differences and stopage of computaton from sbi Almora branch which was neither entertained nor any communication was responsed. Hence in the in interest of deffence pensioners and to expedite your customer service it is requested to restore the earlier practice which was certainly helpful to solve the pensioners grivances at your nearest prestigious branch.

                  SBI Bangalore approached me 2 years back to offer a Credit card and i applied for it.
                  I havn't received the card for 2 months, but i received a statement.
                  Then i followed up with SBI customer care, they said that i don't have to bother as i did not receive the card.
                  Without my concern, SBI linked the card to insurance policy and auto-debit is happening since than. I have mailed and followed up to cancel the card, but there was no response...

                  I have replied to the customer care Email ID regarding this and there was no response.

                  One fine day after 1 year, SBI called up to pay the money. I blasted them left and right and they started to convince me to pay at least half of the amount. I denied.

                  Its been over 2 years and i still receive E-Statements from SBI without a Credit Card. The .pdf attachment in the E-Statement is password protected and the password is 16 Digits on the SBI Credit Card.

                  I don't want the Credit Card and I dont want to clear the credit and i havn't used the benefit. Pls do the needful.

                    I am a pensioner holding PPO NO.[protected], at Branch[protected], Nirman Bhavan, New Delhi, A/C No.[protected].

                    Central Pension Authority vide their letter No.[protected]/494707/A1, dt.18th May 209 addressed to SBI, Tis Hazari Court Complex has sent Revision Authority for Central Civil Pensions revising my basic pension and indicating the Differential Commutation and Additional DCRG payable to my A/C. The matter is still pending with Chandni Chowk Branch.
                    Kindly expedite release of revised pension w.e.f.01-07-08 and credit the differential commutation payable as well as additional DCRG payable in my A/C. The matter is badly delayed.

                      Sir,
                      While going thro' card statement for the month of May'02 (due on 02.06.2009), I was shocked to know that annual fee of Rs. 750/- is charged. Not only this a sum of Rs. 842/- and Rs. 750/- is also charged in June'2007 and June'2008 statement. When speaking to your customer care executive I was rudely replied that even the annual fee was charged wrongly during 2007 and 2008, it will not be reversed as I was not noticed the same during that period.
                      I am maintaining your card since 2006 and had all faith of fair dealing but this act by a group like GE with brand name of SBI Card is very surprising. As it is of no use to call your customer care executive, I am writing to you. The following points is for your consideration :-


                      1. My card was provided lifetime free i.e. without any charges .
                      2. Aannual fee was charged in June 2007, 2008 and 2009, June 2009. June*2009 charge is reversed later on but GST is not yet reversed.
                      3. It is mentioned in the card that customer is to mention any wrong billing in the card statement within 20 days from the statement date but it can not be escalated to the deliberate annual charge imposed . It seems it is charged as a matter of practice to charge annual fee and wait to pass 20 days to trap poor customer.
                      4. Further not only this, interest on this wrong annual charge is also debited since June 2007 and 2008 and total interest amount in June 2009 statement is also includes interest on this amount, which should not be charged.
                      5.As per terms and conditions late payment charges are maximum Rs. 600/-, instead of this an amount of Rs. 700/- is charged in my May*2009 statement which should also be reversed.
                      6.I have been charged over limit fee when my limit crossed just beyond Rs. 50, 000/-. Had the above wrong annual fee not been charged in my card this over limit fee would not have occur in many months. Hence this over limit charges will also be reversed.

                      As such it is requested to reverse these amounts immediately. A fair dealinghope from a organisation like yours

                        sir,
                        i am a regular customer of SBI and have an account in branch BEG khadki, Pune. i want to stop monthly ECS payment to Kotak Life Insurance Policy. the branch manager says they require approval of insurance company to stop the payment. my question to him was i should have right over my account, why do i have to take a consent of third party to stop the payment from my account. plz guide me at the earlist do i have to take permission from the third party to stop the ECS payment.

                            Sbicard — presentation of cheque issued on 24th march regarding

                              I used my SBI ATM card my a/c no is ([protected]) at IOB ATM center ATM ID:IOBD9897 on 9/06/09 at 8.30pm
                              I am doing the transaction of withdrew of 8500/- from my account on atm screen it displayed please wait the transaction is under process I stood there up to 1 hour.
                              I didn’t receive my amount, My ATM card and any receipt.

