SBI — block my atm card

sir i think some one has stolen my walllet in which there was my atm card, so i want to issue a new one and to block the stolen one. plz help me in this content and tell me the procedure to both blocking and to issue a new atm

SBI ATM — due to my blocked atm

I m RakeshTiwari i blocked my atm, because i entered pincode but the atm machine did non accept it now i m not in my hometown & due to that i m facing serious problem...
...what can i do...????

Our ATM Cum Debit password was locked, i was several times try by some ATMs. All ATMs show to advice slip " SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS" & "PINCODE WAS LOCKED, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BRANCH". I want to money urgently draw in SBI ATM. pl show our pincode also.

I had open my new account and after 1day I just want to change my password when i entered my pasward which had been given by the bank I had get the reply that the card had blocked contact the branch office.

In 2006 my ATM card of SBI was misplaced
I made written request to concerned branch when i came to know on 23/10/06 at 13:45 Hrs when my pass book was updated
How much time it required to block ATM services after receipt of my complaint

I lost my SBI ATM cum Debit Card on yesterday afternoon.
My savings a/c no. [protected]. Card no.[protected].Inform BM, SBI, Tupudana Br., PIN-834003.
Tried as advised by BM, through Toll free no.&[protected] l/line but with no success as no connection was possible due to busy route.Pl provide me a fresh ATM card at sos basis for a mobile person like me of an MNC on customer service. Net -banking also should be possible with the same.

Dear Sir,
I am Aftab Alam.I have a saving Account with State Bank Of India(Mairwa Branch).
My A/c No. is [protected].I Purchased a Mobile recharge coupon by net,
amount was debited from my account ,but that amount is not credit on my mobile no.
that is 15oct,2011.i complained to customer care for debited my balance.
after 32 days on 17Nov,2011 by 05:40 PM.I talked to Shree Niwas (Cust.care)
for know about my complain status.Exactly 06:03 PM my ATM Card was blocked.
I know that,he is intensively block my ATM Card.Because he was unable to solve out my
problem.I don't know why my card is bloked now,but i know he is intensively block my ATM.
When i talked toSBI(Branch Manager) than he told it's a temporerly block so just wait for 24 hour,
it's automatic unblock.But after that my ATM card block.
Than i talket to Customer care(SBI),he told that your card was blocked by any misplace complain and your
complain ticket no.is [protected].
So you will have to submit written application to your home branch.I do the same as i got information,
but still my ATM card is block.
so kindly do needfull and help me.
