On 10th Aug 2011,
I had gone to ICICI Bank ATM in Jamshedpur (Sonari ATM).
I tried withdrawing twice total amount Rs.[protected] + 4000).
There was a debit shown in my account of amount 8000 Rs but the cash was dispensed only 4000.I had lodged several complaints at my branch as well as customer care( complain no- AT-[protected]) but i did not get my balance back as yet.
So pls do the needful for me.

    This is to inform that my SBI Credit Card was dispatched through Blue Dart Curier service vide Ref No. EV [protected] but did not delivered by the said company at my residence at Laxmi Bhawan, 3rd Floor, 2UA Jawhar Nagar, Delhi-110007 and it was return back to the SBI. Same was informed by the SBI Cardit Card. when I made phone call to customer care[protected], one lady attended the call but refused to help me. what to do? I need that said card urgently.

      Sir my father has acount in SBI he was travelling in brahmputra mail in[protected] and some one stolen his ATM card during journey and after 1 day[protected] they withdraw 50, 000(approx) rs. from acount so i complain u for this metter
      A few months(arround 8 months ) back i had applied for SBI ATM card, i got it in time but i havnt got its pin code . About this matter i had complained to pune main branch, but there was no response from bank . finally a few days back i had applied for another ATM card .
      i request the authority to deliver my ATM card with its pin code within time .

      My father in law had two SBI Accounts. One in Lucknow Dalligansj branch A/c No. ([protected]) and the other in SBI, Allahabad, Daraganj A/c No. ([protected]). He lost his ATM cards yesterday in New Delhi where he has been pick pocketed.

      Since then we are trying to report complaint to customer care but not getting through. Kindly block ATm cards for both the above accounts.

      A confirmation of the blocking and procedure for issue of new card would be higly appreciated.

          As per SHOP & SMILE POWER POINT I have earned power points 3730 upto 23rd July 2011 and power points expiring by 31st Aug 2011 is 130. For redeeming of power point we have to choose the items from the list provided by the Bank through internet. For this power point they are showing no any items are available and other hand they are fixing expiry date for the power point and reducing power points automatically. In this connection it is not understood why the company has reducing the power point and they are blocking the way for accumulate the power point and blocking the chance to get good items. This system is not useful to the customer who is always using SBI credit cards. A customer is to pay some charges for getting the items also as handling charges hence expiry of power points should be stopped immediately please.

            I, Vivek Kumar, holds an account# [protected] with SBI Chatra (Jharkhand). I am pursuing MS Finance from ICFAI University where I was supposed to pay my course fee through EMI. ICFAI University presented cheque no. 266856 against my Dec 2008 EMI which I had paid as PDC to SBI, Chatra (Jharkhand). The SBI bank dishonored the cheque on the ground of insufficient funds. This was later acknowledged as their mistake. Thereafter, SBI prepared the draft[protected] for Rs 4648 and sent that draft to Syndicate bank for clearance in lieu of that dishonored cheque. On the other hand, SBI didn’t inform me about any such activity and deducted the amount for Rs 4648 from my account.

            Basis the draft sent by SBI, the payment had been duly made to ICFAI account in Syndicate bank for Dec 2008 EMI. Getting messed up and harassed due to such irregularities by the banks, I succumbed to the pressure and ultimately deposited the concerning both the Jan2009 and Feb2009 installments as a single payment through my debit card (online payment Order number[protected].

            Later ICFAI spokes person, SSD department Hyderabad and ICFAI Preet Vihar branch, Delhi confirmed that my payment of Feb2009 has been adjusted with Dec2008 payment as they didn’t receive any draft from SBI. They further pressurized me to pay Feb2009 installment. It has been over an year now that I am suffering from this mental trauma. The preparation regarding my exams had been hampered from time to time. ICFAI & SBI had consistently promised to resolve the issue. I further wrote an e-mail to the Ombudsperson of RBI however; I am still waiting for resolution.

            At last, I am left with no options except to seek help from Consumer Court. I am enclosing certain documents which would be able to verify my authenticity of my charges imposed on banks.

