Hello,
My ATM card no. is[protected], for last 2 days whenever I tried for ATM withdrawl in spite of giving the right PIN no. so far as I can remember, the ATM mechine shows wrong PIN and after repeared attempts the card is blocked.I have tried different locations also but in vein.Plz. solve the problem and guide me what to do.I cannot visit my original branch as I am out of station.

    My Account is with SBI, SCC, Delhi Branch, (Code 10436), On 02/04/2009 I wanted to withdraw Rs. 8000/- from PNB ATM at Railway Station Bahadurgarh. The transaction was declined by the ATM but the amount was debited from my Savings Account. Nearly after two months my money has not been traced by the branch. The ATM card reached my home home on[protected].The ATM card no is[protected].After i have recieved my ATM card, i have gone to SBI branch mandi samiti Hathras five six times.         I have a SB account with SBI-vadiveeswaram Branch (code: 5599), Coimbatore. I used SBI atm card in sbi bank ATM
        machines in Railway station, salem on 14 May, 2009
        at 16.40 hours to retrieve an amount of Rs.20, 000/-. The transaction has been declined, but the amount of Rs.20, 000 has been debited from my account no.[protected].

        I have complained many times regarding this issue in the bank where I have the account, they don't seem to take any action.
        I am very much disappointed of such a careless and in efficient service rendered by SBI. I request the manager to take necessary actions on this and get back to my email id [protected]@gmail.com as soon as possible

        SBI — regarding declined transaction

        Hi,
        i have withdrawn money 5000/- from icici ATM (PCS, MAHAPE NAVI MUMBAI) on 26-Nov-2008 .ATM didn't dispach money, transaction was declined(TXN NO 6473). from SBI A/C money debited with the same trasaction number(TXN NO 6473). i filed a complaint at my A/c SBI branch (langerhouse, Hyderabad).and also i communicated with ICICI bank people At mumbai, the icici bank people told that no one is communicated regarding that transaction.Why the SBI bank people are not taking matter seriously

        I have a saving account with SBI-janam sthaan Branch, mathura. I used SBI atm card in corprotion bank ATM at krishna nagar mathura, on 13 june, 2009
        at 10.22 am to retrieve an amount of Rs.5000/-. The transaction has been declined, but the amount of Rs.5000 has been debited from my account no.[protected].

        I, Vishal Mehta, have a SBI-Account with SBI Branch in Bilimora, Gujarat. I used SBI ATM Debit Card in ICICI Bank ATM machine in SILVASA, Vapi, on 26/10/2008 At around 8.00 pm to retrieve an amount RS - 2000/- . at that time the transaction has declined, but the next day when i check my blance, RS - 2020 has been debited from my account No- [protected] in Bilimora branch.
        I have complain many times regarding this issue in the Bilimora bank where i have account, but they don't responce me and also don't take any action.
        I am vary much disappointed of such a careless an inefficint service rendered by SBI bank. i also requst the manager to take necessary action on this issue. get bank to responce me and my mail id- [protected]@yahoo.com as soon as posible.
        I would bring to your notice that on[protected] I had tried to withdraw Rs 2900 from Bank of Baroda ATM branch PBB, Sonari (ATM ID 1FDJAM04) using my State Bank of India Bank ATM card. The transaction was declined (Seq No3730). Later when I checked my bank account (No.[protected]) I noticed that the amount of Rs.2900 was debited from my account. When I contacted Bank of Baroda in this regard I was directed to contact S .B.I for the same.
        Please help me get back my money.

          I am Sadhna Jain, Sr. Lecturer in Delhi University. Once SBI credit ca5rd DSM came to me on the basis of that bank will issue credit card on totally free ( no charge ) Basis hence I filled the form as per his advise unfortunetly I did not read the form properly because he was saying that madam I will fill this completely you need not to worry. Now bamk forceing me to pay insurance charges for which I never asked. Neither I used my credit card for anything.Bank is putting pressure on me that you kindly settle your account by paying Rs1200/- against amount with penelty of Rs.5300/-.This is the way bank harrasing our kind of citizen. My Residence address is Rani Bagh Delhi 110034. Mobile no is [protected]. I would request bank rather chasing me they should catch agent who cheat me by filling the non required information.

