happy new year .madam i am glad to know that one site in which we can register our complaints regarding not receipt of 2nd installment(arrears) of sixth pay com. i am a widow of shri dayaram rai who was working in central railways as gateman.he was in service period of 5.5.1955 to 31.5.1988.his date of birth was 6.5.1930.last posting was in sanchi when he retired. when he was alive he got his first installment of arrears(40%).he died on 23.dec 2008.now i have not received 2nd installment which was due(60%)we have enquired from the SBI bank ADB vidisha(M.P.) where i get pension.bank people say they are not able to help in this matter.i am old and sick lady and i cant run here to there. so i want to reuest you to help me to get my 2nd inst.of arrears my pension details are as follow.

Dear Sir
I'm a Govt employee applied for the SBI home loan on 10 th February 2011 in Nai Sarak Barnch of SBI. I've deposited all the necessary/ mandatory document (i.e Income proof, ID proof, Property details etc ) to the SBI branch. The bank officers/ surveyor surveyed the property and give me an assurance to finalize the loan within a month.. But Sorry to say that the legal advisor (Lawyer )of the SBI now making nonsense argument and pending the loan for the last 2 months. Before him the SBI marketing team became helpless. The Lawyer previously did so many cases invalid that the SBI marketing team want to change him but can't so because of their job conditions. If the SBI CGM of Bhopal region kindly take necessary actions then this blot can be removed. The Lawyer (Mr Jitendra Jain, )based in Ujjain city. I'm fed-up. The Cheif General manager, SBI, Bhopal (MP)please help me . Best Regards

Respected Sir I am daughter of Late S.Bhupindera Singh sachdev, retired from Army.He died in 12Dec 2007.He has acount in State Bank of Indore, Sayongita ganj.His Acount no is [protected].my mother stil not get family pension .Ihave faxed you all the documentbut you have not answered yet.my mother is a old lady.The ASC Record Banglore has santioned the pension .kindly tell us about the procedure and formalities so that we could get family pension as early as possible .My mothers name is Manjeet Kaur Alias Urmila. but all dealing is done with the name Manjeet Kaur but in pension documents her name urmila is printed so tell us which document we have to produce

dear sir, namaskar, i smt.leela thakur w/o late shri kishan singh(ex. senior scientist icar) as my husband used to get his pension from sbi, university branch sagar. he died on[protected], then i applied there for my family pension after harrasing me unessarily they started my family pension on[protected] from Rs 5588 as it is very much less what i should entitled to get.in this regard i meet the branch manger but in vain, he told me to contact u for this as he said its not our subject we only give u what we get from bhopal gobindpura branch. sir inthis matter the office from where my husband was getting pension has send letters regarding less payment of family pension&arrears, diffrence(according to sixth pay commision)to sagar branch, bhopal branch&to me also with all the details &reminders also, i have personaly written letters to both the sbi branches but yet nothing is done in this matters sir as im a senior citizen (a heart patient also)sir i hope from u that kindly aarange my dues(according to rbi's order)&order to correct my pension for what im eligible, for your this act of kindness i will be grateful to you ever.[protected]-------SMT LEELA THAKUR, W/O KISHAN SINGH EX. Smt Parvat Devi widow of devideen (North Central Railway Gang man from Banda station of Jhansi Division) has not got her pension from last one year through her SBI Hapalpur Bank A/c no.[protected]. Although Branch manager of SBI Harpalpur Mr Kulshrestha has already been sent her live certificate atleast four times.
It is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter to solve her problem

Supreme Court in a recent decision has clarified and reinforced the legal position that the pre 2006 retirees are entitled to the pension alongwith arrears on increased pension on principle 'one rank one pay' and that too w.e.f. 1.1.2006.
