[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

My Mobile Balance deducted 4 times for 3GTOMContentCALL and 3GWWESUBCALL service.
but in actual I have not started any service.
even though I requested to customer care executive to stop these services still balance is deducting.
these services are not stoped.

Please find attached screenshot for reference.

My request is to stop these services and and refund my balanace as soon as possible.

tata docomo pune — balance deduction

Dear sir,

Tata docomo has deduted amount from mail balance witout any pirror notification. It has been three times till now. This time they have deducted 90 rs from main balance. This is just like cheating to every customer. I have called them today and after speaking for some time they disconnected the call. Now when i call them its always busy. I have tried many times.......it says all our customer representative are busy cheating other customers. Kindly check the issue so that other customers will not face this problem.
Daily deduction for service which was never activated and also not getting deactivated ever my mobile number is [protected] and service provider is TATA DOCOMO. I haven't activated any service but still I am daily receiving SMS from TA-NETWAP having following message Hi! Your subscription to on TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN WAP has been renewed . To Stop, Dial 155223 (Toll Free) For this i called Docomo customer care (121) for at least 8 to 10 times. at 4-5 times Docomo customer representatives said they have deactivated the service and i will receive deactivation message within next 3-4 hours but i never receive any such sms. Also every time i tell them this fact they just say i have deactivated service this time for sure and you will get sms in 3-4 hours. i am completely frustated by their replies and the service is not getting deactivated. I also tried dialing above no. 155223(Docomo service activation/deactivation portal) and deactivated service from there and after some time i received message that you are not subscribed for this service. To subscribe sms SUB CRI to 51818. Please help me in stopping this service and refund my money which is getting deducted daily Rs.1 for more than a month or couple.

Majic sms service activated without acknowledgement on [protected] & deducted Balance.
customer care are admitting the fault but they are not giving the balance back.

Tata Docomo — Phone not activated from last month

I brought a new Tata Docomo Walky connection on 22 march 2012 from Tata Docomo Service Center
(Draft India Enterprise Solutions Ltd, Morwadi, Pimpari, Pune 18.), but till date phone is not activated.
[protected] no. is resistered for same on same date but phone is not activated yet (18/04/2012).
Durring purchasing they distrubuter says that phone will activate within 24 Hrs.
I am taking contuneus followup but every time there aswer is phone will activate within 48Hrs.

Tata Docomo — Balance deduction and no response

Hi,

Yesterday my balance was 16.22 but when i got up in morning my 10 rupee balance deducted by Tata docomo company .They activated News Alert value added service by them.Its not my fault when i called them in today morning ,i didn't get any positive response they just hold my call on line .they didn't write my complaint and waste of my 1 hour after that they cut my call.I know this is not big issue but this is not good way.My Tata Docomo number is [protected] and my email id is gangrade.[protected]@gmail.com.

Tata Docomo — unwanted activations of stupid subscription

simply deducting money from main balance and sending message that i hav subscribed to that particular service and this much amount of money is deducted from my balance, with in this two days about 34rs was deducted from my main balance, 20rs they refunded, bt still they are not picking my call to customer care, and 14rd was not yet refunded.

Your service is absolutely HOPELESS nd utter waste for customers , I have called your customer care centre a zillion times, simply u hav deducted 14rs from my main balance for some stupid subscriptions with out my knowledge, hw ever i want to refund that amount. yestrdy also you did the same thing, 20rs was deducted, nd later when i called to customer care you refunded that 20rs, i know if today also you are picking my call then you have to refund my balance , that is why you are not picking my call right? And now when If this is Docomo then surely Docomo Sucks. Wake up Tata Docomo and try to retain the rest of the customers.I know you would reply to this saying "yes in 24 hrs so and so will get back to you"- God Damn it ! We dont need some one getting back to us, Just SOLVE THE PROBLEMS or Quit from the market.

I have been using tata docomo since 2yrs([protected]).recently i have activated the gprs plan.even then from the past 1week my balance is being deducted.i tried to speak to the customer care executive,they say the balance was deducted for downloading some games which i haven't done.they are also very rude and are disintereted in listening to the problem.please do the needful i have lost almost 150-200 rs in d past 1week without any mistake of mine.
Daily i been charged rs5.00 for using TA-JUMWAP service on my no. [protected]. However i never use any such service. Help me.

hello sir,
i am a 12th class student. i am really disappointed with your tata docomo service. whenever i recharges there occurs a balance deduction with out any cause. i did so many complaints to your customer service number, had a conversation with you customer care executive, but it all gone waste because they also dont help me.they always says that you have activated this and this service on your sim card and they can't refund my balance. 1st time i lost my balance of Rs.100 but i said nothing and asked them to deactivate my service but it didn't get deactivate and again and again my balance kept on deducting but your customer care executive kept on saying the same things that now they can't refund my balance.
Truly speaking sir i am really disappointed with your service as i have lost my balance of over Rs.200 but you are doing nothing.
Today also my balance is deducted, so i decided to write you complaints because your customer service is worst.
i hope you will help me other wise i will change the service and you will loose your customers like this only.

three rupees is been chagred from my balance everyday even when i have no such packs activated in my no. When i'm calling to
docomo service no. they say you have to been charged anything
