State Bank of India — withdrawal amount in atm but not received amount was debited in my account

i had tried to draw an amount of Rs.2000/- in Corporation Bank, ATM, Nellore using SBI, Debit card.
the amount debited but cash not dispensed, So many made a complaint to SBI B ranch manager, But could not received any reply. Pls help me in this regard.

I have A/c no[protected], sbi Naval base, Viskhapatnam. I withdraw Rs 3500 from Axies & HDFC bank on 08Aug 09 Mumbai. But amount does not come out. But amount debit from my account. Ihandover all document to the respective branch & i inform through E-mail Also. Now I am in Delhi so There is no communication between me & branch. I try to ring up the respective branch but no buddy pick up phone. So please credit Rs 3500 in my Above mentioned account.

Ihandover all document to the respective branch & i inform through E-mail Also. Now I am in Banglore so There is no communication between me & branch. I try to ring up the respective branch but no buddy pick up phone. So please credit Rs 6000 in my Above mentioned account.