            I have been harrased by SBI TATA Credit Card Recovery people, now they have launched criminal case against me. It all began when i had a transaction Rs 30000 on my SBI TATA Credit Card in June 2007.To make payement for the same I had given a cheque to SBI TATA Credit Card representative.
            I kept more than Rs 30000 in my account to get the cheque cleared . But even after three months the cheque clearance wasn't done . when I grew doubtful i called up at their helpline no to confirm about my payment and got the reply that the payment had been done on time.After that a letter from SBI TATA Credit Card came to me confirming that the payment has been done and no credit is outstanding.

            After about three and half months i recieved call from SBI TATA Credit Card customer care people that my payment is due since the cheque i had given wasn't cleared there is outstanding balance on my card.

            When I shouted at them as to why the payment was not done even after so long time and how did they sent payment confirmation letter to me, they replied that it was their system's fault . After that I made an arguement to remove the interest charges that they have levied for no fault of mine .But they refused and asked me to make full payment of the amount.

            Since the amount grew big (about RS 50000) and I wasn't having enough cash at that moment, I requested them to convert to some loan so that i could repay by EMI's to which they refused, when the amount grew bigger, i requested them to transfer the balance amount to my other credit card, to which also they refused saying that the facilty is not available with them.

            After continous harrasment by the customer care and recovery people i have paid about Rs 27000 by now and not sure how much more i need to pay back.

            When I stoped making payment, they filed a case against me with charges of criminal proceedings.

            Please suggest what can be done now .

            Harrasment by SBI TATA Credit Card
            I have been harrased by SBI TATA Credit Card Recovery people, now they have launched criminal case against me.

            I was using Rs 12000 on my SBI TATA Credit Card in March -April 2007.To make payement for the same I had given a cheque to SBI TATA Credit Card representative.

            I kept more than Rs 12000 in my account to get the cheque cleared . But even after three months the cheque clearance wasn't done . when I grew doubtful i called up and made a payment through cash.

            After that a letter from SBI TATA Credit Card came to me confirming that the payment has been done and no credit is outstanding.

            Then later i asked them to close the Credit Card due to very bad service and the call center people said it was done and i dint recieve any statments then onwards.

            After about two and half years later i recieved call from SBI TATA Credit Card customer care people that my payment is due since there was some money outstanding in my account, which i was confused as i have made the complete payment in July 2007.

            When I shouted at them as to why the payment was not done even after so long time and how did they sent payment confirmation letter to me, they replied that it was their system's fault .

            Now they have filed a case against me with charges of criminal proceedings as well. This is stupidity as they dont have a correct software system which provides unified information, and yet they want to harass only the customers.

            Please suggest what can be done now .

              Dear Sir

              My self is M L Malik and my credit card a/c number is [protected]. Mr. Sandeep ([protected]) & Ms.Manju[protected],[protected] settled my a/c in Rs.4000 and i gave the cash on 13th May 2009 to the Executive VK in Noida with the receipt number 13701887 as they told me that i have to pay the amount on the same day if i want to settle the same i took the money from someone and gave to them and as they told that I will be getting the letter of settlement in a day or two, but since then i am calling the people they sometimes put me on hold or sometimes dont pick .. now few days back i got a message that i have to pay my outstanding dues when i called again to the same number they said there is NO Ms.MANJU in our office .. and that guy Sandeep is not picking my call then from there i got another number of some Ms.Kalpana .. i told her everything but since then she too not picking my call ...
              I have paid the said amount...no one in my family earns ... still i took amount from someone and gave to SBI ... but now some other lady calling me again and again to pay the minimum amount or asking to settle the account from some other number .. what do i do with this fraud

              sometimes they say the office is in gurgaon
              sometimes they say the office is in laxmi nagar
              sometimes they say the office is in noida

              I HAVE PAID THE SAID AMOUNT ISSUE ME THE LETTER OR ELSE I HAVE SUE. SBI EMPLOYEES LEFT ME NO OTHER OPTION .

                I got call from you customer care to get credit card and also your executive came and collected the address proof and pan card after 20 days i got one message as (Thanks you for your intrest in SBI card. Your ref no:[protected] is under process. please give us 15 days to process your application) on 13.03.2009 after that i didn't got any responce from your side so please inform the status of the card

                  I have lost my ATM card which was issued by the SBI Branch Badarpur, New Delhi. I have been posted out from BTPS Badarpur and presently posted at KKNPP Kudankulam and my saving account is still same. I already had requested to block ATM card by phone (tollfree). I would like to ask whether I can get ATM card of the same account at my present place of SBI branch or I have to go to SBI Badarpur for applying the ATM card. Please advise

                  I am having Savings A/c. No. SB/ 26480 in J&K Bank R.S.Pura, Branch Jammu and SB/4025 in J&K BAnk SKUAST, Shalimar branch. ATM Cad issued to me from the said bank Branch stands lost. I do not remember the ATM Card Number. It is requested to immediately BLOCK my ATM CARD.

