There is network problem in my area. Tata Indicom service is very poor. When I buy this connection, company promise to make their service better in future but after 2 years, there is no improvement in their service although it is in negative. I can not even call to anyone or recieve any call or send any sms.

TATA Indicom — Harrasment from the company.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I had taken the net connection from Tata Indicom on 04th April 2008 with the charges of Rs.2700/- (Two thousand seven hundred only). Initial few months the connectivity was good, later on the net could not be connected. From the time I have been complaining them on their helpline, I have observed that lot of casualness lies on the staff.
Refer docket no.[protected], next complaint docket no.[protected] & next complaint docket no.[protected] on 13th Mar 2009 at 1050 hour. earlier on 16/03/2009 Mr.Harandra (Support Engineer) visited us. The connectivity signal was very very poor. The company staff advised telephonically to check the gadget on some neighbours place.
The same was done but, the gadget failed. Mr. Harendra tried saying that the operating syatem of my computer is faulty. The attandant, Mr. Harendrawas very young & inexperienced this too may be noted.
I requested the telecaller to send the attendant on 14/03/2009 (saturday) but, no one turned up nor was there any courtesy to inform the client that the co. attendant will not come. this happened earlier too that the company seeks its convinience to give service to the client. I telephonically told the co. executive to kindly solve the problem at the earliest, to this they said we are disconnecting the connection due, non payment of bill. I told them that bill will be paid ; you rectify the problem. I even told them to replace the gadget.
On 24/03/2009 I went to the BSEL Tech park, opp.vashi railway station with the intention to pay the due amount & again request to wave off the excess charge of Rs. 838/-. Only one month bill was due for the month of march 2009. they did not agree to this nor were they accepting the complaint letter, later they accepted the letter & I have the receival for the same.
This is not the end, they kept calling me & threatening me to make the payment hence, action would be taken against me.Total bill due is Rs. 365/- but, they challenge that Rs.1301/- is due & have now even sent me a letter with dire consequences & that they will put me behind the bars.

I request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest. I hope there will be justice.
