[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

*Worst service I ever experiance*

The worst worst service ......I am using tata docomo for last two month. Balance deduction is my greatest head ache....poor customer relationship is another great thing....they never inform you about any service .....only inform you some marketing junk sms.....balance will automatically deducted...
Today also my balance deducted.
I stopped the mobile tv service by sms but they again and again sms me. I stopped this service 3 times by sms but this company deduct my balance yet. They are totally thief.
I'm very disappointed with tata docomo service.
Your honour please help me to return my money by this company.they refused me to return the money.

Tata Docomo provide very third class internet also.
for the past seven days my some amount from my main balance has been deducted. I have call the customer care but they are not in a state of help so it is my humble request to give me my money that has been unnecessarily been deducted otherwise i have to complaint to higher authority which will not be good for the company and i will also write in the news paper

I have Tata Docomo No. [protected]. And Yesterday After 5:00 Clock company Deduct my balance. 4 Rs.
I call on customer care and they deduct my call again and again. so please ask him. Why they do this give me reason for that.

Today my RS 39.60 was deducted and when I expressed my concern towards customer care they told that I activated RS 5 data pack and after my allowed usage I lost my balance due to browsing as per post-usage plan.I have to say that today only I activated RS 15 data pack and I don't know that when without my PERMISSION and REQUEST my previous pack was cancelled and RS 5 data pack was activated.Therefore as I think it's jusk a FRAUD nothing else,you must enquire this and facilitate me to compensate my losses.Thank you.

Sir in my tatadocomo no.[protected] caller tune was activated on 15th july 2012 even also without altering any thing else by me with rs.5 deduction.so that i complained to tatadocomo customer care then they said me that this is activated up to 20th of july.so you can deactivate this on 20th july.but on 16th july again Rs.7 is deducted.sir what is this going on.I think this is not fare.i am totally unhappy with your this type of behaviour.so please see it and return my deduce balance please.

sir iam from tamilnadu and i have taken a tatadocomo postpaid number [protected] and i have opted for postpaid to prepaid three months before still now there is no response from anyone and the monthly bill has been genereted often i have informed the customer care team also but there is no use please advice me or the concerned person to change my number to prepaid

Tatadocomo — repetitive deduction of balance

I have two complaints.plz do something I called many times to customer care but I am not satisfied. I port this no from reliance to Docomo. If
You will torture me like this I have to again in reliance it depends on you.
1. From last 10 days you are deducting daily 1rs but I didn't activate any service. I called customer care
Your customer care executive is telling sir you might be activated any paid service.. What do think I am a stupid that I will activate any chargeable service then I will call you to waste your & mine time.
Listen I am a doctor I don't have so much time to call you daily..stop torturing me and do something regarding this complaint. Your customer care executive know how to ignore a customer.

For your kind information I did night duty on 29th May & I was sleeping 30 may morning I woke up by 1 o clock how can I Download anything and soon after this I called customer care he told sorry sir it's some system problem so you will get your 45rs within 24 hours. But I didn't get. Totally 3 times I called but same responses that sorry for inconvenience sir you will get your 45 rs refund within 24 hours.but still I didn't get.
( I am having all boosters GPRS,MASSAGE,STD CALL BOOSTERS)
Now it depends on you allow me to again in reliance or stay with Docomo.

MY BALANCE IS 103.32 Rs but after deduction its only 73.32 Rs....

After receving this message i spoke to Docomo Services Center and he said we will give you only 20 Rs Back.....

what the hell i am paying to docomo when docomo gives me this type of low quality service and more importantly docomo services executives disconnects my call before even listening my problem ....Then immediately the service was stopped but my money was not refunded.
If my money can't be refunded then please let me know the procedure for port the sim.....

I had taken a 3G Internet pack of Rs.5 for 50MB till midnight from my service provider, Tata Docomo yesterday 03/08/2012 at around 1 pm. I had recently bought a new phone and was eager to test the 3G connectivity. I had a balance ranging in between rs.300 to 400. I can't recall the exact amount but i have requested a detailed bill. So, i was downloading a file and was disconnecting my data at regular intervals to get on screen notifications(from docomo) about the data i had left on my account. So, i had stopped downloading when i had around 10 MB remaining so as not to incur extra charges. But, after midnight i recieved another notification saying that data session usage: 0.00kb data session charges: rs. 0.00 Account Balance: rs. 19.41!!!. I called up customer care and the man explained to me i had exceeded my data usage, so i told him about the notifications i recieved in between and how i had stopped at 10 MB. So, his reply to me was and i quote "Sue me... ". That is indeed what i am planning to do.

You can call *191# and follow 6th option in order to deactivate any VAS services activated on your number.

So how come any service is activated..

Sir, I am really fed up of this, every alternate day TATA service provider deduct balance from my account, when I complaint about it,, they will return only half of what is deducted (instead of crediting back 10 rs they credit only 5 rs),, I am scared of recharging my account, because after recharging it's service provider will again deduct amount.

I request you to kindly look into this matter, becuase TATA DOCOMO are harrasing me every week with this issue.