                    I have a SBI credit card, for last 3 years, in last year i skipped 2-3 payments of card due to some fund problems and family problems. I am continuing payment by due dat from last 7 months yet my card is still deactivate. I asked to customer care they said you have to pay all the due amount first thereafter we'll see it will activate or not. Why the bank not activate my card while i'm in contact continue with the bank & paying sincerely from last 7 months.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I had used sbi credit card No. [protected] in the basis of life time free card for a credit limit of Rs. 15000/- but on January 2007 I had received the statement which insist me to pay the annual fee. Then I communicated with customer service people and complaint regarding the annual fee against my life time free card, after the consisting approach they took a long process to deducted that amount in my account. On that time I was mentally upset of their irresponsible service. Before they offered me a loan for Rs. 27000/- through the telephonic call from customer service during December 2006,

                      Due to that annual fee problem I made my mind to close the credit card, so that I communicated with their customer service people and intimated them to close my credit card and that loan amount of Rs. 27000/-, offered to us.. As per customer care instruction I settled the pending payment of Rs. 538.54 full settlement on first week of February 2007.

                      After that I had received the DD for Rs. 27000/- loan amount on march 3rd week in spite of closed the credit card as well as the refused loan amount. After that I had terminated the card on dt. 23/03/07 by send back the broken card and the same demand draft of Rs. 27000/- which they sent me for loan, Along with this I drafted the letter to the Manager Mr. Prakash Rammurthy, the following address with Registered Post with A/D, SBI Cards, 3rd floor, TIAME House, 72, Rajaji salai, Chennai – 1.

                      Then I received the March statement with nil balance. In the May Statement they credited the loan amount of RS, 27000/ with full interest for the period of 30 Installments and continuously sending statement to me, till date. At present they are claiming Rs.65, 852.18.

                      On November 2007, I consulted with My lawyer and send the Lawyer Notice to them on 25/10/2007, But there is no reply and response.

                      But still date, I am receiving everyday two or three times harassment phone calls from SBI, for the past two years, I totally and mentally upset with their poor, irresponsible & deficient service. So please Guide me what can I do to relive from this Issue in spite of not availing the 27000 Loan.

                        My SBI credit card No:[protected] validupto[protected]. I have informed chance of residential address. In this connect my renewal card also not received and statement also not getting.. Two months back a cheque was misplaced and requsted for another and so far the cheques was not traced. However last three years am asking for due and drawn statement to closed the account. As I made overpayment in the year 2003.

After this to apply atm request again in my karwi branch (may)and atm charges already cut it . than after to call customer care he saying that kuch application main problem ho gi . than after to contact in own branch he saying that form mai koi problem nahi hain acha problem hai toh bataooo but sir accurate information is not display both of them . as i request to pls solve this problem. i hope u to be solve this problem . I AM FACING VERY HUGE PROBLEM WITHOUT ATM.

                            Good mornging,

                            i am fedup of sbi credit card and there poor service... i have never asked them to give insurance cover to my credit card but these people have done that without my knowledge and i am not receiveing any statements for this charges. every month i am receiving SMS to my mobile and insurance charges adding up everymonth.. can someone help me in canceling my sbi credit card. i have not using this card from past two and half year.

                            I have closed my sbi credit card before four month but till date I have recieved bill with every month interest and pently included in it. When I talked your coustomer care They advise me that you broke the your credit cards and drop it in drop box. I have made last full and final payment to you for rs. 400/- on your coustomer care officer demand . Please look in this matter and do the needful.

                            SBI Card — Unsolicited credit card and renewal charges

                            SBI credit card was renewed in my name and new one sent to me unsolicited valid from1.8.02 for 2 years and renewal charges of 1500 Rs imposed without my asking for same. Inspite of repeated requests, written and verbal, these charges have not been reversed, though the card was not used at all and its extension not solicited. Now the bill amount has been understood to be made over Rs. 10000/- which is nothing but fleecing by the reputed bank and causing mental agony and harassment

                            i have paid full amount on june 2008 of Rs18000/-, because i want to close my card.i have closed my card online i., e customer care and they have taken my request of closure of my credit card.

