Hi,
I have savings banking account in SBI main branch, Kurnool, AP. As per SBI claim, that their bank is having internet banking, I approached SBI branch and applied for internet banking. After one week of followup, I got the internet banking kit.
But not able login thru https://www.onlinesbi.com/login.html (personalbanking).
When I try loging in, it says Invalid user name or password.
I am following up from last 6 months, but not able to get the access. Thinking that there is some problem with the kit, recently (20days back) I took another kit. But it is the same with new kit. From the SBI help line, I got the internet banking incharge department phone numbers. When I dial those numbers, hardly I get the response to my call. If at all some one attends the call, they simply say they will get back to us & will take the phone number.
Whom should I contact to get this resolved. Is there any way I can escalate this to the right person who can really take seriou action. This problem is not only for me, I think many have the same problem.
