Sir,
Due to RBI guidelines we wish to close my aforesaid Saving A/c & transfer balance to another Saving Bank A/c of SBI Indra Nagar, Kanpur branch having locker facility but Branch Manager is adamant to submit first KYC while he has informed vide his letter dated 09/09/2011 that he will close our account after 15 days (letter attached with my request letter wherein he has marked his footnote).

During discussion he misbehaved to us and unofficially informed that closing of accounts effects his branch performance.

Here we also wish to inform that a branch of SBI has misused KYC of a customer and forgery of 80 lacs has committed with the help of opening of account by using KYC while customer has given his KYC to use in pay of SBI Life Insurance premium. You are, therefore, requested to instruct SBI to resolve my problem or take necessary suitable action against guilty person.

    I have received sbi gift card in "[protected]' NOV'2011 and validity time is up to FEB'2012. But the card not opening in the computer. It showing the nomber is not activated.

    SBI is not taking care of its customers.

      Dear sir,

            I know the case sensitivity of password and time to activate the account. Then what is the problem and solution? May I have another USER ID and PASSWORD from bank?

              I am regret to inform you that Inspite of repeated requests & reminders through my earlier mail to feedback.[protected]@ge.com after clearing my all dues, I have not recd my final account statement along with no dues certificate from SBI card division. Due to that I am facing the problem to get new housing loan from SBI because of pending cibil report for a small due of Rs. 60/- only. So your kind intervention is required to sort out the matter at the earliest possible.

                My credit card validity ended on June 2012. I have paid all dues with the last payment of Rs.4161.87. After the validity of card elapsed, I did not apply for new credit card. But am receiving SMS to pay due and replied to the same regarding cancellation but they did not consider my request . I have changed my address and I did not want to have new credit card.

I was paid Rs 3718/- vide my check bearing machine No 423959 (State Bank of India, Branch-Maninagar, Distt-Ahmedabad IFS Code-SBIN0001038) and the same was cleared on 19 Nov 2011. Today when I checked my cradit card bal they are show that i have not paid the amount. Please clarify the details. Last two months I have not received statement of account.                   I am K Jayadev, Hyderabad and holder of SBI Credit card. WHY ARE WE NOT GETTING THE CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS? Can anybody concerned answer? I have made complaints, and every second month this is happening... I think SBI is taken for a ride by its courier company or SBI is doing it purposefully so that they a get more money through late payment fees. This month I have made calls and also received calls.

                  Finally, I woman or lady or girl, was kind enough to say that "you know the amount, you know the due date, why don't just make the payment without creating so much of fuss". Indeed a great customer service! I requested her if there is a possibility of late fees waiver, she denied and said don't expect that since you got it recently. Yes, I got because the fault is at your end... i am not getting my statements regularly. Same this month also. Now that I got the exact answers from SBI... there is no better answer I could expect...

                    Dear Sir,
                    I am Indian national and I am in Afghanistan since 3 years. We are transferring money to India through PNB Kabul. While transferring money the bank is deducting money, 70 to 80 paisa even up to Rs one per dollar. May I know why the bank is deducting money? Is it bank policy? Further the bank is charging ten dollars per transaction which is very high.
                    I request you please look into the matter as early as possible. That will be your most kindness.

                      i am here second time. yesterday i got a call from sbi credit card, and was told me to submit the due payments and when i told them to of not getting statement for the payment, they simply apologize for the same and said to send the person for payment collection, today, that is on 04.10.2011.
                      when i asked them, to penalty reversal for the same, because this the fault from bank site. they denied and tell me to talk on customer care for the same. i am trying from morning to customer care to get connected but no reply and too much waiting!!!!!
                      how much time someone has to wait for just a call!!!???
                      if they would have sent the statement on time, i will definitely submit the amount on time.
                      there is no statement on my email account and on mobile as sms alert, is being sent by the bank for the last month and this month statements.

                      and their person for payment collection did not come till to write this compaint.

                      here i request to reverse the penalty impose on my account at the earliest. and also i will for account close in near future as early as possible.

                          I am an MBA student in Delhi, i live in saidullahzeb extension near saket. I have a SBI saving bank account in SECL Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. I usually withdraw cash from other private bank ATM’s as SBI ATM is far off .
                          On 1st October 2011,saturday, I visited Standard Chartered Bank ATM to withdraw money, but machine replied "there is some problem reaching your bank,please contact your bank for details", So I reached home empty handed, Suddenly at 10.20 PM,i got SMS alert that my balance is 937.12, I was shocked. Then I quickly checked my account statement in net banking, the result was:
                          01-Oct[protected]Oct-2011) ATM WDL
                          ATM 1785 E-26 SAKET NEW DELHI GJ IN 2,000.00

                          available balance: 937.12

                          I tried sbi helpline numbers for 2 days, but no one attended my call. I felt very disturbed by this whole process, so trying to get help from you. please help me

                              1. With due respect and humble submission I state following few line for your kind consideration and favourable action please.

