[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

iam muhammed musthafa residing in the kannur district at the state of kerala.iam using tata docomo and i got a message of the 3G recharge offer for Rs39 as 500MB balance and when i done the recharge i got 150MB and wen i addressed the customer care they assured me the remaining balance will be credited within 48hours.and when my usage is near to the 150MB still i didnt get the remaining balance of 350MB and i called them again i was doubt my account main balance might be deducted if iam using above 150MB and i ask them to credit my balance MB but they assured me to carry on with the browsing without afraid of deduction.and when i was watching youtube in the middle iam getting the usage message that i had consumed all the amount and my balance is zero.the video stoped either...iam asking the authorities of the providers,where in this world did you get these unproffessionaled,undeserved to work in a multi providers like tata docomo,did they get from???? if this kind of services and service men are sitting to serve for the consumers then the total goodwill of tata docomo will be no far to loose...i request the authorities to keep well knowing,well trained,trustworthy,speaking what they only knows about it, customer care team or we as iam the customer will have to suffer.my mobile number is [protected]....

my lifetime scheme 200 sma free in 60 paisa is closed in a 1/10/12 & i active a scheme a 1 paisa per 2 second for 3 month is also scheme also closed in one month. so, i complaint in a custermer care but they are no responce this fact.

My mobile number is [protected], On 21 oct,2012, the balance in my mobile was Rs. 28 and i recharged my mobile on 22 oct,2012 for Rs. 250. In this pack of 250, i get full talktime i.e 250 and free internet for one month i.e first 1GB is 3G and remaining will be unlimited 2G. I was happy and i started using net but my balance was deducted on 28 oct, 2012. I speak to customer care and they said to me that we are sorry and they agree to pay me the amount of 250. But after waiting for 24 hours, not even a single money was given to me then i again call to customer care then they gave me Rs. 100 only and told me that the remaining 178 will be tranfered to your number shortly. I daily call to customer care 8 times a day from different number but they cant solve my problem and they disconnect my call. Today is 5 nov,2012. Till now i made 72 calls to customer care but the result is nil.

*Worst service I ever experiance*

The worst worst service ...I am using tata docomo for many months. Balance deduction is my greatest head ache...poor customer relationship is another great thing...they never inform you about any service ...only inform you some marketing junk sms...balance will automatically deducted...
Yesterday also my balance deducted.
I stopped the service by calling 155223 but they again and again deduct my balance yet. They are totally thief.
I'm very disappointed with tata docomo service.
Your honour please help me to return my money by this company.they refused me to return the money.

omg cant belive after deduction rs 30+49=79 today i recharge today special recharge rs-250.
is this cheeting. please consumer court show your power and stop this chitin of customers.

their customer support is even worse. all executive thing they are ceo of the company and wont even listen.

Tata DoCoMo — Deduction of money in the name of subscription

Today docomo deducted 7 rs for myFeeling service at 7.40 pm and again 15rs for missed call alerts at 9.8 pm....I was outside and kept my mobile at home..... I don't know without my knowledge who activated the subscription .Moreover my handset was idle for that time....When I contacetd the customer care they are least bothered about this and not even they are telling when I will get my money back. Can some body in the forum help me out for this
