[Resolved]  State Bank of India — ATM Withdrawl

Sir,
My name is Jaishankar S Vishwakarma and I have a savings account in State Bank Of India, Khar (West), Mumbai. My a/c no.is[protected]. I had withdrawn cash of Rs.15000 from a SBI ATM outlet located in Chattrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST), Mumbai on 21st of March'08. Now in my account details, the same transation is reflecting twice with the same transaction number. That means according to the bank I have withdrawn Rs. 15000 twice on the same day i.e. Rs 30000, which is absolutely incorrect. Inspite of complaing severel times, giving application letter till date nothing is been done. And on top of that whenever I asked th Branch Manager about the same, the only answer I get to hear is, ' We have forwarded your complain and thats all we can do.'
I would you to do the needful at your end.

This is bring to your kind notice that on dated 5th Novl 2009, I tried to withdraw a sum of Rs.5800/- (Rupees Five Thousand Eight Hundred only) from my Salary account (No. [protected]) of (Shahapur Branch Thane District)
from the SBHydrabad ATM (ATM ID S1AC[protected] located at the Kalyan (W)

The transaction was not processed receipt I got a slip status "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS".
INCONVENINCE IS REGRETTED KINDLY CONTACT YOUR BRANCH OR CALL 24x7 HELPLINE AT [protected] OR[protected]

Then i checked my account by mini statement where my account found is debited by Rs.5800/-, when i have not received the cash how bank can debit my account, if they debited and if i have not received the cash, automated system should reverse the unsuccessful transaction within 10-15 minutes but it is not seem happened.

Secondly As per instruction printed on atm slip, I approached to my parent branch SHAHAPUR (THANE DISTRICT) and feed the form for reversal as per their instruction, inspit of repeated request to Shahapur (Thane District) branch to Mr.Ajay Agrawal ([protected]), my Rs.5800/- not given back to me.

I would to bring to your kind notice that I am also a banker & working in ATM cell, As per RBI Circular, while withdrawing from ATM if any customer not receiving the cash, his amout to be reversed within 12 days. If any bank is delayed beyond 12 days has to reverse the transaction with penalty amount of Rs.100/- per day.

Now already 40 days are over, If the issue is not settled within 3 Days from today I will prepare Leagal Assistance to overcome my Financial Strain as well as mental Agony.

Iam kanubhai Patel. My Account No. [protected] in State Bank of India located at Vapi ITBranch 1658. I tried to withdraw Rs 3000/- by SBI ATM ( ID S1CN[protected] located at Ankleshwar Railway
station on dated 20th December 2009. Cash not received to me while amount Rs. 3000/- also has been debited from my A/C. what is to be done for the above matter?

Dear Sir/Mam,

It is to inform you that State Bank of India has charged a lien amount of Rs 6000 as an ATM withdrawl while at the time of withdrawl no money has been given. Even my account statement is showing 0 debit but they have charged a lien amount of 6000 on 24 dec 09. They are not solving my problem and has freezed my account i can not use my account. Every time they are telling that it will take a couple of days its now more than 25 days Please bring this into notice and resolve the problem

i am the holder of SBI a/c no.[protected] of Jagitial,karimnagar.. has been debited 3000rupees from my account on 1st april 2011 when am with drawing monry from hanamkonda-HPCL branch atm located at pochamaidan warangal .After entering the amount of money as the transaction processing is going on the atm,it has gone off line..and i did not got the money but the amount had debited from my account.
So i kindly request u to please check out the problem and credit back my money.
sir my name is priyanka .my account number is [protected](SBI ADILABAD). i have balance in my account, but when i am using ATM card in ATM it is showing response code 052 and invalid card. I HAVE THIS PROBLEM FROM PASSED 1 YEAR.. i went to bank manager on this problem but he is not responding to us properly . plzzzzzzz kindly rectify the problem ...

sir i m atudent.i spoke to a private financer for bank loan.he promised to do so .and said to deposit 2000 as his service charge .i did so but again he said i have to deposit rs 4166 as one month i nstallment and i deposited the same but at next moment i got his mob off.but before dat he said me dat today server is dowm .sir m very poor.plz help me to get real scrrennd details.name-manoj kumar.
