Sir,
With reference to PPO No. S/037388/1994 pension is deducted wef 01/10/2014 from State Bank of India Sambra Branch. (1889), Belguam -591124, Karnataka.

SBI said the pensioner was paid enhance rate from June 2009 to Feb 2013 in excess as according to PPO enhance rate is payable upto only 7 yrs from date of death (0106/2002). So, Request to provide the status on this matter and update on the same.

I am Ex Hav Arjun Kumar Sah retired from Army on 30/09/2008, my Original P.P.O. No S/048190/2008 (ARMY).and basic pension is Rs 7470/-as per 6th C. P. C. According to O.R.O.P. table No.7(Published on 13 February 2016) my basic pension is 7795/- and total arrears payment is Rs 40368/-. Ref letter No No 12(1)/2014/D (Pen/Policy)-Part-H, Government of India, Ministry of Defence, Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare, New Delhi, Dated: 03 February, 2016 and M.o D. letter No 12 (1)/2014/D(Pen/Policy)-Part-II dated 7th Nov, 2015.. Sir I am not received any installment our arrears amounts to till dated.

2. I have been credited with Rs.66000/- only on implementation of OROP after serving 30 years in the Armed Forces whilst my colleagues who retired with much lesser no of years of service in the same rank are getting Rs.78, 000/-. Plus. The whole purpose and essence of the OPOP is to ensure that Officers retiring in the same rank should get the same pay.

3. Also I was given arrears of Rs.70, 000/- whilst they have got more than Rs100000/- as arrears.

4. There is certainly in anomaly in the calculations erroneously. This is understandable with the very high volume of work by your understaffed staff. I fully understand and appreciate this.
Request :
(a) Kinldy recalculate my exact pension on the authority of OROP received. It should be around Rs.78, 000/- plus as per my colleagues
(b) Credit the exact amount and the arrears in my account for last two months.

I had given complain by post to CPPC, Gandhinagar for receiving less payment (11, 265) due to wrong old pension.I ask for difference between total pension & arrears paid during 01/01/2006 to 30June 2014 & total pension for this period as per DL 33. Till date no action taken or any clarification for less payment.

Non crediting of Penssion Arrears for Rs 20, 836/-

1. I, Ex Hav (6926420Y) Vasantha Kumar Rai B received the Pension Slip for the month of Mar 2017 in that it shows Pension arrears Paid Rs 20, 836/-. But Pension arrears Rs 20836/- not credited to my Pension Account No [protected]. On 11 May 2017 I updated my Pass Book. There is no entry for pension arrears of Rs 20836/-. Therefore, I request you, Sir please credit the same to my above mentioned Pension Account at the earliest. Pension slip and mini statement attached.

With ref. to above, I replied by email & send reminders to you with details of pension actually received in my account & short pension received after arrears received in my account for period Jan2006 to Jun2014 is still not paid.

I request you to go through actual pension paid entries for the period above with arrears for same period. You will found difference Rs.11, 106.00 less paid after payment of DL33 arrears too.

If you don't find then I may please be provided all pension & arrears payments actually paid entries in my account for that period.

I hope that you will understand my request for short pension payment & release the same shortly.

Sir, I retired from Army Ordnance Corps, Revision ppo forwarded to cppc, SBI New Delhi vide AOC Records letter No 725756x/REV01DEC17/Pen_SP_2 dt 06 sep 2018.

Pcda Allahabad ppo No[protected] in respect of jc 725756x sub maj (H/ Lt) parbat singh sisodiya forwarded to cppc vide above quoted letter under ref for transmission to SBI Spl branch Jodhpur for payment in my account pl.

I mail to cppc new delhi, replied not yet recd nor transmitted payment in my account yet.

Therefore, you are requested to approach cppc New Delhi for early transmission of payment pl.