                              I called to the IOB ATM costumer care center to stop the transaction they told they stop the transaction. On next day I called to the SBI ATM call center to block the card.

                              On 11-06-09 I went to the IOB bank to receive may atm they returned my atm.
                              On 12-06-09 I went to the SBH bank to withdraw the money they told from my account the sum of 8500/- is debited.

                              I have given compliant to the SBI bank manager.

                              Dear sir,
                              I have opened my SBI savings account on July 2008 at Salem Branch, Tamilnadu. As on date 05.06.2010 my available balance Rs.40, 391. Today morning i withdrawl Rs.9000 thro' SBI ATM in MIDC, Butibori, Nagpur, Maharashtra. Now Total available Balance Rs.27, 391. While taking ministatement on 12.06.2010 at SBI ATM in MIDC, Butibori, Nagpur, Maharashtra, I came to know Rs.4000 debited on dt:10.06.2010 without my knowledge. Inbetween days i didn't made any transaction. So, i request you to kindly consider my requestion and same may reply to balu.[protected]@gamil.com.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have never seen this kind of blunder in any kind of organization, i have applied for credit card 2.6 years back and i havent received any card. I started receiving sms on my mobile for being an SBI CC customer and also received birthday wishes, I have complained through mail and through call about this but you people couldnt trace out any credit card on my details.

                                One worst thing is i received an sms yesterday thanking for doing the first transaction on my SBI CC and also updating the due date and all, please take immediate action and i am nowhere responsible for this.

                                  My ATM card no. is[protected], for last 2 days whenever I tried for ATM withdrawl in spite of giving the right PIN no. so far as I can remember, the ATM mechine shows wrong PIN and after repeared attempts the card is blocked.I have tried different locations also but in vein.Plz. solve the problem and guide me what to do.I cannot visit my original branch as I am out of station.

                                        I have a SB account with SBI-vadiveeswaram Branch (code: 5599), Coimbatore. I used SBI atm card in sbi bank ATM
                                        machines in Railway station, salem on 14 May, 2009
                                        at 16.40 hours to retrieve an amount of Rs.20, 000/-. The transaction has been declined, but the amount of Rs.20, 000 has been debited from my account no.[protected].

                                        I have complained many times regarding this issue in the bank where I have the account, they don't seem to take any action.
                                        I am very much disappointed of such a careless and in efficient service rendered by SBI. I request the manager to take necessary actions on this and get back to my email id [protected]@gmail.com as soon as possible

                                        Hi,
                                        i have withdrawn money 5000/- from icici ATM (PCS, MAHAPE NAVI MUMBAI) on 26-Nov-2008 .ATM didn't dispach money, transaction was declined(TXN NO 6473). from SBI A/C money debited with the same trasaction number(TXN NO 6473). i filed a complaint at my A/c SBI branch (langerhouse, Hyderabad).and also i communicated with ICICI bank people At mumbai, the icici bank people told that no one is communicated regarding that transaction.Why the SBI bank people are not taking matter seriously

                                        I, Vishal Mehta, have a SBI-Account with SBI Branch in Bilimora, Gujarat. I used SBI ATM Debit Card in ICICI Bank ATM machine in SILVASA, Vapi, on 26/10/2008 At around 8.00 pm to retrieve an amount RS - 2000/- . at that time the transaction has declined, but the next day when i check my blance, RS - 2020 has been debited from my account No- [protected] in Bilimora branch.
                                        I have complain many times regarding this issue in the Bilimora bank where i have account, but they don't responce me and also don't take any action.
                                        I am vary much disappointed of such a careless an inefficint service rendered by SBI bank. i also requst the manager to take necessary action on this issue. get bank to responce me and my mail id- [protected]@yahoo.com as soon as posible.
                                        I would bring to your notice that on[protected] I had tried to withdraw Rs 2900 from Bank of Baroda ATM branch PBB, Sonari (ATM ID 1FDJAM04) using my State Bank of India Bank ATM card. The transaction was declined (Seq No3730). Later when I checked my bank account (No.[protected]) I noticed that the amount of Rs.2900 was debited from my account. When I contacted Bank of Baroda in this regard I was directed to contact S .B.I for the same.
                                        Please help me get back my money.
