All relevant communication between the bank (SBI-Gurgaon) & myself (complainant) are in the below mails & its been 4 months I'm asking them to resolve but they are conveniently sitting over my problem as they are wanting to earn notional interest in terms of showing my incapability of paying up the loan amount.

- While the advance cheques pertaining to the EMI of the said Loan Account have exhausted with you since July'08, though for the first time you informed me in 3rd week of Feb'09 thru telephone .

- While I had requested you for the statement of my loan account & total due for the loan, which has never reached me, inspite of numerous reminders.

- While I asked you for the waiver of any damages on me, due to your bank not intimating me in time for the EMI cheques having got exhausted & hence incremental interest being levied on the principal amount due .

- While every time your phone call comes to clear the current month's balance & not look into the issue in totality of r esolving it, completely.

- While undersigned has already offered to clear the complete loan amount due minus the recurring interest being levied for you not depositing my EMI since July'08 .

- While in the last 3-4 years there has been no cheque dishonor/delay in the past or now for any reason on me, ever.

In all the above scenarios, I repeat my rightful demand to waive away the incremental interest being charged on my outstanding amount, for your bank not intimating & not allowing me to send the EMI cheques in time & to avoid the recurring interest being charged to my Loan account.

I'm ready to foreclose the loan on the amount due on July'08 you are requested to intimate that amount to make me clear your outstanding, FULL & FINAL. I expect your immediate action & help me relieve of the mental tension & agony I'm going thru wh ile you/your officers keep calling me every 10-15 days but w/o any solution.

My name is Thanggin Khongsai an ex employee of INOX GLOBAL SERVICES PVTLTD. GLOBAL BUSINESS PARK GURGAON.

I have submitted my PF on 22nd may 2009 through my ex employer with PF no HR/25228/1071 for withdrawal of my PF. However, I've not got it nor did i hear anything from the authorities. I don't know if my PF is floating in the air, ??!. or is lying underground. Could you please check and let me know the status of my PF. Oh! i've been chasing my pf for 2 yrs now! and is the second time I submitted the for. I don't know if i will still be chasing untill it takes years and years. If this is the case why is it made compulsory for every employee to invest in this kind of scam where there seems to be no guarantee for return...

Your quickest response in this regard will be highly appreciated.

    This complaint is regarding a very careless working of cheque clearance section of State Bank of India, Delhi Cantt. Branch.

    I dropped one AT PAR cheque in drop box of branch with duly filled up form on[protected] amounting Rs. 1270.50 received from UTI drawn on SBI itself. Cheque No. was 831249. After a week when I checked the status, I came to know that the cheque once credited on[protected] then debited the amount on the same date. In detailed I noticed that they have written bank name Indian overseas bank instead of SBI. I would also like to mention that same amount of cheque received in April 2008 was also treated like this but after a few days, the bank gave the credit. Thinking that same will be credited in few days I waited. But within a month when I got no result, I contacted personally to the bank and was surprised that they are in no position to tell any thing about the cheque. They could not find about the cheque in books and also on the computer. I also checked the despatch register with one of the staff of the bank but could not find entry of the cheque. After that I requested them to return my cheque or clear the status of the cheque but they always asked me to come again later. For the last 7 months I have visited the bank for this a no. of times but in vain. I also complained about this to General Manager SBI Local Head Office, Sansad Marg, New Delhi 9th March 2009 but got no result.
    In April I again got my final payment from UTI through two cheques amounting Rs. 14771.00 and Rs. 25000. I deposited again in SBI Delhi cantt branch but the same thing happened again. To my surprise they entered in computer that one cheque if from Indian Overseas bank and one is from SBI. But both cheque were from SBI with consequtive nos. 208539 and 208540. They lost the chques once again. I pressed hard to look for the cheques and after visiting no. of times they checked their drawers thoroughly and returned the cheques after one month. I deposited them in Dwarka branch and got them cleared. That clearly indicates that the SBI Delhi cantt branch staff are not working up to the mark.
    On 3rd June 2009 when more than 6 months have elapsed my earlier cheque was of no use, the Branch Manager gave me a certificate indicating that the cheque was lost somewhere when despatched to me, which was totally misguiding, because the cheque was never returned to me as per their record. Action should be taken and the bank should be panalised for their careless working.