              I made one transaction of Rs 10000/-- through my SBI ATM cum Debit card (No:[protected]) in Mumbai (ATM No: S1AN[protected] on 26-Mar-2008 but when I checked my account (A/C No :[protected]) it is found that bank debited twice (10,000 + 10,000) with details "ATM WDL[protected] 3775 S1AN00707411" buttransaction no 3775 is same for the both transactions.
              I complained many times to the concerned SBI branches as wel as my SBI branch (Account Description : SBCHQ-GEN-PUB-IND-NONRURAL-INR
              Branch : GTB NAGAR BRANCH, ALLAHABAD) but in last more than three years I dont get my money back.
              I also send my complains online ( [protected]@sbi.co.in; services.[protected]@ge.com ; helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in; helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in,helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in,dgm.[protected]@sb... feedback.[protected]@ge.com ) but nothing happens.

                I am maintaining a SB a/c with Karve Road Br. I want to deposit some money in my account so I went to Sinhagad Road Branches but they said that non home branch deposit scheme is closed and you have to deposit the amount where you have a account. I request them that due to core banking we can deposit the amount at any branch but the concerned person told me that/ no now you can not deposit or withdraw the amount from non home branch. Please let me know if this is correct then display it on notice board immediately so that we can closed the account and opened at any other bank where core banking facility is available.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    on Dated 30 July 2011 i have tried to get money from oriental bank of commerce ATM (amount 3000/- Rs.) but unfortunately i have not received any amount from ATM but Rs 3000 has been debited from my saving account.

                    I have registered complained at SBI ATM customer care on 1 Aug 2011 and then they told me that u will get your money within 10 to 12 day but still that amount is not get credit in my account.

                    when i again called up to customer care they told me that your complain has been closed from their end and you have to contact your branch manager. When i asked about this to my SBI branch manager he told me that he can not do anything because he has not received any amount to credit in my account.

                    More over again i called up the customer care then they given me certain number[protected],[protected]to register the grievance from last 3 days i am trying these number but no one is picking up and always going busy. I don't understand what type of service this bank is providing to us i m very much frasturated and planing to move consumer court if my problen is not being sort out within 2-3 days.

                      On 16/08/2011 i went to Corporation Bank ATM to withdraw money with my SBI Bank ATM Card. at the end i got the money, but that SBI ATM Card is locked inside that ATM machine. So i approached the corporation bank staff they told that go and lodge a complaint in State Bank of India branch and also they are very lazy and not responded properly. Then i went to the SBI Bank but they told me that its not possible to take that card outside of the ATM machine. So you should apply for duplicate ATM in the same bank where you open the account & take that ATM Card. So its very inconvenient for me. please help me on this or else provide suitable solution.

                        I have received my credit card bearing NO:[protected] about a week ago. today I tried to activate it as it was badly needed, but unfortunatly the same could not. Kindly arrange to get activate the same at the earliest or suggest me any other option.

                        Till date I have not recieved the PIN. How it can be assured that my is activated. Moreover while approaching me it was assured that tthe Card will be issued free of cast and there will be no any hidden charges and your credit limit will be one lac. But the card which I have received shows limit of Rs.38000/- only more over I have received SMS that you have to pay 550/- as annual charges. This is nothing but one kind of cheating. Therefore I would like to approch to consumer Protection Forum, but before that I may need your clarification for which I will wait for three days, failing which I shall be constrained to file a formal complaint.

                          Sir,
                          Sub: Customers of SBI code 00919- availed Housing Loan-
                          difference in rate of
                          interest in force for the last one year-submitted grievance to
                          unhappy- problem still pending – reminding for quick salvation-
                          requested regarding.

                          We the following SBI Housing Loan customers submit that we have availed Housing Loan from SBI, Srikakulam Main Branch in 2009. The Branch has conducted a Housing Loan Mela in a Hotel declaring the following rate of interests for the first consecutive four years was:

                          1. 1st year- 8%
                          2. 2nd year- 8.25%
                          3. 3rd year 9%
                          4. 4th year 11.25%

                          But while we got the annual Loan deduction statement in the month of
                          March we were surprised to find that the Bank has been charging 11.25% interest from the 2nd year on wards.

