[Resolved] State Bank of India — Deduction of amount

Rs. 720 has been deducted of my account [protected] on 31st Dec. 2012 as fee excess charge, in state bank of india, nanuti uttar pradesh. I have already communicate to branch manager by the mobile phone but mr. Manager only say me your balance will have deducted to your other banks atm transaction, then I say, sir I have charged every time to other banks atm transaction. Then Mr. Manager says me I have no idea because of this. It’s process of computer, I don't know about this and also say me don't call me regarding this purpose.

please solve my problem

Dear sir,
My self Anil Pandey S/O Sh. Surender Nath Pandey, I want to say that i have an A/C with State Bank Of India in Bhiwadi Rajasthan (Alwar). I make a trans. with State Bank Of Bikaner And Jaipur in Bhiwadi on 16th Feb. 2009. My trans. get canceled but the anount which i entered (Rs.4000/-) is deducted from my account. I give an application to both the bank (State Bank of India & State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur 17th Feb. 2009). But i am not getting response from any where. Three Months passed but my problem is not solved.
Pls. attantiton on this matter so that my problem get solved,

State Bank of India — deducted amount 2000 from a/c

My name R.Tirumala rao .SB A/C no:[protected],had withdrawn an amount of Rs 2000,from ATM,railnilayam secunderabad,AP, on 9-9-2011 at 1.27pm only once . .I received an sms at 8.07pm stated that an amount of Rs 2000 deducted and also i received another sms at 8.14 pm stated that an amount of Rs2000 deducted again. .it is requested to persure the matter and credit an amount of Rs2000 in my SB account.

MY MONTHLY STATEMENT SLIP IS SHOWING RS. 2000 TO CLEARING, ON 26/8/11 AND AGAIN RS. 2000 TO CLEARING, ON 27/9/11, AND ACCORDINGLY ABOVE AMOUNTS HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED FROM FROM MY A/C. ALSO WORTH MENTIONING THAT I HAVE NOT ISSUED ANY CHEQUE OF RS. 2000, EITHER DURING AUGUST OR SEPTEMBER 2011.HOW AMOUNT OF RS.2000/ WAS WITHDRWAN TWICE, KINDLY LET ME KNOW THE REASON OR BOTH DEDUCTED AMOUNTS BE CREDITED IN MY A/C FORTHWITH.