    I vinod kumar has depositted my cheque of Rs 7842in vasantvihar ATM near Bharat Petrol Pump on11June009(ch no.122422 of syndicate bank) but no clearance has been activated due to not collection of the cheque from drop box.I also contacted to vasant vihar branch telephonically but only promises given to us.Please do at your end
    i just check out my balance.
    This complaint is regarding a very careless working of cheque clearance section of State Bank of India, RIT BRANCH JAMSHEDPUR

    I dropped one cheque in drop box of branch with duly filled up form on[protected] amounting Rs. 42925/ received from BANK OF INDIA drawn on SBI itself. Cheque No. was 26150. After a week when I checked the status there is no any result . I would also like to mention that after a month there is no any change in progres. I contacted personally to the bank and was surprised that they are in no position to tell any thing about the cheque. I also checked the dispatch register with one of the staff of the bank but i find entry of the cheque. After that I requested them to return my cheque or clear the status of the cheque but they always asked me to come again later. For the last 2 months I have visited the bank for this a no. of times but in vain. I also complained but gote no result. That clearly indicates that the SBI RIT BRANCH JAMSHEDPUR staff are not working up to the mark. Action should be taken and the bank should be panalised for their careless working.
    i request you to please sovle the matter regarding my cheque clearance

    SBI Delhi Cantt — return of cheque

    I am having my account in SBI Delhi Cantt since 1988. My account No is [protected]. I had presented 1 cheques to HDFC on account of the payment of EMI for the loan taken by me. The cheque issued by me dated 30 Sep 09 is already cleared. However, the cheque No 534911(from the same cheque book) dt 10 Oct 09 has been returned by SBI stating that 'no such account exists with them'. My monthy salery is credited in this account and suffcient balance is available. such an action on the part of SBI has caused embrassment to me. Kindly investigate and inform me.

        1) Monthly statement for Credit Card is sopposedly sent by SBI through Courier but is ACTUALLY NOT DELIVERED.
        2) I found the first Statement in my LETTER BOX (though with a Courier stamp on it) after three weeks of due date. Obviously, it has been delivered in my LETTER BOX, at the Courier boy's convenience. He is aware, no on shall check him.
        3) On lodging a complaint with the SBI, the Courier Company calls up and some girl there says their records confirm that the packet has been accepted by me and has also been signed for by me. Some SURENDERA (my name is spelt wrong and I never sign with my first name) has signed for me. She just puts the phone down abruptly after this conversation.
        4) This is repeated as I have again not recieved my statement but an SMS from SBI confirms the same has been delivered to one SURENDERA. However, I have yet to recieve the statement. On replying to the SBI SMS, a standard reply immediately comes that " your request for non receipt of bill has been registered and for your convenience last three months statements are available on www.sbicard.com"
        Of-course, this site never opens.
        5)There are atleast 5 SMS complaints from me and I must say that such attitude towards customers shall not help the bank in the long run. A simple investigation with the Courier Service Contractor can probably resolve all such issues. BUT WHO CARES. Meanwhile, I have requested SBI to kindly withdraw this fascility of the Credit Card from me. I shall not use this Card henceforth. Why should I go through all this torture unnecessarily.

        Credit Card Statement — non delivered in time

        sir thiss ramanujan kumar is been using the crdit card from long back and the statement is not been delivered in time. and another thing is that the my email ID has changed ie... [protected]@yahoo.com

        plz verify the complaint and do te needfull for me.

        SBI/CREDIT CARD — non delivery of credit card

        SBI bank has send me my credit card to my hyderabad address videairway bill no SB[protected] dt01/10/08.It was not delivered or even they have not come to residence and returned the card to SBI, stating that no one is at the address though everyone is at the residence and I also provided authority letter and other document like PAN card etc. And they are not lifting the phone while i am contacting them thru ph#30584904/905 (given by SBI Credit Card officials) to know the status.

            I am a regular customer of State Bank of India (SBI) and hold my personal savings bank accounts with couple of core banking branches of SBI in India. SBI Personal Banking Branch (PBB), E-48, GK-1, New Delhi is denying to receive my cheque (not even in drop box) and update my SBI savings bank passbook since I do not hold an account with that particular branch. On argument Mr. S K Sandilya, Accountant (as he mentioned his name and designation on request) replied that they can update the passbook on payment of Rs. 10/- per update but they would never serve such a customer of SBI like me by receiving my cheque. He also mentioned that such cheques can only be submitted to any other SBI core banking branch which is not a PBB. Can a core banking branch of SBI behave so by denying core banking facilities and claim themselves as a core banking branch?

