wrong balance and lien amount shown

I see Rs. -8908.16 in my balance and Rs. 11000/= in as lien amount. Whereas i should have Rs. 62/= as balance and Rs. 2000/= as lien. Now this is what SBI can best do????...

I have applied for SBI credit cards two times in a year, they have taken all the important documents, after some days i recieved verification call on my cell and also on my landline numbers etc. After that i got sms that your request has been proceeded, AFter that i recieved another sms that your Card is rejected due to some reasons. I called their customer care and ask for reason but they are not ready to give any reason of rejection. Then again after 7 months i applied and again same procedure happened. They always says that now this time it will be approved and everytime they rejected, Atleast they can provide me the reasons so that next time i will take care of that.

Hi i am a software developer in oracle corporation bangalore.A few days ago one SBI representative came to our office for opening SBI credit cards and SBI saving account.I applied for SBI credit card and also gave him 6 passport size photos, driving license copy, 2months salary slips, pan card copy, address proof along with 500 Rs for opening an check book account.He was asking for 1000rs i paid him 500rs at spot he gave me one deposit slip to fill against depost of 1000rs.He said that next day he will come and collect remaining 500rs from me and will give me recipt for deposit and after 8 days u ll get ur atm and checkbook.But till today when more than 5 days have passed he hasn`t come to collect remaining 500Rs and to give me deposit reciept.His name is vinod and cell no. is [protected].Acc to him he works for SBI MG road branch Bangalore.I have attempted many times to call him but each time he either doesn`t pick up my call or switches off his cell phone.My name is dheeraj kumar, DOB: June 26, 1983, Resident of mallheshpalya bangalore, 560075.Cell no. is [protected].Could you please enquire against this scam done by one of your repersentative with me.You know it shakes customer`s trust.

SBI Bank Credit Card — CREDIT CARD REJECTED ALWAYS

before 1.5 year ago, some insurance policy person withraw some amount from my SBI credit card, i do't knew about that.i got after my bill status later 6-7 month.So i informed to customer care and i told that i can't pay single rupees also bcoz i was not used singlr rupees also for my personal used, but still bank provinding interest on my illegal amount and forcing to me to make a payment.I sued only 17820 rupees, so i made payment in 2006 only.How i can make unnecessary amount to bank.
please lock my account and reject my unneccessary amount in myn acount.After that i am not using my card also.

SBI Credit Card — (WORST EXPERIENCE EVER) CREDIT CARD ALWAYS REJECTED WITHOUT TELLING REASON

Same complaint i have registered some months back and after this complaint, i got call from them saying that there was some problem in processing. please give us your verification details again and this time it will surely come. but still the same thing is happening, it been 3 months again and still there is not response

Yes, even i am facing teh same problem.

You Recover representative name Stanly - at Sambharam Chambers, MG rOad office is using abusive language and even after telling him that we are ready for settlement.

We had asked him to get statement and he got the audacity to tell us that he will not give us.

He is calling my parents home and thretning and even sending people to office to threthen.

Also, using abusive languge with my collegue and asking her to inform me the same.

The people that he sent got teh audacity to tell me that they use such language to people who come for writoff.

this is very embarring and that too from a Nationalise Bank like SBI.


If this continues we will complain to the media..

i am working in private sector bank and i have applied for credit card in state bank of india Hosur

i have applied for card on feb' 2009, but till date i have not recived any information about the credit card

i have paid Rupee (750/-) towards processing charges to the executive Mr.Selvam.but there is no response from the executive.

when we call your executive he never picks our calls and he is not doing is marketing correctly.

plz lets me know what is the status of my credit card if you cannot provide plz return back my amount

Its true the credit card application is always rejection without any information and reason unless and until we get back to them to know the reason.
I am an NRI and I had applied for SBI credit card two times. Once during the year 2010 when the SBI Richards town Branch office was located on Mosque Road and 2 years later in its new location that is in January 2012 I applied again for the SBI credit card. In both cases there was a no response. I do not know the reason although I had submitted all documents that were requested by the concerned staff at the SBI Richards town branch counter. Such as 6 passport size photos, driving license copy, NRI Bank statement, pan card copy, address proof along with a signed cancelled blank cheque as requested by him. He promised I would be receiving a Platinum card. Approached the staff to know the facts who by then got transferred and on contacting the new staff he assured he will take care to see that he will do his best to revive the application. Everything turned silent with no response and no reasons what so ever. My wife approached the staff many a times the reply was you will surely receive in a couple of days. There should be some reason for the rejection.

