I Also agree on the above suggestion.. i too purchased my TATA cdma for SMS purpose of 30Rs. getting 1000 SMS.. it was cool.. I also suggest TATA teleservices to relaunch the sms card of Rs.30

Billing of a connection not owned by me
I use to owe a Tata Indicom number [protected] which was disconnected subsequently. Thereafter, I have started receiving the bills for the new number which is not owned by me. I am being abused continously on phone by the officers of Tata Indicom.

deploying your services since two year back. since last year i receiving many useless sms to me which are actually unwanted and inccured heavy expenses. so getting rid from such greveince i had talkted to ur call centre executive and lodge complain regarding. i been told it will take 45 days to stop this service . then thrice i tried to same but no action has been taken till date. unltimatly its constrain to write you to take remedial action without taking time and instruct ur executive to carry out ur work in accordance to preserve your market goodwill.

TATA Indicom — Excessive & unstructured billing

I have purchased a tata indicom photon+ card on 28th July 2009, since I have another tata indicom connection (No.[protected] I specifically told the sales representative that I need both these bills separate, but they clubbed the bill and sent me a bill for both my connections generated on 2nd of August 2009, without intimating me for the same, I was billed for usage of 5434 MBs in just 3 days o[censored]sage, where I havn't used the same; keep that apart, had my bill for photon+ generated on monthly billing this usage had been as free as I get 10gb usage free every month, I received a itemised bill from their Vashi centre where I was charged Rs.2500 for 1000 seconds o[censored]sage, when I asked for the confirmation I was given a polished bill which states that the bill amount of Rs.2500 was for 12000 seconds, after which I received a call from the collection department on 2nd sept 2009 for settlement of bill @ 2000 rs which I agreed upon as I didn't want to waste time on all these, I was told I will get confirmation by that day evening, (which havnt happened yet), next day a person was sent to collect money, I again asked for confirmation and I was told I will get it in an hour, to which I replied once you send me confirmation of waiver then I will make payment. After continuous follow up (mailed the request five times in 9 days to the senior officer who didnt bother to reply) with the collection manager I was told that the amount can not be waived by some other person (the collection officer who confirmed waiver verbally doesnt come online). Then I realised that it was a technique to take part payment.. (may b COMPANY POLICY). After which my landline services are also being barred, although the bill in the question was under dispute I was refrained from using the services. So the company means to say we are always right, customer has no right to argue or question. Further I requested the company to deactivate my ECS facility on 5th of august vide request no.[protected]mail request from Tata indicom Hub) and confirmed the same vide request no.[protected].. but all in wain the amount has been debited from my credit card on 17th september 2009 (and the company doesnt know that the amount has been collected through Indiaideas.com is their collection agent or not, after my research i found out that its billdesk.com who collected the money). I feel being cheated, the company is not following any of my instructons and acts in best interest of its own. I have got lots of mental harassment due to all this, my reputation was spoiled because of my barred services as my clients and relatives hear a message that the services to this number are barred.. also I lost a client and suffered a business loss of 100000/- because the client couldnt contact me.. and above all because of this dispute and frustration i couldnt concentrate on my work and lost a prospective client which could have fetched Rs.150000/- pa for my lifetime. I want company to compensate the same.. My alternate No. is[protected].

Dude, think about your health, 2000 mins a month r more than enough for you..dnt spoil ur brain..it harms..aur rahi baat set ki..u can unlock it to use it to other GSM's..