                            But till date they have not closed my credit card and they have levied chgs of Rs.63/-.Why i should pay these chs when i paid extra money for closing, i want to close my credit card immediately and send me the letter of closing my credit card.

                            Really you people are fit for nothing just after closing also you people are sending statements and disturbinf personal life of customers.

                            i am using SBI credit card [protected], i have already terminated the card by paying all out satind amout as iam transfering to saharanpur(there is not any collection center in the city) on 11th may08. verbally & written application also Email at customer services.

                            I had cancelled my SBI credit card, by paying Rs.500 some 2 months before. I have not used the card for around 1 year and the crd was showing some amount. I payed the amount just to avoid the calls asking for payment. I had got a letter also telling that the card is cancelled. Today i got an sms telling about some amount for this card. I had kept the calcellation latter for sometime and thrown it. Now i dont have the details also with me. Luckly i didn't throw my card.

                            Please let me know what to do for this.

                            SBI Credit Cards — Card cancellation because of additional charges

                            Dear Ma'am/ Sir,

                            The complaint is that I am receiving continuously finance
                            charges and late fee charges in my statement which is for not paying installment of Royal Sundram mediclaim policy.

                            The background is,
                            SBI executive described the policy on some date of Jan-07. I requested him to give me time for thinking over the features and to call me after some days. But he insisted on saying yes or no on that very moment it self and if I wished I could cancel policy by simply making a call to SBI customer care centers,
                            Hence in the month of Feb 2007 I called up SBI customer care center and informed up to cancel the policy. Inspite of cancelling the policy long back I am receiving the policy charge along with added service and interest charges.

                            Kindly note all other purchases and expenses made on the card have been timely paid by me.

                            I did a polite request to revert back the policy related charges since initiation so that I continue using the card for my other requirements but instead of cancelling all charges they offer me
                            to pay Rs 2200/- to stop receiving charges in the statement and I paid by considering that they will stop all these but it has not happen. And today I came to know that they have kept me in the list of defaulters, I am not defaulte.

                            Now if I apply for any caredit cards, they says that "we can not issue a credit card because your banking history is not good."

                            I request you to do the needful, please check my records with HSBC Bank, I am having HSBC GOld Credit card, and it's nop is [protected].

                            Credit card due for renewal in August 08 not renewed so far. Remainded through mail already. Helpline not of any use. Minimum payment demanded often will not be paid till such time card renewed. Follow up immediate action to despatch credit card or otherwise case will be taken up with consumer court.
                            Its really shame on the bank like SBI ...and the credit card is the i have ever seen i have never asked them to give insurance cover to my credit card but these people have done that without my knowledge and sending me the insurance charges in the monthly statement. and its adding up everymonth..and i have been using this card for 3 years an to my surprise they have charged an annual fee of Rs.750/- and Rs.250/- for add on card and i am really fed up with these monthly payments and i have decided not to use this card any more ...but with out my notice and permission they renewed my credit card and sent a new card and i have decided not to pay the amount that they have sent...
                            any suggestions regarding can be forwarded ...
                            I am a sufferer too. You need not pay such charges. Start using SBI's Gold Debit Card instead which has a cash withdrawal limit of Rs.50, 000/- per day and is very convenient.

                            I Tejpal sangle, SBI Credit card no[protected], br Pune, has resigestered credtit cred back(which was cut into 4 portion according tobanks rules) before8 months along with mentioned doucuments and reasons.                             I was using HSBC credit card ( [protected] ) for the last two years and when I joined the executives who came to me told that this card is life time free ( no annual fees). When I got the statement of March 09, it was found that the fees for my card as well as my add on card was charged by the HSBC.Immediately I contacted the customercare and requested them to cancel my cards. They told me to pay the bill after deducting the charges of the card which I was done.But, in the next month I got the bill and found that besides the charges of the card plus finance charges plus service charges etc which I have already informed and confirmed by the customercare of the bank that my card had been cancelled.Moreover in the statement itself it is written that you have cancelled your account.Whilst we are entitled to demand payment of the total balance outstanding.

                            Kindly help me to get out of this.