    Respected Sir,
    I am a doctor and I hold the doctors credit card started by your bank.I have been holding this card for a year or so,& not once have I used or swiped this card from the day I have taken this card.
    Why am I being sent a sms dated 13/02/2008 stating me to pay a amount of Rs2930.00 and they have also sms me saying statement of same being dispatched on 10th feb08.
    Do you send statement to doctors even if they do not use the credit card?
    I have given this complaint to your customer care and the complaint number is 16022.I have also reported the matter to your Sbi corp relnship manager in Pune sbi branch.Ihope my request will be dealt with as soon and I expect no more troublesome and discomforting calls from your side unless I happen to use the card.

      My name is Anuroop Gopalakrishna Bhakthan.


      In december 2006 somebody called me from another chennai number and he asked my permission to take a royal sundaram policy. Which i clearly refused.
      on 12th december i received a Voice Consent Confirmation For medisafe insurance (DC/SBI/S079 : 45996), from Royal Sundaram. The name of Person to be insured was Mr. G Scariah ( I don't know who the person is).

      I contacted Mr. Sunil, ASM, Kerala regarding the same and he said he will take care of the issue. 2-3 days later i got a call from chennai number asking for confirmation regarding cancellation of the policy. And i Thought the issue was solved there itself.

      There was a petro transaction in my statement for Rs512 which i paid, even though i have not received a statement.(Receipt No.7578812), Kindly note that there was no reversal of tax for the same.

      On 8th September 2007, by 5.30 I received a call from Chennai([protected]). The person introduced himself as Mr.Santhosh, calling from SBI cards Legal department and used very abusive language, stating that i'm a default customer.

      I went to the local office and met Asst manager collection.As per the statement given by him I have to pay Rs.7001, of which Rs.1827 is for the policy which has been cancelled and the rest were finance charges and latepayment charges. He said he will get back to me regarding the same, but till date no response has been received even if i gave him a call over the phone.


      Stating me as a default customer and giving abusive calls causes problems in my personal and official life. Also while i have a good credit history with another companiesGold credit card it is embarracing showing me as a default customer wrongly.

      I'm not able to approach Banking ombudsman also, since SBI cards is an NBFC and doesn't come under Banking Ombudsman.

      Calls are going on but the result is zero. Mindly help me to resolve the same.

      I am Nihar Ranjan Samal, SBI CC No-[protected], recently a victim of the same SBI Credit Card and Royal Sundaram Tie problem. After knowing that they have paid for the Royal Sundaram Health Insurance premium I cancelled the royal sundaram policy(CS[protected]) as soon as possible by argument with Royal Sundaram .I was working in Patna then. Still they charged the 25% of the EMI (Rs764). Which I denied and also asked SBI CC to close my Credit Card Account. Account is closed but they sent a bill with outstanding amount Rs.764. i again denied and clarified that the policy with Royal Sundaram is cancelled. As they have paid for the policy without my authorization, so I am not going to pay it from my pocket. They should sort it out among themselves.Then after 11th Feb 2008 there was no further communication I received from them. then I was under the impression that the matter is closed.Then suddenly at mid-night on 25th may 2011(in New York) I received a call from my father-in-law(an old man, a heart patient) that there is a vigilance case in my name.I have to contact immediately at this no[protected] to Mr. A. K. Sinha, Director of Vigilance, New delhi. I called back on that number, from the other side the person posed as mr.A.K. Sinha told me that there is a vigilance case in my name. Initially I could not understand. Then he said it regarding the your outstanding bill to be paid with SBI CC. I siad him that I have colsed this matter in 2008.He told me you should have done it face to face visiting the SBI CC office. But now you have to pay the outstanding amount Rs.30740 by 12 PM IST otherwise your visa will be cancelled. I was paniced as I am a student now and my career will be spoiled. I immediately called one of my friend in India and requested him to borrow me the said amount and deposit the amount at the nearest SBI Credit Card office (Durgapur, West Bengal) in my credit card account no.([protected]). He did that. Then I called on the cell no.[protected].
      One lady received the call saying Mr.A.K. Sinha is in a meeting and you will receive your NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE with in one hour in your e-mail id.I did not receive it within 1 hour. again called on that no. The person posed as A.K. Sinha received the call saying I will get the NOC after2 days. After 2 days when I called on that same no, it is switched off. If rings nobody answers.Since that day i have sent several mails to SBI CC regarding the statement(to see how it became Rs30740)and the NOC. After almost 2 weeks got a clever reply from SBI CC that I have no outstanding bill pending with them. I am not satisfied with this answer. I want my hard earned money to be refunded. Also want to teach them a lesson for posing as A.K. Sinha, Vigilance Director and harassing me, my family at mid-night.They called my institute NIT, Durgapur and tried to tarnish my image saying how intellectual people cheat Credit card company. Also my father-in-law (a hreat patient)is harassed in name of vigilance case against me as he is being contacted for this. Please help me in this regard.I am a student now. Rs30740 against Rs764 is really shocking. I can not concentrate on my work since 25th May 2011. To support this I have the scanned copy of receipt(no.15959082, agency Code-IBC 1858, Bucket-Recovery) dated[protected].I have the last statement Rs 764 (25% of the Health Insurance premium of Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance after cancellation, who should pay this? is it the innocent customer who has never authorized SBI credit card for such a secret payment?There is no form or signed agreement for this, then how SBI CC made the payment ).After sending repeated mails to feedback.[protected]@ge.com., somebody named Haripriya, customer care executive replied asking me to call on customer care nos which is of no use.I tried calling on the SBI Card helpline at 39 02 02 02 or[protected]. But no body answers my call. Line is always busy. Please help me out. Kindly let me know if there is an option to upload supporting documents for the complaint. Please help me

