[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Online complaints

This is Dominic Mathew residing at 3/12 Ex-Service men's colony, First street, Adambakkam, Chennai-600088. I've taken a Sun Direct Connection on 28/06/2008 in my father's name (Henry Manoharan), for one year subscription. The smart card no. is[protected]. For the past 3 weeks, I could not receive any signal and getting error messages only (E16, E48, etc.) I have been ringing the customer service for the past 3 weeks[protected]. No one responded for first 2 weeks. While I enquired the dealers, they told that they are relocating the entire setup. From the third week I got the direct consumer service line and I have been complaining repeatedly. Even if they picked up the call, they do not send any of the service technicians. I have made more than 100 calls (both from my landline and Mobile). Also, I've informed them that I'm going to complaint in consumer court. Till now no response. Could you please assist me regarding the same?

This is Krishna Murthy from chennai, My Sun Direct card no is [protected]. becuase of last vardah cyclone effect my dish got dislocated from the alignment, becasue of which i have no signals,
For the past 1 weeks, I could not receive any signal and getting error messages only (E52-32, etc.) I have been ringing the customer service for the past 1 weeks continuously ([protected]).
the only one response is that they are sending the techinical guy to rectify the same.Till now no one has turned up and called.This is totally absurd, really till now i have not seens anywhere
such worst custmoer services, all lies, have no idea how to take this to higher authorities, i am trying my level best to get the email id.
Above all i find social meadia to take it forward the issue.please i am requesting you to rectify and close the issue. This is my Mob no :- [protected].

Since the recent Vardha storms t am not getting the signals. Due to post storm network problem I could register my complaint only on 16.12.2016 Since then, I have daily been telephoning/complaining to sun network customer care (Phone no. [protected]), but the complaint is yet to be attended. However, in order to maintain clear record of that no complaints are pending for more than a week's time, sun network has simply messaged me on 23.12.2016 (to my registered mobile phone) that the complaint has been attended. On subsequent inquiry, I have been asked to re-register the complaint and the same has also been done on 23.12.2016 itself. Every day the customer care people used to promise that the complaint would be attended within 48 hours, but, though more than ten days time has passed, is yet to be attended. Whenever the customer care is contacted in this regard, they worry about the renewal of the subscription only and not of the service. Even they have given a mobile no. [protected] as the contact no. of the technician named as Anandhan, but the number was found to be 'wrong number'.

Hi sir,
I have been using sun direct connection from the past 8 years.My smart card num is [protected] which was registered with my mom's name sagunthala.we are using tamil basic pack
We are facing the issue that some channels gets hanged and entire channels goes blank.Channels like sun, k, sun music are not even working
I have been trying to complaint this issue in sundirect customer care for the past 1 week but there is no response and the worst thing is that i have lost nearly 60 rs, it is your responsibility to answer our calls and resolve the issues.kindly resolve my issue asap

This is rajasekhar residing at 3-77, penchi kalapadu, kurnool -518468. I've taken a Sun Direct Connection in my father' s name (sankaraiah), for one year subscription. The smart card no. is[protected].i have required for the relocating my connection, I have been ringing the customer service for the past 2 weeks ([protected]). No one responded for for last 1 week. While I enquired the dealers, they told that if your like it wait some more day otherwise through out side like that. From the third week I got the direct consumer service line and I have been complaining repeatedly. Also, I've informed them that I'm going to complaint in consumer court. Till now no response. Could you please assist me regarding the same?

Very very wordt subdirect network
my sc no [protected] on 18/10/2016 i recharged rs 3900 i was told by costumer care service that i am in super value pack and they told me that if i want hindi channels i should add on and pay separately .they totally cheated me because my pack has all hindi channels they didnt revealed the truth . and they made fool of me. last week colors marathi channel service stopped and when i contacted them they said that my account is empty and then i came to know that they have cheated me without giving me the proper information .when i asked to refund my amount because i lost rs 1100 because of the irresponsible employees and sun tv authorities should take the moral responsibility to pay me back .they refused moreover they blamed me for not contacting in between and cross checked everything. really disgusting to devour others money like this pls pay my money you have cheated

I am having 2 sundirect connections smart card # [protected] and Smart Card# [protected]. I did a recharge for [protected], but the recharge amount has gone to another smart card. I have called the customer service 4 to 5 times and no resolution so far to make my connection active even after recharge of 873 Rs and 50 Rs. The customer care raise a case and close it without solving the problem. whenever I call they say it will be resolved tomorrow, but not resolved so far. Its more than 1 week now. Even no response to the email which was sent to ([protected]@sundirect.in) . This is really worst service I have ever had.
Nobody are knowledgeable and no seniors to talk to, at any time there will be no managers.
The money has been eaten away and no connection or channels from the last 1 week.
Sun direct are real cheaters and frauds.

my sc no [protected] vide my complaint on july 22nd 2017 one lady called me from sun direct and said that my problem will be solved within 48 hours then they will contact me and refund my money and tell the details. 4 days passed away no one contacted me so far and i dont know about my complaint status. is this is the way you people work? dont you have any duty consciousness? what is the sun tv management doing? do they pay their employees just to cheat customers money like me and also for not answering the complaints? you have devoured my money with the help of your careless workers. such a negligence. you are ready to do mistakes but are not ready to clarify and solve everything.

how u can give leanson to the sales person they are not giving single information they are what ever u want to do just do u that means u both are not coaudination with custmers they are saying stores to u when we r going in road then acidient will be happen what we should have to do . these stores has talking with custmers . how they can speak like that .they should have lisen the custmer problem

i am frm shapur suraramcolonyi have taken new sundirect connection before sixmonths back but give old box to us they said we dont have stock they give us old box old card they recharge six months they after six month we will give to u a new box but now they are saying we will never give the new box i[censored] want to new box then recharge six month then we will u new box .how its possible its depend upon our self. we will as per ever 1 mounth only we will recharge .we are asking to the connection person but he was saying what ever u want to do u just do it we need not to give the box take complaint her no;[protected] TAKE ACTION ON THIS PERSON
how u can cheated with by giving old box old card when we r taking the new action the sales person said we dont have stock plz u should have adjest for six with card and old box . we will give after six months new box and new connection but after six when we r asking abou new connection card the person asking amount with us. how we can give the sales person was saying wht ever u want to do u just do it i dont have any fear with any body now one can do any thing to me . the sales person talking with custmer like this way take action this sales person ;[protected]
why sun-direct is removing channels like shalom TV without any notice?feels really bad..planning to take some other connections if they are not bringing it back soon.. we don't wish to watch channels given by you but what we intended to...
