Respected SirMadam,
I have account in to SBI main branch Barielly and my account number is [protected] Sanjeev Kumar. I withdraw money from PNB ATM LAKARA ATM AMROHA and ATM ID is D1298600 at 13:22 in 25/03/2011 Rs.-8000 but i received Rs.-3000 but remaining balance not received after that i have complain into my SBI branch then they told me that do complain at customer care number then i complain and my complain no. was AT[protected] but till date i don't received my money into my account. After that conformed from PNB branch Amroha they told me that date they found excess money into ATM and they send it into Delhi Head Office and Bank manager not given into written.
Now i am working into PSC and my posting into Ayodhya so can not go here and there.

Cheque # 326666 for Rs 175/- dated 23 Nov, 2012
The above mentioned cheque was sent under registered mail on Feb 23, 2013 for revalidation as it could not be deposited in the bank in its validity period. I request you to kindly either revalidate or issue a new cheque in lieu of it.

above mentioned cheque no received against income tax refund but it had wrong account no. after discussion with you customer care centre i returned cheque to your andheri office via DTDC courier Service but till date there no refund cheque recd till date 12.09.2014 .

This is to inform you that I, Mrs.Arpita Nag have received a cheque no.679982 of Rs.1760 dated 18/12/2012 from your end but when I have submitted the same to my savings account o[censored]BI having A/C no.[protected], unfortunately the cheque got bounce. So I have awaited till today but no cheque have been issued so far although I have sent the return cheque along with an application dated 07/10/2013 through post with AD.

Regarding your Complaints on Expired Refund Cheques and Refund Cheques with wrong account no.s,
You are not required to send Original cheques to Cash Management Product centre Mumbai.

Just login to your account on www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in. Make a request to Re issue Refund and provide Correct credentials this time.
You are required to furnish Refund sequence no. and CPC Communication reference no. for making this request. You will get these no.s from your intimation u/s 143(1) which has been sent on your registered e mail address by ITD.