        I have a SBI Creedit Card since May, 2006, and I have used in once in my life. For that one usage, I am still being charged. [censored] them. They are putting up the charges and charges and I have already paid them more, then i used originally. I am not going to pay a single panny now. Do not ever ever use this card....

          1 . without my consent debiting Insurance charges, administration charges, Insurance PA premium -6 Lacs ! I dont what kind of insurance is this

          2. Not a single bank charge for cheque pick up charges only Indian bank SBI charge for the same.

          3. SBI charges for just seven days late payment near about Rs.400/- and never take request to drop the charges of delayed due to concrete reason.

          4. Balance transfer amount not debited avery
          month seperately after fixing six month
          instalment with interet @ nominal rate 1%
          commited at the time issuing balance transfer
          cheque but charging near about 45% p.a.
          5. on every thing they are charging Int. + Finance
          charges .

          SBI — Double Charge

          On 26 Oct 08 I had made a Debit card purchase for Rs. 643.00. However, This amount has been debited twice from my account [protected]. I had givena written complaint on 26 Nov 2008, But till date no reply/action has been received.

          SBI Bank — Credit card interest

          I have a SBI credit card isuued on jan-feb 2007. At that time agent said there is no any fees or not any interest, Its totally free.But after some months they called me for interest on the card.I never used that card ever.But they contineously calling me on cell and at home also...
          My name is RAKESH HARIRAM CHOURSIYA... i am using the credit card from last 1 year and i have paid all the amount which is uing by me but he is telling me that you have to pay the amount which is illeagle i already paid the whole amount which i used and still i didn, t getting any document from SBI like statement, no any call from bank about payment, courer person also not given me any paper from bank... and he is telling me that you have to pay late payment... plesse tel me i am so puzzeled from this bank...

            ATM PROBLEMS FROM 4.00 PM TO 7.00PM

            I had an ATM problem on 1st July 2009(copy of the letter DT.[protected] given as attachement which is self explicit)and i brought the matter to CAC Hyderabad immediately and they have promissed to examine and credit RS.10, 000 at the earliest. But unfortunately till date there is no responce / telephonic call /E.Mail acknowledgement from them.

            In this connection i request you to keep a small board with E Mail id and address of the concerned ..
            for contacting ..at the ATM cabin at Gandhinagar and also at all ATM cabins in case need such as not getting of cash ...Mean while a big news item( in the first page of Deccan Chronicle on 7th July, 2009 ) regarding SBI-ATM`s has come(copy of the news paper clipping is being sent as attachment)

            As i did not receive any message from C A C, Hyderabad, i have called on Sri B.Bhaskar Rao .Dy.Manager Commercial Brach, Hyderabad over telephone on 7th July 2009 to redress my problem.To my surprise Sri Bhaskar Rao verefied the records, found the mistake and gave a credit to my a/c in the next 15 minutes and gave me a telephone call for wich i am thankful to the bank.

