Sir, With reference to your mail dated 11th June, 2008. & card no. [protected] I am Cr. Card holder of SBI for last four years and I have never delay in payment of due amount. It is reiterate that I have already confirm your officers at the time of option given to me of Easy Money Draft that my saving account with ICICI Bank in the name of ‘SANJAY KUMAR’ vide account no.[protected] and this draft would not be cleared in my saving account. But your officers have told me this draft will be credited in my account. The easy money draft no. 309962 dated 4/4/08 of Rs. 30, 000/- of State Bank of Travancoure in favour of S K Lodhi had not been credited in my saving account by ICICI Bank. The above easy money draft has been credited in my account on dated 06.05.2008, after take up with ICICI Bank (copy enclosed) & deposited with you vide cheque no. 247249 of ICICI Bank Ltd, New Delhi date 05.05.08, which has been credit your account on dated 08.05.2008 as per my statement dated 16.05.2008. On dated 05.05.2008 vide complain no. 13517 requested for reverse the easy money draft fee & GST debit Rs. 223.60& confirmed me i.e. reversed and shown in your next statement. But in the statement dated 16.05.2008 none charges reverse and added the finance charges of Rs. 276.65. I have not used the money of easy money draft. This is fault of your representative. Why am I bear the easy money draft fee & finance charges. I humbly request to cancel the easy money draft fee, finance charges and late payment fee as under: easy money draft fee & GST debit dated 16.04.08 Rs. 223.60 Finance charges & GST debit dated 16.05.08 Rs. 276.65 Finance charges & GST debit dated 16.06.08 Rs. 103.64 Finance charges & GST debit dated 16.07.08 Rs. 59.50 Finance charges & GST debit dated 16.08.08 Rs. 74.15 Late payment fee dated 16.05.08 Rs. 350.00 Total Charges Rs. 1087.54 You are again requested to cancel the above charges because the above delay is not on my part. SBI Credit Card — DRAFT MONEY NOT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT

Sir,

There is long pending case for the clearance of my account of SBI Card No. [protected] but despite my repeated request no body of the concerned staff in your office has taken any interest to check the concerned accounts and the matter is linger on. I am also receiving threating calls from your office and causing me mental pain.

Actually Rs. 4033 had been transferred through cheque no. 968544 dated 15.2.06 from my saving account State Bank of Patiala NDRI Branch Karnal to your SBI Credit Cards account no. [protected] State Bank of India main branch Karnal. I have received message as under:
Dear Sir / Madam,

Thank you for writing to SBI cards.

We acknowledge the receipt of your email and we shall revert to you with in 5 working days.

We would request you to mention your SBI Card Account / Card number in all your correspondence to enable us to process your request at the earliest.