            On the other day SBI Masjid Moth has also charged Rs. 10/- while updating my SBI savings bank account passbook which is with other core banking branch of SBI. Can a core banking branch of SBI charge so for a core banking facility?


            The very concept of core banking system envisages that banking facilities should remain available to all customers, irrespective of the fact whether he is holding his account in particular branch or not. In fact it represents multi-locational and multi branch network which has become possible with the advancement of communication technology. The stand taken by the aforesaid branch is against the basic principles of CBS.

            Sir same thing happened with me. I went to Janak puri branch near Janak Cinema for deposite of my money into my son's account in Manipal. Sir, I requested those silly jack to deposite my money but they treated me like i was begging them for something. I felt bad about this that i complained to the higher authorities but till date nothing happened.

              Please note when I want to withdraw money from the SBI ATM it says" The card is unauthorised Or is not properly inserted." But I am able to withdraw money from other banks like Punjab National Bank etc. I am cutomer of Credit card since Aprl 2005 and this problem has started since two months . I had been to my State Bank branch, Nehru Place and tried to solve the problem but The problem still exists.

                  State Bank of India ATM Card issued to me by SBI, Kurseong (Darjeeling), West Bengal. While updating my pass book I found that three transaction have been made through my ATM Card by shopping and purchasing train tickets etc on 28, 29 Mar 2009 & 03 Apr 2009 for Rs 10, 000/- approx. However, the same has not been purchased/shopping by me. Immediately, I approached the bank and apprised the matters with ATM officer. He advised me to give a written complaint. Accordingly, I given him a written complaint on 08 Apr 2009. Again I have forwarded letter on 30 Apr 2009 requesting the present position of the case. He then told me that his branch has forwarded my case to their head office in Mumbai for further investigation. I also lodged a complaint to SBI cusomer complaint website www.sbi.co.in on 06 May 2009. I have given complaint ticket No CC[protected] stating that my complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department and will have a response from them shortly. However, no response I got from anyone. May I request your good offices for the needful please. I shall be ever grateful for this act of kindness

                    As per your directions I have regularly paid the said EMI payment upto 12/08 vide 14th installment payment (14/24) cheque No.362171 dt.[protected].
                    Subsequently, I have decided to repay the entire outstanding loan amount of
                    Rs. 1 0, 417/- and paid Rs.I0, 417- through cheque No.362172, which has been reflected in your statement dt.[protected].
                    Even though I have cleared the entire outstanding loan amount and nothing is outstanding, YQU have shown in the statement dt.[protected] that Rs.l, 327.89 is due from me. It is really astonished to state that you have levied foreclosure fee of
                    Rs.3411- and finance charges of Rs.945/- and Q1her charges of Rs.41.89, which is not is accordance with law and against in the principles of natural justice.


                    Adding to the above, I was infonned by your associates new credit card with out any outstanding balance would be issued to me. But your esteemed organization

                    Foreclose amount :I am converting Rs. 24707/- to flexipay to EMI on[protected] for 06 month EMI. Interest rate 13%. EMI Rs. 4257.37/- (Principal+Interest) Total 06 month EMI with Interest =(4257.37 X 6)= 25544.22/-,
                    I am already pay 1st EMI on[protected], After paying 1st EMI outstanding principle Rs= (25544.22 -4275.37)=21286.85/-
                    But when I am foreclosing for Amount Rs.24707 on[protected], outstanding balance showing (Principal+Interest) Rs. 24, 974.66 /-.This is totally confuse to me. I cant understand Foreclosure amount Rs 24974.66/- including 1st EMI amount or excluding amount?
                    As per My calculation Foreclosure amount =21286.85 +(21286.85 x 3%)= 21924.91/-
                    But when I am foreclosure amount showing = 24974.66 +(24974.66 x 3%)=25723.89/-
                    Extra amount =(25723.89 - 21924.91)= 3798.98/-
                    My question why I am paying extra amount Rs 3798.98/-, as I am paid 1st EMI Rs. 4275/-?

                    Kindly resolve my issue.

                      i opened online. but when they ask first time user name and password. I give the one got from sbi Talipramba branch. Then they ask the new one I typed more than ten times. then the accepted one. then i check that time my balance. after one, two days I try to open my account, not opening.this story before four months ago.actualy my plan is get emergency leave from company then i will go to sbi branch. unfortunately I cant come. So please help me solve this problom

                        sbi credit card no. [protected] receieved statement dated 23.05.09 showing annual fee charges debited Rs. 551.50 including GST charges, which is wrong and should be waived off, otherwise my card may be deactivated as i am already many credit cards with life time free annual charges.