            Now at the time bank is going in big way and keeping ATM`s every where, i request the Authorities to keep suppot cells and keep the customers away from the inconveniences.

            I immediately verified my a/c - sbi on line and found that only RS.10, 000 and RS.9, 000 were credited to my a/c with a remark ..COR CSH WDL..and not the third hit RS.10, 000(for which also cash has not come out)

            Again at 6.50 PM I went inside cabin(though the board is there and the watchman is telling that ATM is not working)I tried for balance enquiry(TXN NO.8151)and I got the slip. After that I withdrew for RS.1, 000(TXN no.8152) and RS.10, 000(TXN NO.8154)and got cash and the slips. After me 2 or 3 customers tried for withdrawal and they could not get cash.

            Now I request you to credit me with RS.10, 000 and oblige for the hit I have not got cash at 5.30PM.I am enclosing copies of ATM slips and a/c statement for your information

              Firstly I am very happy to be a Card Member of SBI. I thank you very much for the same.

              Since the first Bill I am regular Payer of SBI Card Payment. The Bill for Rs.98.93 for Insurance Premium was paid by me on 21.01.2008 vide chq.No.142880 on CARD NO. [protected] which was unsigned by me through oversight for which I am very sorry. I have checked my IDBI A/c. and found that the above cheque was not at all presented by your office due to UNSIGNED CHEQUE. So there was no question of cheque return charges. So today when I got your SMS for RS.489.80 I was shocked. I tried to convince your Executive on Phone but failed. I am writing this letter unwillingly as I really want to continue SBI Card Holder as a reputed organization but if and only if your authority waive this PENALTY CHARGES, unless please cancel my SBI Card immediately. I hope you will consider my case sympathetically and inform me accordingly per return mail. I have already paid RS.98.93 on 8th February, 2008 with a fresh cheque on ACCOUNT NO.                 SBI Credit card - Very stupid Customer care. They wont send statement even i[censored] complaint many times and thay will call after due date. The way thay ask such a way that no one like to response them. More over that they will give wrong information No sir we are sending now By email u can chesk it. Like that
                Finally no statement. Intrest rates are very high compare to any other creditcards
                SO my advice is please go for any other credit cards exept SBI CREDIT CARD. Its my sincear Adivce... Dont look for small offers. Today u may feel good one day ur time will come that time .....I am sorry...No one can Help U...God cant bless U

                  I had placed an offer of Giordano wrist watch which was on sbi card offers .

                  They have sent the bill without the receipt of my ordered items. And not they have levied non payment charges because I did not pay the bill since the items were not delivered. They have not sent any mail regarding the same.The customer support of deals4all is not active and 24hrs busy.When called to main office they dont respond properly.Many a times they take mobile numbers promising to get back in half an hour but all in vane. I received delivery after 2 months and now they want to me pay non payment charges of rs.600 when the cost of the item is rs.400/-.

                  please take this complaint seriously and get me justice.

                    I was lured into taking a SBI credit card by the telemarketing staff during 0ctober 07 and form there begins the " customer delight in every way ". Since my usage was pretty high ( Average about Rs.45-50 K ) every month, I opted for a Cash Back Card as I could save about Rs.800 every month. After I got the first months bill during November 07 for Rs.44,154-00 and no credit for cash back given, when I called the toll free number, to my dismay, I was told that I have been issue an " Employee card ". I was not interested in using this card and disposed the card after paying the full amount. Then after 2 weeks they informed that , they have lost the cheque and I need to issue a stop payment for the cheque and issue them with a fresh cheque. Then as I had issued them with another "highly profiled " another customer friendly bank " ICICI bank " cheque, I had to incurr a loss of Rs.125-00 towards the stop payment. Later this cheque was realised and all of a sudden, the "lost " cheque by the SBI bank was tried to encash and I had to incurr another Rs 250-00 as the cheque return charges.