                              2. I am Bharat Bhushan Shukla, Age 24 presently residing in Ahmednagar,Maharashtra. My father expired on 27 Jul 2010. My father was serving as a teacher in Sarsawati Shishu Mandir in Khalilabad. I am nominee of my father. I had opend an account with SBI, ADB Khalilabad for reimbursement of Provident Fund and other benefits on 12 May 2011.

                              3. After longtime and hardwork I had received all benefits through cheque from Karamchari Bhavisha Nidhi Karyalaya, Gorakhpur ie Rs 1,75,000/-(approx).

                              4. The said amount had credited in my bank account no (06212/[protected]) on 01 Aug 11 by SBI, ADB Khalilabad and Stay Hold for want of address verification.

                              5. The address verification was provided to the bank on 06 Sep 11.

                              6. After completion of nearly one month the said amount is still on hold. Presently I am doing MBA in Ahmednagar Maharashtra and urgent need of money.

                              7. The bank staff are not receiving any phone call also not attend any representative of mine.

                              8. This is for your kind consideration and early action please.

                                  I am holding SBI Credit Card for more nearly 10 years and card has been upgraded by the Bank to Platinum keeping in view of my payment record.My card number is [protected].On 1st of Sept.2011, I had to admit my wife in Fortis Hospital Mohalli for treatment of a serious infection.Credit limit of the card is Rs. 130000/- . Upto 10th Sept. payments of Rs 130000/- were made to Hospital on the basis of running bills raised by it.My card billing date is 13th of every month.On 15th Sept. s.m.s was received from SBI card that e-bill of Rs 129998.50 has been sent to me and due date of payment is 3rd Oct.Being out of my home town and not having access to my bank I requested my brother-in law in Amritsar to deposit Rs. 250000/- against my card which he deposited and acknowledgment of having received the amount was received from SBI CARD via s.m.s. on 16th. The extra funds were deposited as my wife's treatment was expected to be long and hospital bills were expected to be high.
                                  I was surprised to to receive s.m.s on 18 th Sept.from SBI card that my credit card has been blocked as precautionary measure to prevent misuse.I immediately called help line and explained that card is not being misused and explained circumstances for making over payment.I was promised a call back on 19th. Sept by 11 A. M. when this did not happened I again called help line and talked to Floor Manager. He was not helpful and would not listen to me, but at the end promised to resolve the matter in 72 hours. With no action from SBI Card help line till 22nd Sept I again called help line .Instead of listening to my pleas of help one Mr. Amit started scorning and said if I can have such excess funds why to use card at all.He said card will be blocked till the time they please.
                                  My wife remained admitted in Hospital till 17 th Sept. and total bill was over Rs. 350000/- I had to arrange for funds for payment to hospital from other resources.
                                  I have gone through the fair practices guidelines of SBI Bank for Credit Cards issued under directions of RBI. I do not find anywhere in these guidelines that use of card can be blocked due to over payment.
                                  I do not know how to proceed for getting back over payment of Rs. 120000/- and redressal of my grievance of harassment ant mental tension caused to me as I have found that E- Mail sent by me to help line has gone to the same agency which acts as call centre for SBI CARD.

                                    sir i appled for a loan purchase home loan from sbi through my dsp account.i am an arny officer earning 50000 per month.my cost of the property is 2500000 and the registration and stamp duty cost is 250000,grand total of 2750000.85% of this cost is 2337500 and the bank is under estimating my property which is very near to kottayam city with all the basic amnities within 2km
                                    .A 2BHK costs 3500000 at least at that location today.the bank authorities not only denying me my DSP entitlements and told me that they could giv me only 2000000.i requested the bank but no responce to my reliability as a DEFENCE OFFICER.now i am in a condition of losing my advance amount.pl giv me justice.i am putting forward this complaint as a litigation for justice.

                                      SUB: Hiring of locker in SBI

                                      I approached SBI, Moradabad, Br-Station road for hiring a locker.I requested Br-Manager and told that I have Home loan A/c, Saving A/c and PPF A/c in your branch and i want to hire a locker. After 3Hrs he said that you are not defaulter and you have deposited home loan installment well on time and you have well maintained saving as well as PPF A/c. But you are required to make a FD for min Rs 50,000.00.
                                      I was surprised.
                                      Plz let me know whether, FD is made mandatory for hiring a locker.
                                      Answer is eagerly awaited.

                                        1.I recived a call from your bank & came to know that thier is a lone of Rs.11000/- running in my name
                                        Anil Kumar Jain agains cradit card.but i did not recived any lone of Rs.11000/- from your bank.
                                        2.I droped a cheque of ING Vysya bank no.524687 dated.10.09.2011of .Rs.5600/ in chandni chowk branch
                                        that cheque dabit in my acount on 13.09.2011 but do not show in in my cradit card stetment.
                                        so i reqest you to lock into this meter and give me some quick respons.