                          Immediately we consulted the Housing Loan in Charge in the SBI, Srikakulam Branch to solve the problem. He stated that such irregularity happened to many a customers so that they consulted the Head office for rectification. Months passed but the problem has not been solved. So we contacted UNHAPPY to place the problem. In turn the reply from the SBI, Srikakulam Branch concerned was not satisfactory and they stated that our loan was not placed under the above said scheme of offer that was announced in the Loan Mela conducted in a Hotel in Srikakalm in 2009.

                          Therefore we request the authority to kindly pursue the matter and solve the problem to affect the rate of interests that were promised earlier to our HOUSING LOAN at the earliest possible.

                            I have been using SBI accounts from the day I have a bank account

                            As this is a public bank I don’t expect super fast response , though there are few delays than expected I never raised it..as I am very loyal to SBI.


                            This is very unfortunate “A LOCAL CHEQUE clearance will take 8 days”

                            I have dropped a cheque for 70300/- on 8th Aug , it still shows as uncleared when I have enquired with them and its cleared for 73300/-, 3000 extra than the actual amount. So they have re processed it god knows when it will be cleared…. They have mentioned on 14th Aug is a Sunday, 15th is a holiday.

                            Another instance last time I have dropped 2 cheques 35000 and 40000 thousand , they cleared cheques for 35000 and 30000 thousand ( 10000 less than actual amount)

                            Not sure why they are doing mistakes in written amount….


                            Now a days they are pushing the ball on centralized cheques Clarence team, not sure how this team performing the functions, why are they doing mistakes on the amount written.i have asked for their numbers BANK person said he don't know the number

                            More over when I have walked in to the branck where I have dropped a cheque , the manger suggested next time drop cheques only in the bank where I have an account… you think this is right

                            ALWAYS remember

                            “ Bank transaction might be just entering numbers for bank staff.

                            But for a customer it’s a relationship, commitment, test of honesty ( if I have been postponing my friend to pay money ,could not pay because of your mistake)

                                  i am using a credit card service from sbi from the last 8 months.unexpectedly the card was deactivated by them only.and i paid all the monthly bills extactly.but in the last month i was paid the amount on july 14th.but they debited the same amount from my account on july 15th.see so the amount debited from my account is double the bill amount.and the card is also not active to use the amount.i called them and given complaint on 22nd of july but till to this moment they are not yet sended the cheque for me.and even i called them arount 10 times they are telling please wait sir we are forwarding.this is the thing they are telling for me.what should i do? whom to complain regarding this?

                                    I have applied for an Educational loan for my daughter who is doing her BDS on 08.08.2011 using on line of SBI port. My ticket number is SBI-EL-[protected]. Based on this we have approached Veerganur SBI bank branch on 11.08.2011. But the branch manager said we have to approach Indian Oversees Bank which is in another place as the bankers divided the areas among them selves. If this the cases why on line approval is accepted?Every where it is told getting education loan is not a problem by all governments and concern bankers and ministers but for the past two years I experienced how difficult to get an education loan. Pl don't harass the people.

                                    State Bank of India — REFUSE OF EDUCATION LOAN

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    With subject to the above, I have applied for education loan on 29.09.2008 at State Bank of India, Royapuram, Chennai - 13 to my son's (Mr.S. SARAVANAN) education (for studying of Engineering) loan. Already I have a Savings Account at the same branch vide account no. [protected] for past several years (from 2002 onwards). In this same manner I have urged at branch for the refer loan. There officials asking for my husband's (Mr.P SEKAR) bank account details as support document. I have also submitted the all required documents. We have so many hopes on that loan which was linked of my child's future. But, I got news from State Bank of India, "your education loan was refused". They are adviced me to apply education loan at my husband's account containing bank.

                                    We are the middle class family. How can we manage all course fees and others in current economical situation. Like me all people are hoping to utilize the such government's plan. But, Government has declared to sanction all education loan, who has eligible for that loan. But, any without reason, why should that Bank refuse our education loan.

                                    If you take necessary action with immediate effect in this regard, like me people are very thankful to you.

                                    i truly agree that the complaint made is valid and should be noticed by the higher authorities and immediate steps should be taken. otherwise this would hamper the customer satisfaction and lot many other complaints will be thereby coming up.