                    Calling the toll free number was a pure customer delight as you have to hear it to belive it !! You never know when the number gets connected and if at all somebody speaks to you, then its your dream come true !!. You will be trying to explain the situation, but the other person on the othet end would have kept the phone down.... Then the collection calls begin from Chennai. They literally take you through the " tirupati Darshan " without having to climb the hills. They just talk to you and we keep on repeating the same queires meticulously for 7 days a week & 5 times in a day .. Even today, My e-mails to them have been not answered to but for asking for the balance due which does not exist !!!!!

                    I strongly recomment one and all to take SBI cards for every one of their family members and experience the "ethreal" and the customer satisfaction to the extent possible !!

                    Please note: By doing this, there will be a army of people wanting to burn down the SBI credit card division and by this my problems will hopefully be sorted out !!!!!

                      1. 4th Oct. 07, I had purchased the Dell product through the SBI Credit Card No. "[protected]". I had opted for 6 months EMI on talking to a call centre personnel. But in the subsequent monthly statement it was for 12 EMI's and aloso the initial charges was abnormal to the one I was told over phone. But I paid the charges with protest after talking to Mr. Muthu in the call center on 19.11.2007. He said, he has lodged the complaints regarding both of the above subjects giving me the complaint No.[protected] and I was expecting the corrections. So far, neither there is response from your firm nor there is no correction. This shows the lethargic and negligent attitude of your firm towards the customers. Every customer will not have sufficient time to keep on exchanging the things frequently.
                      2. I am paying the installments as per the amount told by your call center personnel for 6 EMI's. If you inform me later about the changes in EMI mount and ask me pay the difference, I am going to refuse any such payments.
                      3. I am not receiving any of my monthly statements properly every month.

                        I have appended a email complaint sent to SBI Cards which explicitly shows the irresponsiveness and worse customer service provided by State Bank of India. We need to take action immediatly through consumer redressal forum / consumer court.

                        Hello Sir / Madam

                        Referring to my SBI credit card, I want to escalate an serious issue for your immediate attention.

                        I am the prompt payer right from the first day of signing the SBI card and but totally dissatisfied with SBI card due to recent worse experiences with SBI.

                        Nov '07 - 14098
                        Dec '07 - 4100

                        I have made the over payment of 16000 for Nov and made the payment of 2200 on 1st Dec towards my Dec dues.

                        As my above overpayment for Nov should be adjusted with Dec statement, I have made the only difference amount of 2200 for Dec which would obviously close the dues for Dec statement.

                        Later late charges has been levied and I came to know that I should pay the EMI for the loan every month and over payment will not be adjusted with EMI. This was really a eye opener for me only at the time of enquiring and I was not appropriately educated regarding this. I raised up the complaint with the customer care and they agreed and reversed the late fee levied by seeing my credit worthiness and track record. I really appreciated that.

                        Hence, there was no due for Dec '07 statement as my complaint was registered as non issue on me. (Ref: Complaint no: MQ[protected]

                        But for the last two days, am getting calls from Chennai collections team torchering me for the Dec '07 payment???? I wish to highlight that they doesn't know how to speak with customers and demanding for payment in unprofessional, unethical local language that leads to reputational loss for SBI Bank and Card. This is very seriously hurting customers, that too, genuine customers. Am I a defaulter? can you show me any proof for that? Shall I take this up with Reserve bank of India or appelate authority to the highest level possible? Can you please answer why i am getting torchering calls demanding the payment though you have the credit balance of Rs.. 100 per the december statement? Don't you know the RBI rules of dealing with genuine customers????

                        I know the level of respect you provide to defaulters. I have seen few letters of SBI sent to defaulters of my previous tenant waiving all 20000 rupees of late charges accumulated for more than a year and asking only for the exact spending of Rs. 3000 made by the defaulter??

                        But as a prompt payer, you are torchering and killing ME? IS THIS FAIR???????

                        I have made lot of complaints to customer care stating this above chaser calls on 3rd, 4th and 5th Jan and as of now there was no solution.

                        I am totatally disturbed, hurted, annoyed due to the services of SBI and I demand a compensation for that.

                            I read a complain of same nature from another site user and here under my experience with SBI.

                            I am trying to get internet banking username and password from last 3 months. I'm banked with their Boring canal road, Patna branch.
                            1. Thir staffs are rude to customers.. they even not trying to learn from private sector banks ...
                            2. They are not competent and dumbs like anything...
                            3. There online complaint form is useless even you can't get a reply from them whatever problems you are facing.

