Hi, This is Prasanth, I have a Sundirect HD connection. Last month I recharged it for Rs. 750/ After one month connection got de-activiated. When I contacted their customer care, they informed me that I had to call their customer support after recharging, because of which I lost two months money. I am not sure about the logic that they are explaining to me.. I feel cheated by Sundirect
From past a month my Sun direct dish is not working properly n have called the customer care n they have said that they send the technicians in 2days of working but no one yet came n again i use to get only calls from technicians keep on for 2weeks in morning timings but no technicians reached home to solve the problems . . . . . .n again lastly a technician came n went telling that need to change the set of box n again waited for a week n called n again the same problem have come after changing the set of box too not yet the problem is solved repeatedly calling a technician no answer n waste of money n time

Sun direct its very very poor service. If signal problem also not resolve one day.Customer Care people said service engineer come and resolve the problem its take 24 hours and also amount to paid Rs150.
Why we need to pay 150 Rs, Signal Is your problem why i need to pay 150 sir?????? Last 3 months back also issue. that time paid amount 350. 3 months once may be you people create the problem i think.

This is hemnath from chennai. I have recharged 1800rs for HD tamil cinema pack(6 months) as per plan. But they have activated wrong pack HD tamil cinema + sports which is 2050rs for 6 months. Also they are taking as monthly renewal from the available balance for this pack. So totally i will get only 3 months validity for my 1800rs instead of 6 months. This is how they are cheating.
I called cutomer service, no proper response. Worst support ever i have seen before. Sun Direct is only for cheating the people. Be aware of this. Dont go sun direct at any cost.

I complainted to customer care on 22/2 2016 that my set top box is not working/only HDMI is working and the Audio video outputs are not working. One person came from Kottayam distributer came and replaced my set top box with an old ( almost more than 10-20 years old ) ordinary one. My set top box was only 3 years old with HD and all. The cost of set of box was around Rs 3000/- at the time of purchase. and the one they gave is maximus Rs 1650/-, 3 years back. I do not know to whom should I complain. I never had a bad experience in the past 28 years with sun direct.
For 25 Years I was a customer of sun direct Chennai. Now only for the last 3 years I am a customer of Kottayam, Kerala.
Now sun direct standard has gone down or the Kottayam/Kerala managements are ditching sun direct ?
Sun direct customers of Kerala may please be careful in all deals with.

Very worst and very bad, irresponisible customer service by sun direct dth dealers, especially kukatpally area in hyderabad sun direct service dealer is very head weight fellow. They dont even answer us properly.
I waited for nearly 3 months for to solve the problem and finally, just removed and scrapped my sun dth connection due to set top box problems.
Recently i installed new tata sky dth connection.
Once again i strongly appeal here not to buy sun direct dth.
