[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Online complaints

This is Dominic Mathew residing at 3/12 Ex-Service men's colony, First street, Adambakkam, Chennai-600088. I've taken a Sun Direct Connection on 28/06/2008 in my father's name (Henry Manoharan), for one year subscription. The smart card no. is[protected]. For the past 3 weeks, I could not receive any signal and getting error messages only (E16, E48, etc.) I have been ringing the customer service for the past 3 weeks[protected]. No one responded for first 2 weeks. While I enquired the dealers, they told that they are relocating the entire setup. From the third week I got the direct consumer service line and I have been complaining repeatedly. Even if they picked up the call, they do not send any of the service technicians. I have made more than 100 calls (both from my landline and Mobile). Also, I've informed them that I'm going to complaint in consumer court. Till now no response. Could you please assist me regarding the same?

This is mini I am the customer of Sun direct DTH, My smart card no.[protected] from last 10 days am unable to watch Chanel also, they r not Proved the service person and I have Try almost 8 to 10 times I have spoken with one customer care person he speak rash with me.
Sun direct customer care is very poor. They r not picking the phone and even if they pick they r telling that they will solve the problem within 24 hour. ..
This is my complaint no are

Please take some action against this people and give me the solution for the problem and let me know the states.

Sun direct is waste there is no minimum channels in mega pack like ma gold, studios, et 3, radio channels...etc customercare is taking feedback but not solving problems...recently i took sun direct waste of money waste of time... E 48-32 searching for signal

Dear Sir,

My name is Nagaraju.C.N, i am a customer of Sun Direct connection, SINCE one & half month i am not able to watch a single channel,
the problem is with the setup box it is not getting started, before this the setup box, LLB cable was replaced & they have charged me Rs:- 1000/-, & they said it we be working in next 24 to 48 hours, but till date it is not working,
My card No.:[protected], i have recharged for a one year pack,
the complaint was given on 1/4/2014, they have closed the complaint with out attending the complaint,
the complaint was given again, my Complaint No 1-[protected] dated[protected] it was also closed with out attending, the complaint was given again & again they are closing the complaint with out attending i am giving the complaints on daily basis, when i call them regarding this the customer care executive they are telling that your complaint no ;- 1-[protected] dated[protected], is closed, & then they are taking the complaint & giving the new number this still continuing till date non are coming to attend the complaint but the complains are being closed, Daily, we are not able to keep the track of the complaint no.

Now they are blocking my number when i call toll free number, i am giving complaint in the charged line,

Its been 25 to 28 day since the complaint given ON one is taking care of the complaint & non have visited the place to attend the issue,

Please take are of the issus or replace the entire SUNDIRECT Connection or Please refund the Amount,

Hi this is Narinder Singh am the customer of Sun direct DTH, My smart card No [protected] R, since last two month services of Locals Channels namely DD News, DD National and other locals channels not provided. Hence, it is requested that Services of all locals channels provided imdtly please.

Hi, I am from Bangalore. Last 1 week i am facing lot of problem. No channels, Set of box is not working properly. I made complaint in Customercare. They also not giving correct answer. Very Very Bad Services. Please anybody wants to go dish connection please please dont goes to SUNDIRECT CONNECTION. These peoples are Worst Services. Better goes to Cabel Connection...
I am not able to discontinue some paid channels, though i registered it for two cycles only. It is still going on deducting money i presume.
And, Customer self care option is also not available.

This is Naresh Kumar Reddy from Hyderabad, My Sun Direct card no is [protected] . To this smart card i have recharged Rs 185 /- on 20/06/2014 . But has not activated, i have called to the costumer care and made my connection activated, it cost me Rs 10 /- when i called to the costumer care it's fine, But with in 24 hrs again they have deactivated why . Once again i have called to the costumer care but there is no use . still i have not activated why . due to this i lost Rs 25 /- . This is not fair, totaly Rs 35/- i have lost from my mobile and the service is also very varest . Totaly i have lost Rs 185/- + Rs 35/- from u r company service . please i am requesting you sir activate my smart card and can i call me at once to my phone . My self Narinder Singh from Phagwara. My Sun Direct Card No. Is [protected]. I Have Recharge On (9/7/14) for rs.200 But till now it has not been activated. All tha channels have been shown as scrambled. Activate it Immediately.
I am K. Kumar residing 5/225, Pattakarar Thotttam, Karadivavi, Palladam taluk, Coimbatore - 641658 my Sun Direct Set off Box was Collected one person, he told me i am Sun Direct person please give the set off box, I will send to company, They will send your Deposit amount.So, I beleive the person, i was give the set off box to him. Yes I agree Sundirect has the worst service and very poor customer care. I am residing in Jubille Hills Hyderabad and always I have problems with my sundirect connection. They really test your patience.

very very bad service from your sun direct service department. i am ramesh SCN-[protected] a small problem you not able to resolve from last 15 days i want to know you all if my sun direct is not working you must stop the net work and dont deduct my mony from my balance .

I am from Hosur and I have bought the SUN dth+ and have been using since two years .Twice I faced problem in getting proper response from any body .The dealer has also not responded and made complaint .I discussed through customer care and I have not received any proper response from the customer care person. I have balance of Rs:730/- in my account and i don't get any channels in SUN dth. .So please try to resolve the problem at the earliest. My SUN DTH+ number is [protected]. I have been getting the error with E-36 .

very worst dth network.My sincere request is not to go with sun direct.my rating is less than one.They are cheat providers