                            It's better to have banked with Any Other bank.

                              My portfolio no: 7525782 & last year I have changed my account no from ICICI to HDFC bank. I got approval from your main branch at SBI mutual funds at Banks street, Koti, and Hyderabad.
                              Recently I heard that SBI Mutual fund had declared 28 rs/share as a dividend on 29 May2009.But till now the amount wasn’t credit to my Bank account. Is there any reason why the amount wasn’t credited? Or still it takes time? Can you please let me know all the details?

But from the below mail says that you haven’t changed my account details & it cost me to loose my recent dividend. Will your office is opened on Saturday’s????                                 Dear Sir,

                                I have been investing through a SIP in SBI Magnum Global Fund for Rs 1000 per month (Folio No 8356052). The money is paid through ECS debit from my ICICI Bank account every month (Rs 1000 per month).

                                However, I have requested for cancellation of the ECS in writing to SBI Mutual Fund twice, but evey month SBI keeps debiting the amount of Rs. 1000 from my account.

                                I do not wish to continue with the service from SBI.

                                I lodged a complaint through CAMS Online but nothing has happened. I also wrote to them but till now nobody has responded. SBI doesnt seem to care once they have the investor's money!

These companies while collecting money there agents will be behind customers. once they accomplish that they will make sure customer runs behind mutual fund companies, because by the time when u want to redeem those agents would be in different company behind some other customers... its a cycle...

                                  I am holding an account with SBI, Mahadevpura branch. I have avail personal loan from bank of Rs. 300,000 (Rs. 3 lakhs only). I am paying my installments regularly.
                                  I am changing my current job for better prospects. Chief bank manager has hold my this months entire salary without any written concent. When asked verbaly he quoted that he can not trust me for paying further installments as he offered me loan based on my current companies credentials.
                                  I have sent mail to SBI helpline and General Manager consumer service. The complaint no. is 25943631. Is it allowed to hold my salary on hypothetical reasons, when I am not a defaulter and what should be the next step of action.

                                    I had taken a home loan from SBI in March 2005 @ fixed rate of 7.5%. The loan agreement clearly mentions that it is a special rate as agreed with our builders and fixed in nature. In spite of this, SBI has raised my loan interest rate to 9.75% (a whopping increase of 2.25%) effective from November 2008, without bothering to inform me. When I approached the concerned Manager, he had the gall to tell me that SBI need not inform the customers about changes to the interest rate. He said that they can change the interest rate as and when they please, citing some RBI guidelines. He also told me to foreclose the Loan and seek other funding institutions. So much for customer care. I am not aware of any such RBI guidelines. I am a senior citizen and retired from service. This increased interest rate is going to be an additional burden which would be very difficult for me to meet. What do I do? Which forum should I address to, and seek redressal?

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I am holding an SBI Gold card no-xxxx xxxx xxxx 5130,since long.I have always paid my dues in time.Last time also I paid my bill in time,as it was dropped in the drop box at a location near my residence.The cheque was for 2444/-.
                                      I got an SMS on 5th Feb 08' at 17:39 stating that I had an overdue payment of Rs.300.72,ignore if already paid.I just ignored it as this amount was not mine as I had already paid 2444/-on 15th Jan.(total amount before the due date- was 21st Jan.08').

                                      On 6th Feb.in the morning I called up customercare & came to enquire as to SMS was sent by mistake? I was shocked to note that, as customercare informed that my cheque was not presented in the bank as there was some difference in the digits & words which I had wirttten.I was not sure,but still I requested CC executive that since I do not know about it thereupon he told me that we have sent you a letter also.I had not received any letter till that Time so I requested him that if that has happened I appologise if at all I made a mistake & you can collect another cheque or I can send it at any address he tells me.thereupon he told me that he will reverse my late payment charges.
                                      In the same afternoon(6th feb.)I got a letter by ordinary mail signed by Mr.Manish Dewan(VP- customer service) dated 19th Jan.08'.The stamp of the company's on the envelope is showing the date as 21st Jan.No stamp of post office is visible on the envelope,has reached me 6th Feb,afternoon.In the same mail I got my current month statement also for which the due date is writen as immediate(which is normally around 20th)How come the letter was typed & sent before the actual due date????(I am keeping it for consumer court,if the need be)