                        Hi,

                        I also have encountered a similar problem. I used it to get pertol for 1000/- but they have levied Rs. 27.57 as GST and then reversed a transaction fee of Rs. 25.06/-.

                        But till now I never had any GST on the earlier transactions.
                        It is not a question of few rupees but they should inform about these things correctly.

                              i have purchased a banker's cheque from s.b.i. mansarover garden;new delhi branch in favour of ansal institute of techonology for rs.36250/--.the cheque was dishonoured .i have paid bank charges twice and

                                I have the above referred Current Bank Account in the name of my proprietorship company namely M/s. MMS Videos & Graphics and I am the undersigned proprietor of this company.
                                Recently, I have gone through the bank statement of the aforesaid account and it has come to knowledge that your goodself have charged Rs. 550/- (Rupees Five hundred fifty only) for Account Keeping Fees and Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) for Minimum Balance Charges, although I have kept sufficient balance in the said account till[protected]. The Minimum balance was reduced as you people have charges Rs. 550/- for Account Keeping fees on[protected] that too without my knowledge.

                                I have maintained the required balance in my aforesaid account even your bank has charged Rs. 1000/- for Minimum Balance Charges, which is exorbitant and is on very higher side and not at all acceptable. Whenever there is huge balance maintained in Current bank accounts banks are not give any kind of interest or benefits to the account holders, whereas due to the slaps in maintaining the balance in current banks are charging heavy charges to the customer which totally unfair and un-genuine in nature. I think RBI has not defined any criteria for such charges and conditions/circumstances that when this kind of charges should be imposed, thus I request you, RBI and Banking Ombudsman look in to this matter and stop playing common public.

                                Therefore you are requested to reverse this Charge and Credit my account with Rs. 1000/- at the earliest, otherwise I have to purse this matter with higher authorities, because the minimum balance was reduced due to Account Keeping Fees Charged by your bank on[protected], with out any notice to account holder.

                                I hope and do trust that your goodself will look into this matter and will do the needful at the earliest and oblige.

                                Extremely unhappy with SBI dooravaninagar branch service.. too bad.

                                Yes I do agree, i had applied Loan takeover from other bank and the bank authority told me to get the Lawer opinion. i got legal, estimation and all other documents ready and property been verified they came to my office and verified all according to rules. but fine day they said that we can not provide loan. i assume that bank provdes loan only i[censored] pay the bribe. this is too much.
                                Never open cuurrent accounts with SBI or any other nationalized banks. PSU Banks are meant for savings accounts only. They will simply rob the current account holders on different grounds of service charges. Just log on to www.cityunionbank.com to get surprised for their lowest ever service charges both for current and savings account holders. CIUB is the oldest bank in India established in the year 1904.

                                  The above message is their response to my Query. I also contacted SBI branch at IIT Madras but they said that they haven't received any message related to this transaction.
                                  I would request you to look into this matter as early as possible. According to bank in Netherlands they have paid the money to Indian Bank on 3rd of april 2009.
                                  I would be highly grateful if you could help me to sort out this issue. and get me my money as soon as possible
                                  Its almost over 2 months I m not getting any reply from the Bank officials that what have they done with my transfered money Please get me justice

                                    i am ajit from Amritsar.I have saving a/c in main branch Amritsar. I have rqsted SBI one month before for unable my txn rights but still nothing has happened.After that i have visited three time regarding same issue and waste my lot of time in the branch but no one there take it seriously.realy.and i have suzzestion to you people that stop writing coplaints here bcoz SBI people even do not now how to start the computer, internet is so far from them...i will surely close this a/c and hope u`ll too.

                                      'SPECIALIST OFFICERS' Posts recruitment Delayed

                                      I have applied for the post of SPECIALIST OFFICERS in SBI bearing advertisement ID: (ADVT No. CRPD-SCO-2008-09/10) way back in January 29th 2009.
                                      Till now i did not get any response from the Recruitment Board.Atleast they did not give any exam date also till now. They charged around Rs 250/- per person. When i keep a mail to SBI help line Mail ID i did not get any response.
                                      This is a very rude behavior on the part of SBI Recruitment...

                                      sir,
                                      i have applied for educational loan for my higher studies but the nearest SBI bank is not issuing my request.I asked the reason but they replied that my father is not a CCL employ so he will not be given loan.please help me otherwise my future will get doom.