                            State Bank of India — Asked to pay for the Insurance we have not signed for

                            State Bank of India is using my SBI Credit Card to pay for the EMI towards Royal Sundaram Insurance. I have just learnt about this after paying EMI for 10 months.I have not signed up for Royal Sundaram Insurance service and was shocked to know that they have been charging me for something I have not purchased.

                            I would like SBI to pay the entire amount back into my account else I will file a legal suite against them.
                            with referance to your final settelement letter dt13.09.2008, i setteled my account for Rs.12800/- in three installments. I deposited Rs.1000/on 13.09.2008 against receipt no.12454333/book no.252024 & Rs.4406/-on 11.10.2008 against receipt no.12570499/book.no.256670 & last installment through cheque no.606936 of SBBJ on 03.11.2008, thus total RS.12800/- was deposited by me against final settelement of my CC No.[protected]. But unfortunately I received several statements of outstanding payment.I put the matter several times to the executives of your banks.But still i gets the outstanding statement, so I once again request your good self to look in to the matter and resolve the matter at the earliest

                            Highlighted by me by my previous complaint posted on 21st August against collection calls received from SBI collection caller named Deepti without any Senior Manager or without any Employee code.
                            This caller is continously calling me from number [protected] from morning 10 to 7 around 15-20 times.
                            I dont know for what she calls as she doesnt seem to literate enough to provide any details and nor she seems to be part of a Bank which is imposes to be.
                            SBI has stopped hiring educated people it seems.There seems to be no heirachy which is followed as she never connects me to a senior Manager.
                            I require a written apology from this female for talking non sense and misbehaving at my number without any reason.

                            Without applying for any card i have received a Credit card from SBI Bank. After shopping from Vishal Mart he asked me to fill up a form for some lucky draw & asked for my ID proof i submitted my Driving License.

                            After a few days there were some enquiry calls & i clearly said that i did not applied any such card.

                            Even after that they have sent me a credit card & now have started sending statements even though i have not used the card even once.

                            SBI Credit Card — DEMAND RAISED WITHOUT APPLYING AND GETTING CREDIT CARD

                            I am Rajni Sharma, a handicapped government employeed lady. I was having credit card and made its last payment vide cheque No.955687 cleared on dated 8.10.2005 whcih was transferred in SBI Account #[protected]for Rs.20000/-. On the same day we also requested for its cancellation and as per advice we broken it into six pieces and put it their box
                            It is pertinent to mention here that thereafter we never applied for issuance of another credit card and in the month of June 2006 we received a letter to furnish identity proof to get another CREDIT CARD OF SBI. It is worthwhile to mention here that since we have not applied for issuance of SBI CREDIT CARD we did not furnish any ID proof.
                            Btu later on we received telephonic messages that a payment of Rs.66000/-, Rs.1600/- is due but when we replied that we have not applied nor received any caredit card, they informed that no payment is due. But, we again received messages that a payment of Rs.864/- (through ms rina) Rs.6800/- today. Today he again informed that after OTS an amount of Rs.3500/- is due.
                            We shall be grateful if your good self could kindly produce the application made by me for SBI credit card, date of receipt of SBI credit card by me.
                            it is worthwhile to mention here that I have so far not received any statement since 2005- the date of cancellation of my SBI credit card.
                            I hope a thorough investigation would be got carried out and outcome would be informed to us after due punishment to the concerned officers/ officials at the earliest.

                            SBI Credit Card — Charged 3000 even when the card is not used once

                            Sir,
                            I have a SBI credit card. This was given to me through a sales call saying its a free card with out any changes such as annual chanrge or any thing of such. I had never used the same. However they have activated some insurence on the card and have charged the insurence premium on me. I called several times on this and once they even rectified the same. But after 3 months again the bill started comming in. Now they are offered 1 time settlement of Rs1900/-, and ahve threatned me that if I ignore this now also, they will put my name (Database) into Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited CIBIL.

                            Please suggest on what can be done on this issue.

                            SBI Credit Card Customer Care is the Worst in the world. I closed my SBI Credit Card and no one from that department can give me the closing letter so I can collect my FD of Rs. 18000. The SBI bank branch keeps telling me to contact the Customer Care. The Customer Care keeps telling me to wait for a number of days every time I call. I been calling them since the beginning of October and it now has been 2 months and still no closing letter.

                            Even though I spoke with a Customer Care manager on several occasions and despite the fact the manager promised to resolve my issue within a few days on each occasion, I have yet to receive the closing letter. Calling SBI Credit Cards Customer Care is USELESS!!