                                      I called up Customercare again as I was shocked to see the charges-The charges were-UNBANKABLE INVALID FEE-337.08,FEE-PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED BY DUE DATE-393.26,FINANCE CHARGES-137.56,INTEREST CHARGES PURCHASE-4.66--TOTAL-872.56.
                                      I asked CC executive(name-Saurabh),to reverse all these charges as I had not done anything intentionally & I could pay the entire amount including this month's that day itself.He said only late payment have been reversed by morning executive & he can't reverse any other charges.I told him he could see my track record -he agreed that I always pay my dues in time.I asked him if I could speak to the Manager,after putting me on hold for a long time,his Manager (Name- Avinash) floor supervisor came on line.He was very rude to talk & told me he would not reverse any charges & I could withdraw the card if I wanted.He was rude to the hilt.I told him that I had 4 other cards as well & I did not need this card if the behavior of the people is not proper,he told me -do whatever you want to, but I will not reverse any charges.

                                      Next day-7th feb.08,I got a call in the morning at 8.58 from[protected] a person name Manoj talked to me about the payment I had to make.I told him entire incident,he said he will call later after talking to his senior.
                                      At around 12.38,I got another call from[protected],again for the payment.I was surprised I again told him the entire thing.This person name was also Manoj.He said he was not aware of the previous call as he was calling from collection department.After talking for about 18 min.He agreed with my point & said he would put a request to his senior for a reversal,but asked for the payment.I told him I can pay the cheque today for the last amount due as they told I had given an unbankable cheque.I told him to send someone to collect cheque for 2444/-.I also told him if they had persented the cheque to the bank(ICICI),they would have talked to me before bouncing the cheque as I am a premium customer of ICICI Bank & I could have corrected it.All the action they were doing now they could do it earlier also.He agreed,but told me that they will send their representative next day i.e.on 8th Feb,I even told him that I could pay it today thereupon he refused that- sir it will not be possibe,I will send the person tomorrow (on 8th Feb)between 10AM-1PM.I told him I will leave the cheque of the same amount with my wife.He even asked my wife's name as she would have the cheque next day.
                                      On the same day i.e 7th Feb. after one hour of talking to Manoj,I got a call from my wife on my cell that a person had come to collect the cheque from SBI.It was again a shocking surprise for me,but still I asked my wife to ask him to wait for 10Min.as my office is nearby .I came back after 15 min.the person (Name-Lalchand- cell no[protected] was waiting for me.I told him how come he came today that too without any information.He told me that he did not know anything about my talk with company people,and he was instructed by the company a day before to go personally to my place to collect the cheque so he was doing his duty.
                                      I gave him a cheque of 2444/- & took the receipt of it.I came to know that SBI cards has an office in Jaipur at Ganpati Plaza,MI Road,the number of the office is[protected].
                                      Now from this detailed letter you could know many things-How come a letter was issued before the actual due date from your office(Due date was-21st Jan,letter by VP-Manish Dewan dated 19th Jan.08???
                                      How come SMS was sent on 5th Feb.You could do so on 19th before writng a letter.Why cheque was not presented to the bank????Why all phone calls were made after 5th Feb???Why your person could not come before the due date for collection of another cheque????I always write my mobile no.on the back of my cheque.Why a call was never made to my cell if the cheque issued by me was unbankable???????????I have still not seen the cheque so I am buying your story(not sure about it myself).

                                      I will pay all your dues & withdraw your card as I do not want to use a cheating company's product.
                                      You have done all these things to charge all un-necessary charges,which is your sole motto otherwise a cheque could have been collected earlier or all the things could be reversed.

                                      STOP CHEATING CUSTOMERS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                      I faces the same issue now. I guess they are taking this as an opportunity to cheat and make more money(am not sure of a mistake from my side though). This whole card business with SBI is nt going so smooth in my case(I own other CredCards too). Previously they sent a person to collect my cheque without informing the fee(~100 INR), I just ignored it and it is a headache to hold this cheap card
                                      SBI's Credit Card wing is so notorious and mistrusted I understand. I plan to cancel SBI card and stop dealing with these crooked men at SBI Card.

                                      Last month i received the call from gurgaon about my outstanding payment they told me that your card has been block and payment has been changed into 6 emi's. but not a single executive came to me to collect the cheques. Now again penalty has been showing in my statement...now please help me as soon as possible.
