My SBI Credit Card No. [protected] My Case ID =[protected] As per my request email on 04.01.2011 SBI Credit Card Co. blocked my credit card. I am unemployed since November, 2008 before that I paid my card bill on regular basis.Due to financial crisis I have settled ALL MY CREDIT CARDS. I have telephoned SBI Credit Card Co. many times (in 2008 & 2009) for settlement. After that I emailed SBI Credit Card Company several times on 12.01.2011, 24.03.2011, 28.03.11 for full & final settlement, SBI replied 24.03.2011 with acknowledgement and a complain number, on 28.03.2011 they wrote `we acknowledge the receipt of your email and assure you that we are looking into your concerns on priority’. On 28.03.2011 their executive called me several time and came to my house and take interest for settlement after negotiation he agreed with Rs. 7000/- with equal two installments. He told me to pay now & he will come back within seven days with Full & Final settlement letter. I paid the amount after he convinced me by telephonic discussion undersigned had with his Senior Officials. Every detail I have communicated with SBI via email, they assured me with an email on 18.04.2011 that after completion of their investigation they will revert to me but unfortunately I have not got any reply till date. In the meantime, every month they send me bill with a huge amount & their executives call me, harass me & send their collection agent came for payment but they are not replying in written. As per RBI rules they are bound to reply within 60 days. SBI Credit card company has suffered me more than 4 years without any fault, I have suffered severe mental harassment and mental anguish. B.P. SBI Credit card has become a nuisance. They ask for payment for getting a certificate of payment which has never been heard.
SBi Managers should be arrested for mental toture and harassment.

SBI Credit Card — Harassment since 2006
I had a credit card in[protected] and I stopped using it becuase the service was poor. I had asked them to cancel the card. After a couple of months had a call stating that they will not charge me for annual charges and that I can start using the card.<br /><br /><br /><br />
As soon as I started using the card, they charged me interest and anual card charges.<br /><br />

I the meantime I had made a payment toward petrol bill. They had lost the cheque for which payment was made and asked me to send another cheque. I made payment again. Since then they have been charging me interestest and latepayment charges.<br /><br />

they have been harassing me and my family. Initially I started getting calls from their call centre to settle the issue with Rs.2000 which I refused. They are continuing to harrass me. I received a call today, 8/5/09, at 15.30 hrs from telephone no.30827920. The person said that he will continue to harass.<br /><br />

I am surprised at SBI being a Government bank at their "goonda giri" and harassment. <br /><br />

SBI Credit Card — Harassment for Final Settlement
Dear Sir / Madam,I had SBI credit card until 2005 which advertently lost while fueling petrol. I suddently found a charge for Rs.1300 on petrol one time and called SBI to block the card. Also requested the call center person to provide me a replacement card.
SBI did not send me a replacement card. I forgot to pay the bills which eventually accumulated with all the maintenance charges and soforth to Rs.4000 in 6 months. A call came from SBI requesting me to do a final settlement which they mentioned as Rs.2150 which would be collected by a collection agent. Realization of the payment will be done by SBI cards and eventually they would send me a closure letter.
I paid them Rs.2150 and got a receipt from the collection agent. However, SBI card never sent me a closure letter. They credited 2150 as a regular payment and kept the remaining balance. I could not call and complain as the card number given in my ebill was not original card number. However in beginning of 2008, I got a call again from a collection agent. This time again asking me to settle the bill. The call was such a harassment where I had to finally cut the phone off. After that there was no call for a year until the past two weeks.
This time SBI again wants to pay me a settlement fee to close the current balance which has gone upto Rs.10500. I never had a card since 2006. Paid the settlement fee. SBI kept charging me with annual fee and interest to accumulate it until today.
I am not sure whether to pay once again the settlement amount they are asking so that we get a closure or keep ignoring this.
