[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

this is basant i have made a onl;ine rechagre of 200 rs on 5 th august at early morning but that rechagre is still not successful plz tell me what to do in this regards as i ahve talked with bank person also and they said they ahve cleared the transaction and i have not got the transaction till yet plz call me at my no if you get my transaction id at [protected]

I have been subscribed to services from the GPRS and got charged numerous times. Have complained to the customer care but did not get any proper service.

Hi , Please de-activate the NETWAP service from my GSM number [protected]. I logged complaints 3 times nothing happens but every month 30 Rs is getting deducted. Also i sent several times SMS to de activate the service...While i check with the call center they say there were no such services activated on this number.. but every month 30 Rs is getting deducted and i keep getting sms from that service. this is the LAST effort i am doing..I will reach consumer forum if the problem is not resolved ASAP.

Sir i get a message from from TD-NETWAP CINEONE sirvice and my balance gets deducted everyday by one rupee from more than two weeks. I have contacted to customer care sevral time they said that your service will be disconnected in some time but no action has been taken. Iam the consumer of tata docomo mobile providers here in the state of kerala at kannur district.i used this provider in my samsung galaxy s and they deducted my money without any reason.This is the second time iam facing trouble even though they refunded money in the first time,but now iam only using docomo in my another cell which is nokia,s cheapest and only recharging with special recharges and i have zero balance in my main account,becoz iam afraid to recharge it which i will get deducted my money once again.
Waiting for any solution from your side.
Non intemational balance deduction although the service is not activated from my side. Also deactivated it once before 10 days. No proper response from customer care along with not receiving complaint and hooded call for more than 30min... Service charged for late night masthi pack about 75rs..

Tata DoCoMo — deduction of rs 120 for caller tunes without correct intimation

rs.120 has been deducted from my account balance (mob no:[protected])without intimation, after a call from the customer care personnel. though the same was reported to the customer care personnel they failed to take any actions, and has not answered any of many 100 calls to the customer care from my number..i would like to disavail the service and get my account refunded.

Tata DoCoMo — Handsets out of stock

since 2 months i am trying to purchase handset from the docomo stores but it's out of stock, i maild them on consumer care but non satisfactory answer given by them. But the handset range they are displaying on their website. if they displaying it on their website then making availablity is also their responseblity kindly look in the matter and resolve it soon.
You should immediately switch your connection if you are using a tata docomo simcard. This company is one of the cheating giants in the market, who has got a very poor customer loyalty. On 18th of August I recharged with Rs. 60 through mobile phone and got the transaction id and related confirmations. But as the pack promises a call charge of 1p/2sec, I was not entitled to. wondering why i called up Customer care they said u r entitled but the clause here is charges are applicable post 1st minute of calls, then I argued that that too I am not getting then they convinced me saying that it's post one minute of every new call I make . What a plan is that, since most of my calls get over by 1 minute as they are mostly urgent calls. This clause was not told by the representative when he recommended me this plan to cut down my local calls rates.Then I still remained patient and kept waiting to see whether this is also true. To my utter surprise I came to know that my charges for every minute of the day are getting deducted flat @1.2p/sec which is more than the double charge. Then I lodged a complain, since then the drama started and as a part of the drama they kept calling me at weird times, asking repeatedly for the transaction details, and everytime I used to face a new person and explain everything from the beginning. They were hopeful that very soon I will lose hope and stop pursuing for that matter and there corruption will continue. Twice they tried to close the case by saying that I didn't attend their call. But I kept on pressing not merely for the Rs. 60 but for justice. Meanwhile my local rates kept on deducting @ 1.2p/sec for all local calls and very soon my entire refiled balance of Rs 500 got exhausted. Then leaving the issue just to cut down the rates I recharged with Rs22 once again. To my surprise this time also the result was same and I could not get any benifit. For the first time I was so vexed that I once again contacted the chat support and they told me that already an STD rate cutter is activated So I can't avail the local rate cutter. Surprisingly in the website in the recharge portal no such things are written, and neither there was any hindrance(like-sorry your request could not be processed) while doing the recharge. They even admitted that that's a mistake not to mention the incompatibility of recharge denominations but were enough reluctant to take any further step to rectify/atone for the mistake..So It is considered to be a planned plunder. After lodging the complaint thrice and assuring me a refund today I got a call that my refund request has been rejected by the company. This way they cheated Rs. 60and Rs. 22 consecutively and I am a prey to their trap. I hereby caution everybody not to take connection of any such service provider.

Tata DoCoMo — CHARGING A SERVICE WITHOUT PERMISSION

I HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS15 FOR A SERVISE WHICH I HAD UNSUBCRIBED FOR TWO TIMES.WHEN I INSISTED FOR REFUND THEN SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE CHARGED ME EXTRA 40 RUPEES.PLEASE HELP ME TO GET REFUND.

I have a worst experience with Tata telecom customer care as they always told us to call after sometimes as if now system in on updation mode and after that they disconnect the call very easily I have written all the agent names if you want then I can name out but for that you have to call me on my number [protected] otherwise I want to move to consumer court [protected]@indiaconsumerforum.org it’s not a matter of small amount but it’s matter trust that all times your agents told us that now it’s deactivate but I don’t know why you people activate such services. After that I call on 198 and spoke to Team Leader name was Kapil Kumar and told me the same to call us after 4 hrs so send a mail on appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com and customer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in. when I request for arrange a call back he ignore that it’s not possible as this number is related to one the senior citizen and I don’t know why you people don’t deactivate the service for which you are charge the amount also please refund all the money back to account as we are request at least four to five time but nobody deactivate that services. I also want to say that I have record all the call on my mobile.

So I have only one question that don’t you have the option to transfer the call to senior if no then you have to published one number to speak to any senior staff.

MY MOBILE NO. IS [protected].ON 27TH OF SEPTEMBER MY BALANCE WAS AROUND 55 RS. BUT WHEN I GOT UP IN THE MORNING I GOT TO KNOW THAT MY BALANCE WAS DEDUCTED AND REST AMOUNT WAS 2 RS. ONLY .THE CHARGES DEDUCTED WERE SAID TO BE FOR DATA USAGE BUT THERE WAS NO SUCH SERVICE AVAILED.

IF YOU DID NOT RESPOND AND PAY BACK MY WHOLE DEDUCTED AMOUNT I'LL HAVE TO CONTACT CONSUMER FORUM,YOUR HEAD OFFICE OR ANY CIVIL COURT OR SUCH RELATED AUTHORITIES.YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT SUCH ACTIVITIES ARE PROHIBITED UNDER LAW AND YOUR COMPANY CAN BE CHARGED AND FINED UNDER CONCERNED ACT.
AS IT IS KNOWN TO ME THAT I DID NOT USE ANY DATA AND WHEN THE SAID CHARGES WERE DEDUCTED I WAS SLEEPING AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS IS DONE WITH MY MOBILE NUMBER.
KINDLY PAY BACK MY CHARGES OR BE READY FOR THE SAID EFFECT.
