[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Issue of second ATM

Dear sir,

My S/B. Account no. is [protected]. And my ATM card no. is[protected]. But my ATM card is not blocked from long time.
So i m requested to you that kindly issue a new ATM card in my name and cost dr in my account.

Issue of second ATM

My Ac No-[protected] as salary account, I submitted two application for Second ATM after opening account but till now not received the ATM due to the poor service against salary account holders in SBI BB CANTT SRINAGAR BRANCH.The situation is same to the other salary account holders also.Please take the necessary action please.

My Ac No-[protected] open on 2011 at Jaigoan(06278) in west Bangal in DSP, the account have been transfer to my home town Piri Bazar (014314) Lakhisarai in Bihar. Sbi Jaigoan branch had only transfered my saving account all fixed account not transfer upto date by Jaigoan branch which ever i submitted application for transfer for all account.
Sir, I also inform that my account in DSP but up to date I have not issued.
In view of, I requested to you please both complains solve as possible as earlier. DSP ATM Card may be send my postal address
