TATA Indicom — Withdrawal of free STD scheme on a postpaid number

Dear sir.. I am a postpaid customer of tata indicom. I am having the - 450 HONEST PLAN.- under which i can make unlimited tata to tata std calls with some monthly bill. I am having this connection since 1 year. Suddenly i got a call from a representative of the tata indicom, on last friday 31st of july, 09..dat due to misuse of the services, there is a network congestion and so they are changing my plan.. And from the next billing, i vil get first 2000 minutes free and then they will charge 50p/min..
Sir, i told them that my monthly bill usually comes in between[protected] rupees, so the misuse is out of question and the network congestion, it depends on the network..how in the world its related i dnt knw.. I told them calmly that, i had taken this plan because i wanted free std calls and when i took the plan, i was told that this plan will be continued till i decide to change it. And now the company is changing the plan, without even asking whether its ok for me or not. Sir, company is doing fraud with me.. I dont want to change this plan and i am not having a prepaid card. I am a postpaid customer, and company can't change the scheme like this, till the customer wants, and that also after saying that my plan will never change, till i want.. I really need your help in this regard.. Please help me out. I need this plan. I cnt do anything without it. . I would be highly obliged sir. . .

TATA Indicom — hardware problem in mobile

i had purchased a mobile of tata (samsung raga) no. [protected] on 25 march 2009. my problem is when some one calls me the network says them that my mobile number is switched off but i dont switch off my mobile any time. i have contacted to the customer care as well as work shop of samsung but they has not provide explanation at the level of satisfaction and my problem is still running till date.

I haven't recieved any bill in 5 months either to my mailing address or my inobx. I have personally met quite a few employees at the Koramangala branch who promise me to send the bill immediately online and fail to do so. Whenever I want a duplicate bill, the damn printer over there does not work. This has caused a lotta inconvenience. Please look into this and get this fixed or else i will be forced to opt for a better service.

This is your kind information that I am a customer of tataconnection for past 2 Yrs. I gottheJuly monthsbill for Rs.475/- I think it is a big high so applied to get a detailed bill through e-mail on July 30. Customer service executive gave me a complained No and said that they will give before 5th Aug. but in vain, again I complained 5th Aug. on 7.30 pm. My complained is[protected]. Now they are sayingthat the detaild bill will get throughe-mail on oe before 11th Aug.09. 5pm. My due date for thebill is 13th Aug. I kindly request you take necessary action.

I have an honest 450 plan which gives unlimited local and STD cals from TATA to TATA. But, now it is learnt from others though no information has yet been received by me that the facility o[censored]nlimited has been limited to 2000 minutes. If it is correct, then I must be compelled to say that this is fradulant, tactics of exploting the customer by giving false statement. In no case, the terms and conditions should not be changed for the old customer. You may change the terms and conditions for the new comer. If the unlimited plan is changed to limited plan, then I will stop the plan. In that case, what will be about the handset of TATA that I have purchased for using SIM of TATA?

i m to inform u that i lost my sim n received new one but they r not activating it.M not able to make and receive any calls.
Also my bills which i gets r more then the calls i makes.i have complained many times but they don concentrate.
Please look through the matter and take necessary action.
