Sir/Madam, My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month. There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service. I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34. Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount. Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct. Every time I have facing this problem. I also have the same problem that Gurpreet has and the same service is getting activated by itself and Rs.1 is being deducted everyday from my balance. My tata docomo number is [protected]. I have seen many of my friends having the same problem. When i call the customer care they say that it will get activated by itself if i surf the internet on the phone. If this problem continues then i will have no option other than changing my network provider. Please do take some serious steps towards my problem.

Tata Docomo — balance issue
DEAR CONSUMER COURT,dear sir i m' 82 years old man and i m' having problem with the sim card of tata docomo . I have complained about it many times and still there is no action taken against it.I m' a "DIABETIC" patient and i can't walk more. Please sir help i m' a retired person and how many times i have to complaint about it.Sir because of the scheme that are written in messages, the scheme gets activated and i don't now how to operate the phone . I have kept the phone for emergency, if in case my land line cable is not working then i can use the mobile and sir i have a very simple mobile. Sir i request u to please take reaction againt this action.

Tata Docomo — Balance deducted from my tata docomo sim
On[protected] Rs 21 is deducted from my tata docomo prepaid SIM. regarding activation of a service. I havent activated the service & DND is activated already. I want to get my money back. I am praveen i hate this tata docomo service, they will deduct our balance whenever they like. If we call the customer care agent ,they will say some rubbish things like I don't know, that you have used for so..and so or activated some services.I have lost too much of my balance wihtout using any services which they offered. Poor agents and poor service, please go for some other network operators.

i have been charge rs 1/day since 7/05/12 i have 6 complain but those are not working my 2 last complain no is GBL[protected]

Tata Docomo deducted my balance twice.At First 30 Rs and second time 10 Rs .First time I got the balance back of 30 Rs but 2nd time I didn't.How can I get it back.I didn't activated any services.

This is the worst service operators with too many complaints .i reacharged my number by 29 on 24 and 25 May where i suppose to get the balance of 40 on each recharge after 96hr, But after 120 hr.also i didn't get any Balance and when i call the customer care they told me that i am forwarding your call to my supervisor and the they disconnect it.I request you all that please select a better network not Tata Docomo who using the Unethical way of TATA's Name.

"stv recharge successful.mrp: rs.246,15000 local & national sec,100 local& national sms,validity:30 days,600 mb data."
after this msg my main bal. was 366.98 means my 111.98 rs bal. increased.but when i used internet from my mobile for about 2 to 5 min my bal. became 0rs.
so I called to customer-care and put my dispute but the other side person don't wann listen any thing. He was asking that the recharge of 246 was ill legal. yeah that recharge was not done by me but I send request to active 3g plan, but i think due to server problem this mistake done by them side so that i request him to give me my rest of money from 111.98 but he directly deny.
I request you to help me in this despute and try to give me satisfy solution.

On 6-6-2012 I got call from company on base of above complain and I talk with one executive of company.he was telling me that I have no active gprs plan so that my main balance was deducted..but when I was getting the above message, its means I have got the free 600mb gprs.but that person deny that message and cut the call. I really disappointed with this service.
They have no value for customer and his money. When they have fault in them server, then they must be apologetic and humble to customer but instead of that they blame on me that I used gprs without any plan activation so that they charged to me. although I told him that I got company message as : "stv recharge successful.mrp: rs.246, 15000 local & national sec, 100 local& national sms, validity:30 days, 600 mb data."
