I am user of Tata Photon Whiz from last year and before this month everything was ok. I am getting connecting speed of 230.4kbps. Before this month speed was Ok in Jalandhar Region ( Nakodar Kapurthala Kartarpur Phagwara). I use to travel in these places for bussiness. But now Tata Networking of Internet Totally dead from this week onwards. Company is sleeping and employees are also sleeping. I think that the most reputed company in World is cheating the people by saying the surfing speed of 230.4 kbps. If this is not improvable i think the decline of Indicom is near. I suggest the COO please improve the networking as early as possible so the Company remains No. 1.

TATA Indicom — Excess cutting from my pre paid connection of no9247661248

Dear Sir,

I have taken pre paid connection on 06.09.09 .my no. is [protected] (pay per call plan) .I was recharged with hundred ruppees in differnnt intervals. Even though not using my pre paid balance is becoming Zero . I am requesting you send the call details and also the reason for huse decduction.

i have purchased the one tata indico phone on 17 sep 09 because for new connection that tata is giving
but when i very unsatisfied with that phone it cover is so loose when ever talk it comes out, network is nt so cool that i thought before purchasing . regularly phone use to disconnet time to time . my 1000 bugs has been wasted . i would like u do something in this matter

TATA Indicom — SIM Card is blocked and company is not activating it

I bought a Prepaid SIM Card in July 09 and submitted all my documents in TATA Indicom gallery.
After 15 days my SIM was blocked and when I asked the reason from Customer Care they simply told me that I need to resubmit my documents. I resubmitted the documents but still it is not activated.

TATA Indicom — Deduction of balance amount

activation of services and deduction of amount (MOBILE NO.[protected] Maharashtra)
Tata is all set to cheat people by simply activating services without any consent.n thn deducting amount from balance..and keeps on renewing those services....and customer care services r also not of any help........i would request u to look into this matter...... and i have not activate booster packge with out my permission this pack is activate. and i have call tata custmer care executive on 22/09/09 evening they told me u r problem solve on 24/09/2009 evening 8.00p.m. any add u r balance (Mr. Badal,Mr.amol,Mr.nilesh,Mr.Kiran, )so many people. but till date my balance is not add. and today they told me your pack is activate so balance deduction, but i told i have not understand what is booster pack then how it is possible i have told activate this pack. so please solve my problem and add my balace. my comlent no. is NTT[protected]

TataIndicom — billing problem

i have taken a photon + connection on rs 1100 plan which has 10 gb upload/download...now i have not even crossed 5 gb ,i have started getting call from tataindicom billing section that i am crossing
the credit limit of rs 2500 which they have laid...and if i don't pay the connection will disconnected...
...i explained my plan to this billing section girl and she told me to cross check with the toll free number of tataindicom...[protected]...i called up this number and the call centre person checked up my account and said nothing is required to be paid......this was three days ago.....every evening for last three days the billing section girl tells me to pay and the customer support guy tell me not to pay......can someone tell me if i have to pay or not and if i have to pay, why i should pay rs 2500 instead of rs 1100...

TATA Indicom — Not giving right service

i did recharge of Rs 95 for two number free.but till now my number is not activated i lost my 2 week of validity. i want an answer. coz no one is giving me right answer.
i recharged my cell(no [protected]) by rs 95 on 11/09/09. i gave my number [protected] to activate as free next day i got sms from 12524 that my number is activated. but when i call to that number i was charged 1 rs. i give lots of complaints but my problem is till on and no one giving me right answer i call all the center . if my problem in not solved fastly i will go to consumer court. plz solve the problem and also extend my validity from the date my number being activetd
Dear Nodal Officer,

Since one month, I am facing the error as 721. Where as the balance amount is Rs 41/- on my prepaid connection. Now you customer care executive said me to submit the address proof document. I submitted these all with my local address proof in Viman Nagar office, Pune. This document has submitted by me two weeks back.

Now you tell me that what kind of problem you are facing, while allowing access to Tata Indicom broadband.

For this complian Nobul Officer is also not taking any action.