                            There is no one I can contact in person and the SBI bank branch claims to have no affiliation with SBI Credit Cards and that they can not pay me my fixed deposited as it is locked.

                            I know the policy is that you wait 30 days after the SBI credit card is cancelled but in my situation it has been more than 60 days already.

                            What is my next step? Can I contact a civil lawyer and sue these called the SBI Credit cards?

                            I have not yet received sbi credit card. I am getting bill last 4 to 5 months.I don't want your credit card now. Pl. don't send me bills now onwards.
                            I was issued a visa debit advantage card no 11006 [protected] By SBI Uttam Nagar New Delhi against a promise that nothing will be charged from me if i do not use this card and can return the card as and when required . In the month of January 2011 I was asked to deposit Rs 275/- as annual charges . In the mean time I also came to know
                            that one of my F D amonting to Rs, 67000/- was impounded without my knowledge and I was unable to
                            encash this FD when I was in need of the money in January 2012 . The credit facility provided was only 45000/- in total against my 67000 + interest money of my F D .

                            I am a senior citizen and gave an application on 22-1-11 to a person working in cards section of SBI Uttam Nagar New Delhi to cancel my card . I got my account closed through customer care service . So far my FD is not released . It is a matter of shame on the part of SBI to earn money by such dirty tricks using my money and charging interest and other liabilities against my FD from me.

                            I have not received any intimation even after 3 months when i closed my account and cancel led dabit card

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I am K V Tammi Raju working as a school teacher and I am having a Savings bank account in SBI Treasury Branch Kakinada and my A/c No. is[protected].

                                  Week days back i tried to withdraw Rs. 20000/- from State Bank ATM, It gave me 12000/- instead of 20000/- and also the same 20000/- was debited from my account.

                                  Immediately i have given a compliant regarding the missing of Rs.8000/- in home branch. They told me that "come after two days, we will check with our ATM service Engineers and let you know the status".

                                  After two days your Stated Bank people are saying that 'the ATM has dispensed excess amount to some other people, and Our ATM is also in loss of 4000/- so wait for few more days and we will track the transactions. If we found any excess amount we will reverted back"

                                  So kindly please take necessary steps to revert my money back to my savings account. And also please do let me how much time it will take?

                                  So, I, request you to take immediate action to get my balance amount (Rs 145000.00) from ICICI.Your immediate action will be highly appreciable.

                                    My self Arun Kumar, S/o Mr. Krishna Sudama is a very old customer of SBI credit card no.[protected] but now I am very much dissatisfied with the services of SBICPSL.

                                    My card is expired in the month of 02/09 but till date I have not received renewed card. It is a very serious concern for the SBICPSL. Above of all, payment for Mediclaim policy is made to Royal Sundaram, without taking consent of mine and without renewal of card. Which is a very serious matter as well as financial security breach from the side of SBICPSL.

                                    I have received so many calls from your side and I informed them whole story every time but till date neither I have received renewed card nor any statement.

                                    Always I was praising for the services of SBICPSL and recommended to my friends to opt SBI credit card, and even I refused to take any other card service provider. But with present worst service, I am bound to think for another credit card service provider as well as not to recommend anyone for SBICPSL.

                                    I finally would like to request you, please do the needful and give a serious thought to provide best services.

                                      Sir,

                                      I was having a SBI credit card no:[protected] way back in 2003. I was paying all my payments regularly and never had any default. In the year 2003, I made a payment of Rs 3000/- towards my bill. However, they charged Rs 350/- towards the delayed payment, though the payment was made in time. Shocked on this, I surrendered my SBI card and requested to cancel the outstanding amount. Still I continued to receive the bills inspite of my various request through telephone, email, correspondence to discontinue sending the bills. Today, I am getting continuous phone call, claiming to be from SBI cards, for recovery of the outstanding amount, which they say is now Rs 270000/-

                                      Please advise me what should I do now.

                                      I have used the SBI credit card for some purchase. And tried calling helpline no. For EMI options. But non of the toll free and other SBI credit cards helpline nos. Are functional to solve the issue. Now when I want to make the payment and shut the card. They are iposing penalty and some extra charges of 7000 rupees for the card. I have asked them to shut the card take the ammount and issue me the closing letter for the card I have been issued. This bank is very disturbing as can not handle credit card customers and department. As I use other banks credit card also and happy with the services. My details are. Name: Alpa Dedhia
